> **Pros**: Simple to program individual exercises and tracking different sets and weights. They have a large library of movements but also the ability to quickly add your own.

> **Cons**: The only thing I didn’t like was they did not have a “rounds + reps” option to record Metcon-style workouts. Members had to do math and record their session with total reps which was a little time consuming and required more effort than my members wanted after a tough workout.

> TrainHeroic was great\! If they had a membership platform that also integrated a website I would have stayed with them.

> **Cons**: The platform itself is limited to just exercise and workouts and lacks direct communication to multiple groups and clients. There is a work around but it is bulky.  The platform also has limitations by not being able to create resources like PDFs to include in programming.
> 
> Great for just workouts but if you are looking to manage clients, charge for sessions and grow the business side of your training it can be cumbersome with this platform.

> Awesome customer service, easy on boarding. This is the app to use if you take payments through 3rd party and just want to deliver programming to your clients.
