Learn more about Google Calendar

Pros:

I like that you can create several calendars for different purposes. I created customer support calendar on Google Calendar while my personal calendar is not messed up.

Cons:

When creating an event on the web version, if you accidentally click elsewhere, the event creation pop-up disappears, along with the info you've already put in.

A SOLID Calendar for $0 to Integrate Across Platforms

5.0 3 weeks ago New

Comments: Very easy to use, minimal frustrations and a great balance across workflows

Pros:

1. Very efficient 2. No "fat" 3. Love the integration of Google Meets now that I've switched from Zoom 4. Decent UI

Cons:

This isn't even a knock on Google, but rather Apple - the sync with Apple Calendar isn't always perfect on desktop - it often deletes events. The main gripe is not being able to change the calendar of accepted events

My google Calendar review

3.0 2 months ago

Comments: My overall experience with google calendar is satisfactorily. Google Calendar updates it's years, months and days constantly.

Pros:

Google Calendar's best feature in my opinion is it's bold fonts and texts which allows me to easily view the events I have entered. It allows me to be organized in the most effective way possible.

Cons:

What I liked least about Google Calendar was some glitches which erased the data I entered. This could be a mistake on my part. sometimes the information I give is deleted or hard to navigate to find.

Love Google Calendar

5.0 4 months ago

Comments: I've set up calendars for personal and business. I like that I can toggle one off to focus on the other. I also have a calendar set up for my wife's business so I can see when she's booked if I need to ensure there are no conflicts.

Pros:

I like that it is available on all the platforms that I use, and that it integrates with GQueues.

Cons:

I'd like to have the solid background colour setting for events with a time rather than just coloured text. I can only get the background colours with "all day" events - so I end up just putting the time in the title.

Google Calendar Saves the Day!

5.0 4 weeks ago New

Comments: It is essential for setting up meetings, having confidence that everyone gets an email invite, and for organizing my responsibilities.

Pros:

I like how it sets up my appointments and meetings in one place.

Cons:

Sometimes the time differences for other countries makes it difficult for me to figure out meeting times. I wish it would show all the times in the invite itself.

Google Calendar is THE GOAT

5.0 last month New

Comments: I love it, I doubt I will ever use another type of calendar, it takes care of every need that I have and is integrates seamlessly with any other software

Pros:

There is very little not to love about Google Calendar. But one thing that really stands out is how you can add different calendars to one account, for one client, we even set up a software renewal date calendar.

Cons:

I would love more integrations with tasks and sheets, but that's about it.

Cons:

When someone shares appointments, it sometimes creates an entirely new calendar.

Really great calendar platform for every use

5.0 3 months ago

Comments: It's probably one of the tools I use the most to organize my life and schedule with everyone in it, whether at work or in my personal life.

Pros:

It's very user-friendly. It has all the features I need, even the new ability to set booking time slots that easily integrate into web pages or Gmail.

Cons:

Too many times, they take valuable features or products off the shelf. Different products that integrate in calendar such as Keep and tasks (as a separate app or in calendar).

Google Calendar is the best

5.0 9 months ago

Comments: Overall very positive. I'd like to see it work better with Macbooks and Apple products, yet I know that is because Apple doesn't want other products to work well in their environment.

Pros:

Works very well as a main calendar application. Works well on Windows & Android.

Cons:

Hard to sync up with Microsoft Teams and Calendar.

One of the best calendar alternatives and easiest to use.

5.0 4 months ago

Comments: Although I use Outlook Calendar more daily, Google Calendar has always been part of my apps because it was used by several companies where I worked. I never had any trouble and found the interface very intuitive.

Pros:

I like the simplicity of use, the clean interface and that it integrates easily with other Google Workspace tools. Tags are also great for multiple calendars.

Cons:

Notification customization can be tricky and limited. It would be great to have more alternatives to tailor alerts according to needs or times of the day. However, it would be a "nice to have" but does not give it negative points.

Google Calendar: Seemless Collaboration

5.0 4 months ago

Comments: Overall, my experience with Google Calendar has been better than expected. With integration for various third-party extensions, especially Zoom, it has made the transition and ease of collaboration a breeze.

Pros:

What I like most about Google Calendar is its incorporation into the Google Workspace and the user interface. In a matter of seconds, I can go from scheduling a meeting on the calendar in Gmail or quickly getting a reminder about a meeting working with other production applications.

Cons:

I don't have many negative comments about Google Calendar, but if I had to pinpoint anything, it would be network stability. Every so often, the workspace experiences lagging or connectivity issues, which impacts your ability to view Google Calendar.

Streamlining Productivity: My Positive Experience with Google Calendar

5.0 5 months ago

Comments: My overall experience with Google Calendar has been very positive. It’s incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to schedule and manage events. The ability to share calendars with team members has significantly enhanced our collaboration, allowing everyone to stay informed about meetings and deadlines. I appreciate the integration with other Google tools, which streamlines our workflow. The reminders and notifications help keep us on track, and the option to set up recurring events saves a lot of time. Plus, the accessibility from any device means we can stay organized whether we’re in the office or on the go. Overall, it has greatly improved our productivity and communication within the team.

Pros:

Google Calendar allows team members to share calendars, making it easy to coordinate meetings and events. This transparency helps everyone stay on the same page. The layout is intuitive and easy to navigate, which helps employees quickly find and manage their schedules.

Cons:

I dont have any that I see. Sometimes it does not sink as well with people who use outlook for email.

Google Calendar: Easy to use and Integrate

5.0 7 months ago

Comments: I have used Google Calendar for several years now. I find it extremely helpful for me to keep up with appointments and tasks. I integrate it with a few other business applications that I have such as Zoom, and Book Like A Boss. The integrations work seamlessly and improve my productivity tremendously. I can't say enough good things about Google Calendar!

Pros:

I like the fact that you can easily integrate Google Calendar with many other applications. For example, I integrated Google Calendar with my Zoom account and now it creates events in the calendar whenever I create a Zoom meeting. I also like the ease of use. It's very easy to create a task or event. I also like the fact that I can sync the desktop application to the app on my phone. This is VERY help.

Cons:

There are a few features on the mobile app that I wish was on the desktop application. For example, when I am creating an event and want to add a new notification, on the mobile app I see the option to automatically add a notification 1 day before the event. I have to add it manually on the desktop application. But for the most part, there is very little that I don't like about Google Calendar.

Google Calendar is an incredibly powerful scheduling and task tracking tool

5.0 5 months ago

Comments: Overall, I'm very happy with Google Calendar and the functionality that is built in to the product. The integration with GMail and Tasks makes it incredibly easy to create events and track to-dos.

Pros:

Intelligent calendar event creation from emails; ability to color code different types of events; the scheduling feature is impressive for a built-in tool.

Cons:

Sometimes I've noticed that when I delete an event, even if I specify *not* to send a notification, it still does. This can be annoying for team members who are no longer invited (or no longer with the company).

Google Calendar is an incredibly efficient calendar tool for scheduling.

5.0 5 months ago

Comments: It has been a super efficient experience with Google Calendar. It has helped me to get my days in good order by allowing me to schedule for activities. Google Calendar allows me to know what am supposed to be doing at what day and time.

Pros:

Accessing Google Calendar is so easy and it is even much easier to navigate through it thanks to the simple and clean user interface. I also like how good the security and privacy features are as they allows only me to have access to my personal calendar data. Google Calendar also gives a very clear view of all my calendar activities and sends reminders that makes sure that am always ready for upcoming activities and that i don't miss any. Its integration with online meeting tools has made it easy to find available time for scheduling for meetings.

Cons:

Google Calendar has never given me anything that i don't like. It works so smoothly and has met my expectations.

Simple, effective calendar app

4.0 4 months ago

Comments: This is a perfectly functional calendar product, easy to use across different platforms and integrate with other apps. Nothing fancy, but works well.

Pros:

Ease of integration with other apps that I use, including my practice management software and my children's school schedule. Easy to invite people to events and to share calendars. Simple to add and edit (move, delete etc) events.

Cons:

Display options could be better, for example, I would like to see more options for ways to see the diary, such as a weekly agenda view; and more colours. The calendar displays is pretty boring.

Calendar app

4.0 3 months ago

Comments: Google Calendar is extremely helpful in managing our calendar schedules effectively. We can access it from all the devices where our google account is logged in. We can start the meeting from that meeting invite only through Google meet which is also a best part.

Pros:

1. Extremely user-friendly and easy to manage calendars as per the schedule. 2. Booking a scheduled calendar, and sending and receiving meeting reminders are some of the best parts. 3. Checking meeting invites and information as well is good as well. 4. It is integrable with all the tools.

Cons:

1. The main confusion arise when you have multiple email ids 2. The sync between google and apple calendar is an issue.

Google Calendar - Never lose track.

5.0 11 months ago

Comments: Fantastic, it's kept everyone on the same page and allows visibility for scheduling and meeting! I'd highly recommend it to anyone with a busy schedule!

Pros:

I love the fact that Google Calendar keeps me on track every day with the ability to adjust on the fly. Having visibility of what my lead intake coordinator has set for me with consistent reminders leads has led to a stress-free lifestyle. The ability to video chat with "Google Meets" is a feature that should not be missed for a consultant! Integrated with the ability to include locations I know exactly when and where I should be from a few clicks.

Cons:

It would be nice to give visibility to my clients for when my open slots are available to help them choose the best time to meet. It sounds like Google Calendar has this option though, so really it's on us! I don't dislike anything!

Google Calendar keeps me organized

5.0 5 months ago

Comments: I’ve been using Google Calendar for years now. I’ve used it with all my clients, for work, personal, social media, and school.

Pros:

I love Google Calendar. I love the syncability it has. I can add all my important calendars for work, business, events, home, family, personal, etc. I can color code and see everything in a month’s glance. I love that it has an app as well. Makes it so much easier to use on my phone and tablet. All of my clients usually use Google Calendars as well so it makes it easy for us to sync calendars and dates. You can add links for Zoom, Skype, and other platforms for meetings, classes and more. Add addresses for specific places so you can tap and get directions to where you’re going.

Cons:

I wish there were a few more color options for an even more customized calendar but other than that I love it.
