"Helpful Tool in Business!"

Comments: We have found success using Apple Pay for our clients and customers and are happy overall.

Pros: Easy to integrate with our existing systems
Widely used and accepted in the market and with customers

Cons: Learning curve for me since I am generally an Android user

"I (almost) never need to bring along my credit cards anymore."

Comments: Even with the cons, I still love using Apple Pay. I’ve had more than one person look on in awe when I use my phone to pay with purchases. I’ve also helped others set theirs up so that they can pay using Apple Pay. While I would be hesitant to use it on an iPhone X because of the device’s lack of fingerprint sensor, I absolutely love using it on my iPhone 7. I do not currently own an Apple Watch but knowing that Apple Pay is integrated makes me want to jump on the wagon and get myself a smartwatch.

Pros: I love the ability to bring along all of my credit cards with me without having my wallet with me. All I have to do is hold my phone near the NFC card reader and I can easily pay for a purchase. I also love the ability to send money to friends with iPhones. It’s helpful if we’re out to dinner and they pay, then I can just send them the money via Apple Pay. The number of stores that allow Apple Pay is steadily growing, meaning paying for purchases is getting even easier. I do like the security of Apple Pay, especially the ability to secure my cards using a fingerprint. This way, no one but me can use my cards. I do love the integration of the Apple Watch. The idea that I can pay just by holding my wrist near the NFC reader seems so convenient.

Cons: There are a few retailers that have not accepted Apple Pay. I’m constantly hearing from my Samsung-owning friends that they can use their phones to pay anywhere using Samsung Pay. I would like to see Apple Pay become more universal. I also would like for Apple Pay to allow me to send money to and from people who might not be using an Apple device. Currently, it only allows sending to and from iPhones. Hopefully, this will change soon. I also am unsure about the security of using Apple Pay’s Face Unlock feature on iPhone X. It does not seem like it would be as secure as a fingerprint. However, in this case, you can also use a pin to lock the app.

"Love apple pay because the money is in my bank quick"

Comments: I have had nothing but good experience with apple pay. My money always feels safe when i use it compared to other apps

Pros: Apple pay has made my life much easier when I purchase online. Apple pay is quick and reliable I have never once had a problem with apple pay. I have received money and within one business day the money was in my account. I actually like using it when shopping because Its quick.

Cons: Apple pay would be better if it offered instant deposit for people who do not have visa cards. Other apps offer instant cash out. I would like if apple would offer people a membership where they can instantly deposit into their account for free if they pay a certain amount of money a month.

"Payment made simple"

Comments: I love it, use it on daily basis. Now I can’t live without it.

Pros: It’s easy to implement, easy to use. The setup is super fast. You can add a lot of cards available on the market - visa, mastercard, american express. It’s secute, even more secure than standard „plastic” cards.

Cons: I don’t see many, it works as is should. Ok - you need to have Apple product which is not so cheap, but that’s the only thing.

"Integrated into IPhone as payment system"

Comments: It’s been my way to pay for certain purchases with vendors or accepting payment

Pros: Modern way to pay for everyday goods. I like this aspect of it, touch less, digital purchases, etc.

Cons: For awhile I didn’t use the software because I didn’t have any experience with it or trust the security of it. Sometimes I find it hard to connect certain types of cards or methods of payment

"Easy to Use and Manage"

Comments: This is always my first choice in submitting a payment. Apple offers many ways to use this, Watch, Phone, online, etc.

Pros: When Apple pay is offered as an option its always my first choice. The transaction is secure and easy to submit payment.

Cons: Not all vendors offer Apple pay as an option.

"Check out fast with Apple Pay"

Pros: Apple Pay is the fast, easy, and hassle free way to pay with out removing your credit card from your wallet. It’s also safer for the consumer and business to protect against identity theft.

Cons: The only con is that not every retail establishment offers Apple Pay! I wish it was an option everywhere I use a credit card.

Comments: Well, I do not trust applications sometimes because it gets hacked, but as long as Apple is a concern, I think they are making a very good job not to have your personal account hacked.

Pros: For apple pay it makes your life easier to pay even without your credit card. Just make sure that you have you credit card on apple pay app on your phone.

Pros: New sending and payment features are incredibly easy to use and compatible with a variety off apps and payment methods.

Cons: No instant transfer option on the consumer side. Many businesses that accept contactless payments do not accept Apple Pay.

Comments: I love this software so much.

Pros: very high efficiency porwer full every feature. less time is taken in every process.

Cons: all the little colors issue in the main layout.but the overall performance in the layout is best but little the color of main activity in my perspective in not perfect.

"Easy to Use."

Pros: Apple Pay is well worth it just from a convenience standpoint. This is as close to hands free payment as possible. With Apple Pay, I never have to worry about losing my bank credit card or not having my credit card with me at the point of purchase.

Cons: Not all businesses accept Apple Pay, so that creates a problem if I don't know this until I'm ready to make my purchases.

"Perfect for contactless payment"

Comments: Apple pay has changed my payment method, I never thought that I could trust software on my cell phone to handle my payments. This streamlines all transactions that require payment on my cell phone or tablet.

Pros: During the pandemic, it has worked perfectly for me to make a contactless payment. It is easy and I trust their security system. Customer support is very good better than other options. If you have never tried a payment system like this, I highly recommend it.

Cons: Apple pay does not work very well in all countries and they need to integrate many cards that are not yet included. Some shops do not accept it yet. some shops do not accept it yet and this has caused me problems when I do not have my wallet.

"An Intuitive Experience"

Comments: Apple Pay is my preferred method to make and receive fast payments.

Pros: The Apply Pay experience is baked into the overall Apple experience. It is so simple to request and pay whether on your phone, iPad, or laptop.

Cons: I have never used this payment method with someone who is not in the Apple environment. If someone frequently requests or pays someone on another platform, there may be issues there.

Comments: i really like it, but sometimes i think that in any moment my card may be hacked

Pros: it is very comfortable that you just take out your phone an pay for something, and it is very secure becouse it has digital debit / credit cards that the card number changes constantly.

Cons: it not available in all countries, i can use it only in USA and not all stores are prepared for this kind of payment.

"The most convenient thing EVER"

Comments: I tell everyone that they need to be using Apple pay if they aren't already! That's how much i love it

Pros: The convenience of not having to take my card with me everywhere i go is unmatched. It is so easy to use!

Cons: Not always convenient to use my face recognition, but it still works pretty well most of the time.

Comments: I have had a great experience with Apple Pay, it’s very easy to use and customer service is great, as with all Apple services. It links directly to your iPhone which makes it very accessible and simple to use

Pros: I love Apple Pay, I have been using it for only a few months now but it has been by far the easiest credit card I have had. The interface is built directly into your wallet app on your iphone and you can access it easily at any time. you can easily see your charges, make payments, earn cash back and then immediately use your cash back. I especially like how the card changes colors in your wallet app to signify that you have charges on your card that need to be paid.

Cons: I understand why you revive more cash back when purchasing apple products, but I wish the cash back % was higher overall. the other draw back is that not all places accept apple pay, so until apple pay expands it won’t be the easiest card I use, but it gets the job done for most all online purchases and select in person stores.

"Slecting your items needs time but paying for it must not take time"

Comments: save time when paying and for sure reduce time at cashiers

Pros: more secure, no need to have to ATM card or Credit card with you, just with your Apple Phone you can pay for eveything

Cons: Must have more security features and enhancement to protect account from piracy and in case mobile is stolen or hacked

"Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE"

Pros: I've never been a fan of computers or "new" technology but since we've started implementing Apple Pay, the software is very user-friendly. For you to pay or get paid is very convenient.

Cons: I have had zero bad experiences with this and will continue to utilize and implement wherever I go.

Pros: Easy to use once set up and user friendly. Many friends use it and are happy so I decided top try it and like it

Cons: A little difficult to set up in beginning and get familiar uses up my battery a lot draining it quickly when I'm shopping

Pros: You don't need your wallet to pay. It's basically as simple as that and more and more businesses are accepting Apple Pay every day.

Cons: There doesn't seem to be an negative that I can think of regarding this service. If you have an Apple device, you should at least give it a shot.
