Comments: I'm having a positive experience, I've been impressed by the speed and ease of use of the app.

Pros:

The app experience is excellent, with services provided in a clear and efficient manner. I have used it to sign contracts, verify documents get a background check and set a funds transfer. All those steps are automated and integrated into their pipeline, so besides entering some information, they process and give me the results automatically. I usually see that companies adhere to many apps to process HR information, but in Deel's case, it's all in one app. They even have an specific local payment solution, which most apps don't have. It gets much easier to transfer funds without getting a new banking account (that probably won't get any other use besides transfering funds).

Cons:

I think the support needs attention. I needed to check an information, so I contacted by email, which gave me an automated response to use the app chat. Using the app chat just made me talk to a chatbot, that just gave me FAQ answers, and I couldn't transfer it to a real person. Even when it's an AI-based operation, it's important to have human interaction, as many times the question is not among the ones in the documentation. It makes the user very frustrated to not be directed to a more personalized experience.

Use another payroll platform

Comments: The fact that Deel holds your paycheck in a “Deel” account after you get paid is infuriating. I am w courting my employer to switch payroll providers.

Pros:

It has a decent UI but that doesn’t help the fact that it doesn’t function like a payroll platform should.

Cons:

When you receive your paycheck from your employer it doesn’t go it your bank account, it goes in your Deel account. You have to login and transfer it into your bank account.

Best payment website for freelancers

Comments: I am very happy with all the features especially payroll managment, salary reception, withdrawal options are very much useful and critical for my business activities.

Pros:

Ease of setting up multi-country payroll and payment reception in multiple currencies. Website is very easy to navigate and find any option that is required. Deel offers wide vareity of withdrawal options such as Paypal, payooner, local and international bank transfers, crypto wallet transfers etc... which is very useful and convenient.

Cons:

Transaction fee could be a little lower especially conversion fee to different payment options.

Amazing and very easy to use

Comments: I love it, very easy to use and I can use my money immediately through the cards.

Pros:

I liked the possibility of being able to use my money through the virtual or physical card without having to pass it to my bank and the support for any questions I have is excellent.

Cons:

Only with the card that it cannot be used to buy cryptocurrencies and that it cannot be used to withdraw cash.

Deel Multiplies our Team

Comments: They've been great to work with on the customer-service side of things. They are quick to jump on calls. One of the better experiences as I compare to our other vendors.

Pros:

We are a very small team on the people and legal side. Deel turns one person into many. The ease of use is critical and important dates don't slip through the cracks. More importantly, it gives us flexibility to meet the unique needs of various departments without anchoring us to one way of doing things.

Cons:

The cost per head is somewhat high given the small size of our company. The upfront contract negotiations and set up took a little bit of time.

Alternatives Considered: Gusto, Rippling and Workday HCM

Reasons for Switching to Deel: The flexibility and pay-as-you-go model worked best for us.

Deel is great!

Comments: It's been a relief for our company, we used to handle payroll through an app to make international transfers to our team and then we changed to Deel, our employees are happy, they receive their payments on time and have deel advance perks and discounts! Price is excellent too.

Pros:

I like that payroll is way too easy to handle, it doesn't take much of my time to do it and the employees have excellent benefits.

Cons:

Sometimes the platform might be a bit slow or would have glitches but nothing wrong.

Comments: Any organization that employs foreign freelancers, contractors, or gig workers should strongly consider using Deel. For the majority of businesses, the advantages of having a single, streamlined solution for international payments and contracts will almost probably outweigh the relatively slight disadvantages. Businesses and contractors alike obtain the tools, direction, and certainty they need to expand and operate cooperatively across borders with Deel.

Pros:

Deel streamlines and makes onboarding new international contractors simple. Through Deel's user-friendly platform, tasks that once took weeks to accomplish, such as opening local bank accounts, completing tax forms, and creating contracts, may now be finished in a matter of minutes. Contractors start operating rapidly so they can begin adding value right away. The quick and simple onboarding process also increases the likelihood that contractors would want to stay on board with the company.

Cons:

Although Deel offers a complete solution for managing contractors around the world, the platform has little flexibility for companies that need customization outside of the built-in features and processes. Deel may not give the flexibility to fully configure the software to fit the precise compliance, payroll, or reporting demands of businesses with very specific requirements. Deel is best suited for companies who are happy to use the majority of its core features without having to considerably customize the platform.

Best solution when you need to hire someone globally

Pros:

1. An industry leader that entered the market early in terms of international salary and compliance.2. The solutions are relatively comprehensive, with both contractor and EOR options available. There are physical entities in Russia and Belarus, and our services are not outsourced through third parties.3.The platform itself is free, and services are charged. The overall price is low, with no startup fees. Compared to several other suppliers, Deel' prices have an advantage.4. The settlement exchange rate is close to our daily algorithm and is reasonable.5. Invoicing is done on the 25th of each month for settlement, and salaries are paid to employees on the last day of each month, which is more convenient for our internal salary settlement and adjustment.6. It is worth mentioning that [sensitive content hidden], the Sales Consultant we are working with, is one of the main reasons we chose DEEL. He is fluent in both Chinese and English, has a very positive and proactive attitude, responds quickly, provides professional services, and has a professional understanding of payment risks in Belarus and Russia. He will be in charge of our entire project and will also provide us with a customer service team in the future.

Cons:

During our usage, there have been settlement issues due to exchange rate fluctuations, but [sensitive content hidden] was very helpful and we were able to reach a reasonable solution in the end. We haven't thought of any particular issues at the moment.

Pros:

What like the most is the responsiveness of the custmer services, like sending a ticket and having their response in 24 hours. The account manager connecting us to the resources timely. However, the customer success manager changed frequently.

Cons:

The cost/pricing which is not very friendly to SME like us, when we really need a good long term partner for global expansion and scale up. The flexibility to solutions, or platform, or payroll cycle lag time is long which adding a lot of extra work to the current time. Like we already have our own system to apply leave, and reimbursement, or boarding etc. How to synergize those process between Deel and Appier to make better employee experiences to our employees, who won't feel they are outsider, or different than regular employees.

Amazing product

Pros:

I'm a remote worker, and Deel is (almost) everything I could ask for. It's one of those tools that have a clear objective, and achieve it very effectively. My employer doesn't have to worry about how to pay me, and I can access and withdraw my money instantly and without hassle. I like the amount of options it gives me in one platform. I can access perks (which I'm currently using), I have a debit card that I can use without having to withdraw the money to my bank

Cons:

I don't like the fact that we can't access physical cards. Some of us remote workers are digital nomads, or in my case for example, I travel a lot and work from neighbouring countries. It would be very helpful for me to have a physical card directly from Deel, because it's untenable to open a bank account for each country I visit. In my country of origin I'm experiencing very strong restrictions to banking, so it's difficult for me to even use my own banks in foreign countries.Another thing I don't like is the lack of options of crypto withdrawal. Coinbase is closing my account next month solely because of the fact that I'm from Argentina.

Great options for remote jobs

Pros:

Easy access to withdrawing money. The option to make quick deposits direct to the card was great, but the fact that it still has additional fees is inconvenient and adds up if you're aren't the type to make one big withdraw and if you do so the fee is still high

Cons:

Additional fees for each withdraw that is made. Maybe it can be an option to only charge fees after 2 or 3 withdraws. In my case I make small withdrawals and by the month it adds up.

Takes the burden off employers to hire globally!

Comments: I have had a great experience with Deel and it has allowed me to expand our talent across the world without putting a burden on me and my team. I can easily get any information I need from them and [sensitive content hidden] who I work with are wonderful!!

Pros:

I love the ease of use with Deel and the resources that have to make sure we understand what our employer costs are, and what the requirements are in each country. The support/client success team we have as well are the most responsive I have ever seen, and are so friendly, intelligent, and helpful.

Cons:

It is quite costly when we wish we could hire more people globally but have to keep out budget into account.
