interactive, design, responsive & user friendly training tool

Pros:

I really like 360Learning for its easy-to-use, interactive setup where everyone can share their thoughts and learn from each other. It’s great how it works smoothly on both computers and smartphones, making learning convenient anytime, anywhere. Plus, the feedback and data it provides help us keep improving our training.

Cons:

Nothing ! it took me a few days to implement the platform, I had to make it live in 1 month and in 1 week with the help of the team everything was finished. The team is listening and ready to adapt the platform to users' needs. a very customer-oriented team, so well done !

Pros:

ease of use, ability to create our own content, how it integrates with 3rd party content and our HRIS

Cons:

I think reporting could be better, although through workarounds I have been able to get what I need

Not The Best Yet, But Certainly On Track To Be

Comments: One of the best things about 360Learning is its customer service. Their CS team is top notch and are always there to help us when we need it. Overall, like many LMS', it is certainly love/hate. We don't love to hate it but we love a lot of what it does but when it doesn't do what it's supposed to or lacks a key feature that some of it's competitors offer, it's a frustrating level of hate.

Pros:

In a fast paced tech environment, the ability to author content at speed is very important. 360Learning allows us to quickly author/build courses that our learners enjoy and have a really great experience with. The user experience is one of the best parts of this product.

Cons:

Its live session feature has A LOT to be desired especially compared to some of it's competitors that offer Events pages, easy sign up and registration, Zoom integrations and more. The other item on my list that floats at the bottom of 'things 360Learning does not do well' is it's automatic timeout feature when learners are consuming content. The feature resets learner progress after 15 minutes of inactivity. Reset, not pick back up where you left off. This is a major pain point for us if we have a video or exercise that is longer than 15 minutes.

360Learning Platform for Creation within Enterprise

Pros:

360Learning offers numerous tools for its users to capitalize on delivery content and learner progress. The ability to create own courses with an interactive staff to assist with onboarding adds a ton of value.

Cons:

It would be beneficial if there were more options for content creation. In addition, there should be better reporting features. Lastly, there are regular updates to stay on top of for platform efficiency. Users should be aware of them to maximize software usage.

Worth every penny

Pros:

Their new AI technology (course building) is amazing. Platform overall is easy to use.

Cons:

The price tag is hefty compare to their competitors.

Comprehensive and user friendly

Comments: We have had a very good experience that suits our organisation's needs.

Pros:

The platform allows for a great variety of content. Its ease of use make it quick in the implementation of new content, as well as in the inclusion of new authors. Learners are very satisfied with the interface and the interactive elements.

Cons:

Some translations into Spanish and Portuguese were automated and did not match the quality we required, but this was fixed by the developers.

Practical & innovative

Comments: we have signed for a 3 years plan with 360 learning and aim at using the tool for all our Learning strategy. It is precious to count on their learning experience

Pros:

We wanted to invest in a flexible learning platform, creating engagement with our community (starting from scratch in the deployment of our L&D strategy we needed a flexible approach) The quality of customer support, level of experience and expertise of the learning partners have really been useful to start the project

The platform could still improve in the user experience path, especially the emoticons -

Sturdy LMS

Comments: I really appreciated the support of the 360Learning team: very helpful and nice.The LMS platform is a good one, with many interesting features (very good statistics about training for instance, even if a little hard to use at first). I hoped a few more options to customize the look and feel of the platform for our company.

Pros:

360Learning is a robust learning platform including various features for online training. It is quite easy to use and adopt. The 360Learning was very helpful to launch the platform and answer our specific needs.The collaborative options were interesting for our projects.The various options for quizz and assessment were giving us some creative options to make our contents more lively.

Cons:

The personalization according to our company design specifications was a bit disappointing.The path / session option was restrictive. But it is improving.

Pros:

- Easy-to-use platform - Project team ready to listen

Cons:

- Platform that's evolving a little too quickly (Sometimes i'm lost)

A great onboarding service.

Comments: A great source for new and inexperienced users during the onboarding process.

Pros:

Simple to use with a great course building AI.

Cons:

Not as customisable as I would expect for more advanced and complicated learning.

A comprehensive, modern, collaborative and engaging training platform

Pros:

360Learning helps us to industrialize our training processes: creating modules is simple and efficient, and collaboration between learners and content creators is facilitated. The platform is also sufficiently fun and customizable to engage employees in a skills enhancement program. Last but not least, regular platform updates bring new, ever more powerful (and AI-powered!) functionalities.

Cons:

We hope to see the possibility of customizing the home page even further developed. It's already possible to create a carousel, but we'd also like to be able to put training courses in the spotlight, or create more sections.

Pros:

I really like working with the platform because it's collaborative social learning, it's user frendly and very easy to design media on it. The updates are regular and the quality of the relationship with the Success Partener Team is great.

Cons:

Not having other integrated tools for design interactive learning media.

Very easy to use

Pros:

Using 360 Learning helps our employees go through training they need to get access to certain sites. It's very convenient since our guys travel on a weekly basis.

Cons:

There isn't anything I dislike about the 360 Learning.

Very positive experience

Pros:

The platform works great especially also in a remote setting - our company is on two different continents with many remote workers and we are grateful for a tool like 360Learning. We received great support from our Digital Client Success Partner.

Cons:

Setting up the system was a bit hard in the beginning as it is not very intuitive but once you start using it regularly, it becomes quite easy.

E-kearning for learn languages

Comments: Thanks to 360Learning, we were able to create a unique program, totally tailored to our image and the needs of our learners. The ability to use and model the courses is very satisfying. Our learners are very satisfied with their courses. The support department is very responsive.

Pros:

Comments: We needed to deploy training on a large scale for our customers in order to allow public authorities and design offices to benefit from our expertise. 360Learning allows us to bring our knowledge to our customers for a low cost and strengthen our economic model.Internally, we do not have an easy-to-use platform to easily share the knowledge of our staff.

Pros:

360Learning is an easy-to-implement LMS for deployment teams. The support by 360Learning is effective and close.For the staff, the handling by the trainers and the learners is fluid. The environment is user-friendly. Through this easy deployment, everyone is involved in training and can share their knowledge.For the business, the easy deployment to a large clientele makes it possible to gain in profitability while offering a modern image.Regular updates are a guarantee of quality and responsiveness.

Cons:

Comments: Flexible, reactive and pleasant. No technical issues to this day.

Pros:

The interaction is allows with learners, the authoring tool, the client fronting team, the additional functionalities you can purchase if needed. The possibility to integrate with additional tools.

Cons:

The multiplicity of options and functionalities whih you can only discover as you practice as there is often several ways to do one actions. This makes it difficult to set up holistic trainig and you have more to leern as you progress.

Great learning tool

Pros:

This platform is very intuitive, allowing you to share a lot of content. It's easy to collaborate on this platform, while sharing your points of view.

Cons:

The price can be reduced,,many features are not free of charge.

Collaborative Learning Software

Comments: overall this is amazing software because I can quickly build engaging courses and integrate it with zoom. It was relatively simple to integrate and set up because of its simplicity. It also has an amazing screencasting feature!

Pros:

A very user-friendly platform that is great for both mobile and desktop. The support team was responsive and helpful. It is easy to navigate the dashboard to find training courses. I love that I can easily manage training teams and encourage collaboration between employees, students, etc.

Cons:

The only feature I would like to see is the ability to assign passwords and modules to users.

Digital learning with ease

Pros:

I love the ease of deployment and how I can track the progress of my employees. It also allows you to customize your learning modules.

Cons:

The program itself can be a little bit buggy. Sometimes it won’t save progress, play certain videos, etc. The response time to fix these issues is very slow.

Review of 360learning

Comments: We use 360learning to onboard customers to our product, which is not the core usage of the tool. We had to adapt a few things, but overall it works great.

Pros:

Simple of use, customisable to adapt to the needs of the company. Great design, gamified, that gets learners engaged.

Cons:

A bit too expensive for our own use of the product.

Easy to implement and amazing collaboration

Comments: The main purpose of the solution for us is to ensure that users of all levels acquire the technical skills needed to function more effectively and to provide them with the best practices learning. 360learning is perfect for this. It has fulfilled all our expectation !

Pros:

The course tool is easy to use, intuitive and it pushes collaboration between learners, and it is a real asset for us. The team is here to help from start to finish.

Cons:

The advanced solutions are expensive but very interesting for our company. The product is full of features which makes it hard to navigate and go through them.

A great product for training evolution

Comments: In my time using 360 Learning we’ve been able to explore a range of different ways in which to guide the learner experience and create a self driven approach to accessing content which is a refreshing change from the standard click through format that is so prevalent in online learning. Due to the flexibility of the authoring tools we’ve been able to fit a range of different content formats into one seamless experience including interactive guides, videos, outcome based quizzes and a range of engaging questions that break the monotony for multiple choice.Due to the scope of the learning being delivered by our department we’ve really only scratched the surface of the platform capabilities and I’m excited to see the way the other features could evolve the way that we learn. Throughout the course of working with 360 Learning the support has been fantastic. Regular project updates with insightful suggestions on how to improve engagement, fast turn around on any platform or technical queries and probably most of importantly it feels like no question is any trouble to ask the team about.

Pros:

360 Learning has been an amazing LMS to use. It’s integration with a range of different design formats allows for an highly customisable user experience and enables great UX control. If there’s a format you want on the platform then you can have it! It’s easy to use but powerful and has a number of features that are exceptional for supporting a great learning experience, such as truly collaborative learning which facilitates learner/facilitator interaction in a refreshing way and the granularity of the data means you can really dig into what’s working and what needs improvement.

Cons:

The only thing I would really love is a more customisable interface for the learner. Being able to have a more granular control on what they see and where it is placed would be amazing.

360Learning plays a key role in the transmission of skills

Comments: We use 360Learning to train our people on different subjects, operational and strategic. Our people can be user and benefit from the courses, and certain can be writer and transmit their know-how.

Pros:

It is a digital tool very easy to handle, on the administrator side as well as on the user side.

Cons:

The delay to obtain white mark, i.e 3 months (difference timing between the access to platform on website and on the app)

A good and inovative learning management system for smal companies

Comments: I use a lot of LMS and this is one of the innovative and easy to handle system.

Pros:

I like the continuous improvements and inovative features and handling.

Cons:

The customizing options are to less for modern companies.
