Pumble has turned out to be excellent for us and is giving us everything we need. We've used Slack, Teams, and other systems in the past and Pumble is as good as, probably better, than any of those for our needs. We're also now working with a remote VA who we've added to our account. She says it's very easy to use even though she's never come across the product before.
