> **Pros**: We went from using excel for quoting to incorporating quoting directly into our Dynamics CE environment workflow between opportunities and work orders. Training was simplified, as users were already used to Dynamics CE, and in fact having a built-in solution also improved the overall use of the CRM. 
Other companies we looked at found our product list setup to be a barrier, but the CRM-Dynamics team just brought solutions. Other companies also determined this project to take 6 months to 2 years with an equivalent price tag. The CRM-Dynamics team would have likely been done in 3 weeks had we not held them up with internal delays that they kindly worked around. 
This company really seemed too good to be true, but they truly delivered. 
We implemented this CPQ product a year ago, and I continue to be very happy we went with this company.

We weren't sure about contracting with an out of country company, but the time zone difference, the billing, the time/date/spelling formats, security, none of it was a problem. They were more responsive than most of my stateside vendors.

> **Pros**: What attracted me to the solution was the initial ease of use and the ability to create templates.  Traditional Dynamics quoting does not offer half the flexibility that this solution allows.  Within our business we have a lot of products often with different combinations that can be sold together this solution allowed me to configure and setup for our sales teams the right templates, products and bundles to allow easy quoting.
