Normally it would take me hours to add products with all the variation images. But, with this add on all the images, variations, sizes, descriptions and prices are imported in no time. It's frustrating to pay $4000 for software that, at best would be considered a nonfunctional beta and at worst is designed to be visually appealing for the sake of making the sale and running with your money as they promise to fix all the issues until your refund window runs out. But the functionality required to make it work the way they advertise/demo it just doesn't exist or is so buggy it's not usable for a production site.At this point, I fear we have been the victims of a scam as the company falsely advertises the available functionality and tries really hard to make you think they have some kind of presence in the US when in fact they operate entirely out of India.As a software developer and architect of nearly 30yrs, I have worked with many offshore teams. This is by far the worst. I have provided them with countless hours of testing and information on how to reproduce the many issues that plague this poorly written software.Anyone considering purchasing this software, please reach out to us at Black Cat Labels.
