My Take on the New All in One Application in the market, Which also helps in RTO (Return To Office)

Comments: Transparency On Colleague booking and status, - Give that info on should I plan or not to office Sanitization - Need of the Hour and digitizing of Housekeep staff activity Meeting Room - Data on employee was available for in-presence meeting or not again gives that transparency.

Pros:

Meeting room management, Initial on-boarding with company policies to be accepted, Desk Booking with real-time sanitization update, Custom Notifications, etc..!

Cons:

Aryoga Setu Integration, I understand that's the policy that the company has & we have to follow but given the current circumstances is this even relevant now?

The App for Future Hybrid workplace & All in One Single APP

Comments: A strong, Motivated team who has this hunger to make their name in the market and are on the correct path to achieve this. The App has reduced a lot of human & manual-dependent processes and it has brought true digitization...!

Pros:

Integration with Teams, Seat Booking, WFH / WFO transparency, Health Check & Office preference

Cons:

The team has taken feedback on this and they have worked it out for us, Initially we dint like the outcome of the floorplan but post review with their tech and customer experience team. We were able to get a better visibility on our floor plans

My Experience

Pros:

I really liked how easy it is to use and all the features are so systematic.

Cons:

It takes a lot time to log in to the Android devices and sometimes doesn't work on it.

Flexible Desking, Meeting Room Booking and Scheduling tool

Comments: The tool has been very engaging and user friendly. It helps me on daily basis not only to plan my day at work or home but also of my team mates. Their notifications are minimal and helpful.
I will like to highly recommend it.

Pros:

Flexible Desk Booking with interactive maps is an excellent feature. Booking Meeting Rooms, hardware resources and other features like meal bookings are great to have. I especially like how the tool has an element of ML and remembers my preferences. Their digipass based contactless entry is worth mentioning too.

Cons:

Parking Spot booking isn't of much use to me since I have a dedicated Car park.

Software that makes employee scheduling easy!

Comments: I think the best thing about this tool is that even if I have to generate new schedules every week, it saves me time. In general, shifts are dragged and dropped in a schedule planner, making it easier to make changes as I need to. No need to manage multiple spreadsheets

Pros:

Through the use of this software, our manual scheduling operations have been streamlined and simplified. It also automates payroll processing and updates timesheets.

Cons:

You may find it a little tricky to use at first, but as you get the hang of it, it becomes rather simple.

I can cancel my desk reservations very easily

Comments: One of the biggest issues with our desk booking system was that if we somehow didn’t go to the office for the day, the reservation would not get canceled. The desk would sit empty. This was a massive issue in our office. WorkInSync sorted it out with their desk booking solution. The desk gets canceled automatically if I don’t check-in within 20 minutes of the said time. This is really cool!

Pros:

WorkInSync actually integrates with MS Teams. So, I can book and edit my reservations directly from MS Teams and it shows on WorkInSync and vice versa.

Cons:

I wish there were more features. I heard that they are adding more cool features. Can’t really wait to use those.

Checking in employees and managing meeting rooms are easy and hassle-free with WorkInSync

Comments: I have greatly enjoyed using this tool. Using it, I can schedule meetings for my employees seamlessly. Because the program is so thorough and easy to use, my employees has adapted well. Hence, there is no time to waste, you already have an answer to your products.

Pros:

It is easy to tell which rooms are available just by looking. Meetings can be arranged impromptu without the worry of being thrown out by others.

Cons:

The app can take some time to load. It can be multilingual.

Work in Office

Comments: Brilliant

Pros:

Registering to the mobile application, getting the scheduling details, and walking into the office after which once at the office to scanning the QR, and getting to the desk, has been a seamless experience.

Cons:

I haven't faced one yet! Since this is the only application that is currently being utilized at our office.

WorkInSync - A perfect Application to Manufacturing Sector 2..! :)

Comments: Now A Line Manager will have control of this team's schedule. Automated reports reduce the errors and fasten the date availability and increase the transparency Meal booking also allows us to have an accurate count of employees to prepare food and not waste it.

Pros:

Team Manager - Work Planner, Check-in & Checkout process, Employee Presence at each Floor / Team-wise segregation.

Cons:

No, As per our use case we have enabled only what is required.

Innovative and functional Employee scheduling and space management software

Comments: My overall experience has been pleasant. Workplaces are no more how they used to be. Collaboration has been made much easier with WorkInSync and dare I say efficiency too.

Pros:

Space management and meeting room booking has eased out the day to to day planning of my work, it has helped me create a healthy work life balance because I can now be at work only on those days when it is necessary. I can check which of my colleagues are coming to office and plan my in person meetings accordingly

Cons:

My only grouse is that the web feature isn't as efficient as the app and is a little slow,

It helps us to ensure the continuity of workflow with the same efficiency while working remotely

Comments: WorkInSync has made remote work more enjoyable and has improved our ability to interact with each other, ensuring continuous workflow in all circumstances.

Pros:

WorkInSync offers a superb suite of tools that enhance remote collaboration, facilitating organized communication and effective participation in various tasks. I appreciate the platform's ability to replicate the social interactions that we used to enjoy in physical office spaces, adding a practical and fun element to virtual communication. WorkInSync provides a plethora of user-friendly tools that enable team members to easily submit requests to work remotely and schedule appointments and meetings. Additionally, the ability to switch between multiple dashboards permits each member to view daily task schedules, meeting schedules, and other pertinent information. I also find it remarkable that WorkInSync offers customization capabilities that enable virtual meeting rooms to be tailored to individual preferences, providing a unique and immersive experience with seamless audio transitions that facilitate a sense of direct connection during meetings.

Cons:

WorkInSync is user-friendly and generally free of complications. Although there may be some initial difficulties in synchronizing the calendar and documenting appointments and entry/exit times, these were quickly overcome. I look forward to future upgrades to the mobile app, which will enhance its functionality.

I have used the product several times and it has been great every time!

Comments: Despite the amazing software, the best thing about WorkInSync is the outstanding customer service, always responsive and generous!

Pros:

I primarily use Meeting room Management and Visitors Management, and I am really pleased with how simple it is to use. I did not have any trouble implementing it.

Cons:

Getting used to some of the tools requires a little more work than I think is necessary, but once you've got the hang of them, they're easy to use.

the ease of use of the system, the floor plans are interactive and I could find a desk according to the amenities, it takes 15-20 seconds to make a desk booking from the mobile app

Cons:

nothing as of now, they keep the after sales support spot on

My return to office became breezy

Comments: When my office announced that we need to get back to our workplace, I was scared, to be honest. Apart from safety, the concern was whether or not I will be able to adjust. With WorkInSync, the process to return to the office became seamless. From their QR-based sign-in to desk management, I am extremely happy to have used this app. The features are well-developed. It is a must for all employees returning to the office.

Pros:

The best feature in the app has to be the desk booking app. I can find my colleagues and see when they are visiting. I can also schedule my desks in advance.

Cons:

The interface can improve. I can see a lot of updates on a daily basis, which shows that they are improving the app to be the best.

Comments: I was really happy by using this as it covers almost everything that we may daily use in the Office and it also helps me to track my team and their activities.

Pros:

Team Calander, Work Planner, Seat/WorkStation Management & Cafeteria Mangment

Cons:

No Cons as of now, Just awaiting what more this #WorkInSync team can bring in the application. They have a long product road map of this.

Value for Money

Comments: Its a great application for business, helps a lot to manage safety of associates

Pros:

Scheduling, Desk booking, Security dashboard and Safety alerts.

Cons:

I did not like the dependency on Network which impacts a lot on Safety alerts.

Comments: As a manager, I know how difficult it is to implement an app. The WorkInSync implementation team is great. The app is the perfect tool for both employees and employers regardless of the setup you have. The team got the app working in a matter of days, and without any hassle.

Pros:

The features are very well-suited to my organization. It helps me manage my office very well. Also, the team is great.

Cons:

There is nothing to dislike about the product. Although, I hope they will add more features to the app in the near future.

It provides all the tools we need to develop the remote work environment to suit our needs.

Comments: WorkInSync gave more value to remote work, as it brought us all the tools we need in one place, and also helped document remote working hours accurately.

Pros:

WorkInSync is a very flexible and easy-to-use tool, with which I can transfer my real office to virtual reality, and I can format it as I want, as there are many great tools that help in performing all my daily duties naturally. I love how I can document working hours, as WorkInSync enables me to record start and leave times, and scheduling enables me to arrange my work program accurately. It also helps coordinate booking appointments and obtaining approvals, thus ensuring that tasks are completed on time.

Cons:

I don't see any negative things about WorkInSync, as I find it very easy to use, but I would like more improvements to the meeting room.

A really easy-to-use employee scheduling app

Comments: The desktop version works better compared to the mobile version. It is easier for me to customize the bookings on the desktop version in comparison to the mobile version.

Pros:

The employee scheduling app from WorkInSync is great because it has made life easier for me and my employees. With just a few clicks, my employees can schedule themselves. For me, I can overview all of it without having to lose my mind. It is all there for me to see. Transparency has actually improved as a result of WorkInSync's employee scheduling app.

Cons:

The employee schedules can be customized if required. For instance, if an employee wants to change their visit timings, it can be done by themselves or me, when required. I can also approve the workflows, therefore, ensuring that there is never overcrowding in the office.

Amazing workforce management system!

Comments: the best part is that its UI is awesome. The ability to customize is cool and Integration across different platforms is good, too!

Pros:

Prevent overcrowding in cafeterias and enable flexibility in the workplace

Cons:

It has a LOT of features so it is hard to find some of the settings, other than that a perfect tool for any company.

Promising 'All in one App' for your hybrid workplace management

Comments: Easy Seat booking when I am going to office, hassle-free and safe entry to my office. We can book meeting rooms on the same app. It also has Sanitization tracker management for the workplace admins. Overall its like a super app for the workplace. The product also has integration capabilities with MS Teams , Slack, HRMS softwares and so on. I can see on my work calendars about the seat I booked, my work preference etc.

Pros:

Sharing my work place preferences - whether I am working from home or office, and contactless safe entry to my office whenever I wish to work from office. Also, their seat booking system on the app is very very convenient. I can find where my colleague or team mates have booked their seat and book my seat nearby, how awesome is that! The best part is I can see when was that particular seat sanitised and it gives me a safe feeling.

Cons:

Nothing as of now. If I find something going forward, I will surely update my review here.

Great solution for all hybrid workplace needs

Comments: It takes a couple of uses to get used to using their solution.Sometimes their interface lags too, especially when loading the interactive floor plan.

Pros:

It's very convenient. All our employees immediately adopted the solution to schedule themselves, booking their seats, meeting room requirements etc. The implementation was pretty smooth and the app has been working flawlessly.

Cons:

I like that WorkInSync supports hoteling where a few dedicated desks are available for employees and also supports hot desking that allows your employees to reserve depending on availability.

Resources or Employees. WorkInSync lets you schedule everything.

Comments: Be it my employees or the resources they need, everything can be scheduled and managed using WorkInSync. Their scheduling software allows me to approve my employees’
visits to the office. They can also put in requests for resources such as desktops or LAN cables,
and it gets processed by the software.

Pros:

Nothing needs to be done manually, and that is what I like most about the software. The options are all there. Employees select what suits them the best and that is it. The requests come to me and all I need to do is approve the same. Everything else gets taken care of by the software itself.

Cons:

The software can be more intuitive. It works great right now, but yes, there is scope for improvement

Easy for both users and admins

Pros:

WorkinSync offers easy to use, customizable features. It is a robust app. I really love their consolidated dashboard view. The backend is also very easy to use. I can make changes very easily.

Cons:

They should also include visitor management in the feature list.
