"Great CRM for Realtors!"

Comments: The software notifies us our client's birthdays, when to follow up with certain clients, when tasks need to be completed and most importantly deadlines regarding contracts.

Pros: This software is extremely user friendly. As most CRM's, what you put into it, is what you get out of it. This give you a daily plan, if you utilize the software properly.

Cons: There are no real negatives regarding this software for our business.

"Wise Agent"

Comments: I really appreciate that they have LIVE support!!! There is only the one con, other than that, I really like Wise Agent.

Pros: It does most everything I need it to do.

Cons: I use Microsoft Outlook. When I send an email to a client via Wise Agent, the email responses I get from clients will not come back into Wise Agent. They will only go to my outlook account. It does make it more difficult to track those communications.

"Best CRM for Real Estate Business"

Comments: This product helps my manage my time better. Everything is centrally located into one software.

Pros: The software allows me to have all of my data in one place. Tracks client informations, transactions and links to other software that I use. Great customer service. Highly recommend this product when looking for a CRM.

Cons: Time consuming to get everything set up but once it is updated with information it is great.

"Wise Agent review"

Comments: This is a great entry level CRM. Our team has enjoyed using it for now. It's very reasonably priced and it's doing everything it needs to for now. Honestly, Wise Agent's best feature is the Fusion Transaction Manager.

Pros: We love the transaction manager! It's the heart and soul of our business. Everything about is awesome! Also the customer support is SUPERB! Anytime we need something, we can call and get our questions answered immediately!

Cons: This software is not very user friendly. We've spent MANY hours learning how to use it. The interface looks outdated - could use a makeover. The integrations with Facebook, MailChimp, and BombBomb still need so refining. Not very user friendly. Some functionality commands don't really seem to work either, especially when dealing with checklists (i.e. cannot delete checklists from lists).

"Best CRM available for Real Estate agents that aren't super techie"

Comments: The best!

Pros: It is easy to use. It does everything I want and more. The price is great BUT the best thing is the customer service. So easy to get answers to any questions. That is the biggest selling point. I have had three other CRMs before this one including Top Producer. I never got much out of to producer because I didn't understand how to use it's advanced features and there wasn't anyone who could show me.

Cons: I don't have one. I don't need the super duper techie stuff.

"Easy to use"

Comments: The benefits are staying in front of my clients often. I like the holiday emails that are easy to set up and the newsletter is another great way to stay in front of clients. I also like the letters and personal birthday and anniversary greetings that I can send via email.

Pros: It has the information already there. You don't have to re-invent the wheel. If you want to change any of the material, you can easily edit it to fit your needs.

Cons: I would like to have more updated information. I've been using it for awhile and some of the information is the same information from a couple of years ago. Other than that, it's a great CRM to use. I would also like to see information that can be used on social media (FB).

"Easy to use CRM"

Comments: My experience overall has been wonderful! I recently need to add a user to a transaction and the support team was so helpful. We had it set up within 5 minutes. My business didn't miss a beat.

Pros: The software is user friendly. I didn't have a lot of time to invest into learning a new software. But I was able to try it out for 30 days. It was easy to use and there were tutorial already set up for you to view. I new within the first two days I would be purchasing it.

Cons: Trying to set up email campaigns. It was a bit challenging at first but once I got the hang of it it's been great!

"You can’t go wrong with Wise Agent"

Comments: Used it for years. I’m very happy with the program.

Pros: Overall Wise Agent is easy to get started. Upload your existing database and you are set to start. I like the ease to create specific transaction templates. Once you have it set you can easily track your transactions as you move forward toward closing. Overall, if you are looking for a simple easy to use data management tool with newsletter and interfaces to 3rd party lead gen sources. Try Wise Agent.

Cons: Customizing the newsletter is not as easy as it should be.

"Keeping yourself organized"

Pros: It's a great tool to help you keep all your data in one place- I'm a realtor and use it for my existing clients and future clients including their birthdays (when possible) COE dates, kids information, mailing address for Christmas Cards and a way to keep in touch with them for calls.

Cons: When they make changes to their software and tools and don't communicate or say when I call when something isn't working properly....no one else is having that issue...for 2 days then acknowledge it...very frustrating.

"My review of Wise Agent"

Comments: I use this for Real Estate broker follow up and it helps me keep track of notes and when to contact everyone.

Pros: The program tracks everything and is easy to use. I like how the follow up system works as well. It also integrates with my video email program very easily. I have used other systems but this system is much easier to use, more cost effective and performs as it is supposed to.

Cons: I really do not have anything negative to say about it.

"Review"

Comments: I have found it easier to keep in contact with my clients and the ability to send messages from the program.

Pros: The current product that I was using did not have the capability of putting in Anniversary and Birthday dates which are very important. There are also many extras that I could use if needed. Having a mobile app also helped when not in the office. It was very helpful having videos tutorials to guide me through all the steps.

Cons: I cannot think of any cons at this time as I am quite satisfied with the product

"Best Customer Service and Fantastic CRM!"

Comments: Excellent CRM tool that can easily integrate with multiple platforms, is user friendly, and hands down has the best customer service available!

Pros: Affordable, user friendly, easily integrates with all of our other programs including google, syncs contacts, and the BEST customer service!

Cons: Had to contact customer service to be able to find a few of the tutorials that I knew were available but just couldn't find without assistance. Design is not as sleek as some of the competitors but the customer service more than makes up for it.

"Wiseagent keeps me in Track"

Comments: It’s been good I am glad I have it especially for some forms of record keeping.
I like the fact that I can log appointments and other events in Wiseagent without a worry that a software
Update will wipe them out. If I don’t want data to disappear, this is one of the places I store some kind of data.

Pros: I love the way I can notate my events and conversations I have with clients and edit them later if I find that I missed writing down some important aspect of a meeting or conversation.

Cons: It is hard to use and it took me a while to get used to it. There’s too much fluff and not enough basic buttons to use. Even contacts are obscured sometimes in an effort to push

"The best I've seen for the money"

Comments: I follow up with all of my clients with it, send newsletters, and I'm just beginning to figure out how to interface with facebook and instagram,

Pros: It's pretty easy to use, and if you hit a snag you can ask for help and within a day you get a straight answer.

Cons: Actually I'm pretty happy about everything. I would prefer if I could prioritize follow up so that high priority tasks would appear first in the calendar for that day. You can prioritize and it flags the task, but it isn't scheduled in any particular order, as far as I can see. This is a VERY small complaint in what is otherwise a damn good set of programs

Pros: Ease of using. Many tutorials to assist you.

Cons: Can't print out list of contact names with their addresses & phone numbers.

If you want to print out a list of your Contacts with their names and addresses, you can do this by using the drop down menu titled Print Media. After you select your contacts and select Contact List from the Print Media drop down, it will take you to a preview of the list you are about to print. Also, to search for a word in your contact notes you can use the search tool bar in the Contact Notes tab next to the Customer Summary. "Great Product"

Comments: I use Wise Agent for creating transaction reports with all of the information pertaining to individual transaction. I can then save that report as a PDF and share with each party associated with our real estate transactions.

Pros: I like the new update but there are a few extra things that could make it better.

Cons: I mainly use the transaction features. The critical dates fields need to allow users to be able to type in wording if necessary. I find myself leaving a few fields blank because I can't type "5 Days" for my Resolution Period. We never know what date that will actually fall on but like to know how many days for resolution since it varies per transaction. The Checklist Tasks section needs to be expanded so I can see more of the checklist. The transaction notes section needs to be expanded so I can see more than one or two lines of text. Just takes extra time to expand on every transaction. I usually use this field to list all parties involded in the transaction along with their email addresses. It would also be nice if the Transaction Notes (when printed) would be broken on individual lines of text instead of the way they apepar when printed (as jumbled notes in one big paragraph).

"my thoughts on Wise Agent"

Comments: A+ and customer service people are great

Pros: I use this daily to track my contacts, my follow up, all of my business. I also use it to communicate with clients. It's intuitive, easy to use, comprehensive.

Cons: I HATE the face that I can't send more than 500 emails at a time any more. This is a major inconvenience to me. I called and it was explained to me WHY you did it but I was super annoyed we were not given any notice. There are small things that annoy me but when I call and make a suggestion I am usually told it will be passed on. Not sure anything changes but seem receptive. I wish I could export a contact easier. Sometimes I am in the middle of typing an email and it just goes away, I have to start over. I assume most of my issues are operator error. It annoys me that the subject line in the email is a required field. And that it won't pick up both emails, I have to copy and paste over one of them. I wish there was an easier way to share vendor contacts. Overall I love the software tho and am 100% tied to it.

"The Wise Agent for real estate"

Comments: overall it does the job and my teammate and I will continue to use for our only CRM program.

Pros: This is a great CRM system if you are trying to manage on an entry level. You can keep track of leads and set up automated drips that include email, text, and phone alerts.

Cons: It is somewhat simple and doesn't have a tracking for website click or activity like a more advanced like boomtown.

"I Love Wise Agent"

Comments: Before I started using Wise Agent I struggled keeping track of my clients and following up on a regular basis. Now, I have over 2000 clients that I follow up with on a regular basis with the Wise Agent marketing features, drip campaigns, texting feature, and email feature.

Pros: I have used several CRM during my tenure as a real estate agent and Wise Agent is by far the best. It has all the features and applications I want and need for my business without all the extra stuff I don't need. It is extremely easy to use and navigate. I especially like the marketing feature as well as the feature that keeps track of my sales.

Cons: I wish the landing pages feature was included in my monthly membership rather than an addon for additional cost.

"Love it"

Comments: I think it's a great product. I love it.

Pros: The ability to implement landing pages and leads directly into the CRM. The commissions tracker to keep focused on my goals. The tasks manager.

Cons: The inability to separate incoming leads from going into the main database pool. It would be helpful to quality them first. Or some sort of grading system for them as they are worked through he pipeline.

"Finally found The One!"

Comments: My overall experience with The Wise Agent has been superb! It beats all of the other similar platforms I've tried over the years...and it's so simple to use, even the non-techies on my team like it and use it with ease!

Pros: Wise Agent does all the things I need in a real estate CRM. Whether for basic management of contacts in an easy to use database or getting fancy with ongoing nurture campaigns for leads and sphere, Wise Agent is the best system I've come across...and I've tried several over the past couple decades. While it works fine for a solo agent, Wise Agent also has a great set-up for teams. Since I now have a growing team, we're finding that it works very well in handling our separate leads, emails, etc. We also like the built-in enhancements and integrations, like automatic Facebook Lead Ad contacts import. I could go on, but try it for yourself!

Cons: Ok, so nothing is perfect...and I know that by trying many similar systems through the years. I chose Wise Agent because it has more of the features that are important to me. If I have to choose a fault with it though, I would say that the tutorial videos need to be tweaked a little. While the videos are pretty good at explaining the set-up and guiding you through a process, I would like them to start out with "why" a particular feature is there and "how" to best use it. But, that becomes obsolete when the support staff is so good. I've always been able to just call in and speak to a friendly live voice and get good help and clarification.
