> **Pros**: EasyPost offers their services without a monthly fee, and they integrate via API with other platforms.
Prices are competitive.

> **Cons**: There is no direct integration with WooCommerce--or, to my knowledge, with other ecommerce platforms. That means their dashboard isn't as useful, because pending orders aren't shown there.
I don't like that the account has to be funded in advance rather than labels being billed to a credit card as they are purchased.

### "They are fine until you have a problem or a broken package claim. Then their customer service is horrible" — 1.0/5

> **Pros**: It was fairly easy to ship thru FAIRE. Their rates are competitive somewhat but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. We would NEVER recommend them to anyone\!

> **Cons**: When we had a damaged Products the company kept putting us off even after submitting photos of the damage and packing material. After 5 months they still are asking for more photos and explanations. At this point they are way past the time frame allowed for UPS and FEDEX so obviously they are trying to get out of paying the claim\! We will never use them again to ship our products thru FAIRE or any other of the websites we do business on including Michaels and Walmart. Stay away from these people\! They are not worth the risk. THey are review rated at 4.0 but they should be rated at 1.0\!

> **Pros**: It allows us to integrate with one software provider and opens up a whole network of global couriers and services that we can then offer in our product to our customers.

> **Cons**: Its so complicated, not necessarily Easypost directly but moreso the world of shipping and frieght so its actually taken us about 4 years before we have a product that most of our customers are happy with. They have also done updates recently that have slowed the API calls down by 200% which has a knock on effect on our services to our customer.

> Its been OK. The support is actually very good and responsive despite us being in the UK and them being in the US.
We have used other vendors in the past and Easypost has been the best so far.
