Comments: Overall experience is good

Pros:

This service is easy to use therefore it is recommended for novice drop shippers. Item lister is excellent that's what I use every day.

Cons:

Order fulfillment has to improve. And item price monitoring and stock monitoring need more improvement and has to be reliable and more robust.

Pros:

At first, I was greatly impressed by customer support and their attentiveness, trying to clear all questions asked in-depth and to the client's full understanding. Then I was impressed with the features and even more with the honesty of the agents which presented not only the advantages but the challenges too.

Prepare for your eBay account to be flagged faster than you can say "scam." Say goodbye to smooth sailing because you'll constantly battle issues like failed image uploads and botched product descriptions. If you cherish your eBay account, steer clear of our so-called "ideas." And let's not forget about their shady tactics on Trustpilot. They resort to hacking the system by inundating it with fake 5-star reviews, all while juggling multiple accounts. As for their nonexistent customer support, don't hold your breath for a timely response to your emails—they're too busy laughing all the way to the bank. AUTODS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Comments: So far so good. A little overwhelming and a lot of reading.

Pros:

The customer service provided was great. I use their Chat tool and the agent on the other side was very patient and responded to all my questions. Furthermore she went the extramile and provide images, and links, and provided the explanation and support I needed. GREAT JOB, GUYS!

Cons:

The tools has a couple o glitches that it did not allow me to change the price of the sourced product which is capture automatically when passing the information from the side. When set higher than the real price, it does not allow you to list the product. I learned that you can increase the potential loses when setting the order prices. which is workaround mechanism but not perfect. They should have and override button that allows you to correct the number passed to the system. Also something that I did not like was the price of the automation feature.. If you want to use automation, you have to pay 5% of your sales... which is horrible. Imaging if you make a $100 sale to earn $10 , you will need to paid 5% of your sale, that means $5 dollar... That is crazy! Now if the 5% is on the profit...then it would be 5% of $10 that is $0.50 which it will be ok. But 5% of the sale is crazy and big NO NO.. I thing this policy must be revised. They should know that other software companies offer the same automation for free. Can anyone confirm if I understood it correcly? So I guest that I will use the manual approach.

Free Trial $1 turned to $800+ in annual fees

Comments: Being a naive tiktok watcher I decided to check out dropshipping as a second income. After signing up for the free trial I felt confident to look around to see what was offered, following the instructions of a guide to make sure i was setting everything up right for my dropshipping store tk be created.
The only email i received for my subscription to their services was the free trial. So when paypal started showing charges for annual subscriptions totalling over $800 CAD. I panicked and scrambled to take everything down as fast as I could.
I contacted everyone. AutoDS and paypal to try to get the charges cancelled or refunded for something I never wanted. All thw while still only having an agreement in my possession of the free trial.
Because i contacted everyone, AutoDS could only refund one transaction, minus 15%. Losing me about $70 CAD with one charge. While paypal closed the case after I could not provide the agreement for the other, since I only had the free trial agreement. $520 CAD, from one charge, I am having to pay for something I did not end up using at all.
AutoDS is refusing to help me get anything from it back, since I cannot provide paypal with an agreement. I would strongly suggest to anyone thinking about trying AutoDS to not connect anything to it. A few hours and you could be out $800+ with no way to help yourself out of it.
And the saddest thing, is begging a company to do the same as they did with the other charge and take 15%. 15% is more than one month, when it was merely hours, before running as far away from their site as I could.
I feel scammed.

Comments: So far, I have not made a sale so is a little disappointing, but I’m not sure if it’s not operator error

Pros:

The friendly staff. Every time I have a question or many, they go out of their way to explain and provide links and solve issues.

Cons:

A bit more complicated than they make it sound on the advertising and the videos there is actually a little learning curve

Half-baked, VERY buggy software, exceptionally terrible customer support

Comments: The tool is lackluster, buggy, overall a disappointment but okay whatever I would move on - the ONLY reason I am reviewing this tool at all is because I cancelled before the trial ended, my account was terminated (can no longer login) but AutoDS keeps charging me. When I contacted them about it I got rude customer service that quoted their "policies" as an excuse for fraudulently charging my card after cancellation. When I informed them I had cancelled they continued to be rude, dismissive, and claim my account was still active even though I can't login. This behavior reflects the value they place on their customers. For this reason alone, even if the tool was great, I would NEVER use AutoDS. If you want to place your credit card details into a site that will keep charging after cancellation this is the tool for you.

Pros:

Honestly, there was nothing about this software that stood out or was great. Even other mediocre tools do a better job.

Cons:

Almost every feature is buggy. Most features feel like they are in beta and not ready for the public. Their supposed product research tool is a joke and essentially worthless. Lister builder is okay but lacks in so many ways. It feels like it was made by somebody who has never dropshipped before.

Worse experience ever

Pros:

When it was working it was ok. But after it broke, it was not even able to be used.

Cons:

The absolute worst service imaginable. Firstly the connection randomly stopped from eBay, all my products removed and orders can’t be fulfilled. Ending up having to refund a heap of orders. Their support is useless, they DO NOT CARE. It’s been 2 weeks for them to ‘fix’ the issue and yet it’s still not fixed. All I get is “wait a little longer”. They then just ignore you. Or palm the issues off and say “we’ve escalated it for you”. How many times do you need to escalate it? Ridiculous. Use a different software with capable developers and support team.

Comments: My overall experience with AutoDS is very good so far.

Pros:

The automation of ordering products, monitoring stock, prices and listing products as well. Customer service is very helpful and responds quick on live chat!

Cons:

Personally I found difficult to adjust the fees and additional profit sections, I think it needs a bit more explanation what it exactly is. The other is the charge for tracking orders, it could have been included in the auto order credit.

This platform says they integrate with AliExpress but I've had numerous order failure and their chat support is atrocious they have no clue about their product. I've raised multiple tickets and nobody is able to resolve my issue. They keep saying force order will fix my issue but I've done 1000 force orders and met with the same error message every time I use an AliExpress choice listing for buying a product.

Comments: I have been charged yearly fee while in free trial period. I am waiting now for a refund 6 days. Autods will not refund because I have raised a case with PayPal. PayPal are waiting for Autods to respond. I am left with a further waiting time for deliberation.

Pros:

Category variants need more input to load. Not helpful.

Multiple categories have to loaded on extra steps. I have closed my trial and discovered full yearly fees taken out of my account.
