> **Pros**: PaxFlow brings data from multiple sources and organizes them in one place contributing to the ease of utilization and organization as well as it allows to be operational booking system on its own.

> **Cons**: Some features might not be easy to use and the positive effects are not obvious unless it is demonstrated by the representatives of PaxFlow. Customer support is, however, very helpful and responsive.

> PaxFlow has increased our productivity multiple times, reducing the time spent on repetitive tasks in the operations and in customer support.

> **Pros**: The Pax Flow software is a huge support for all work on the field and facilitates enormously all communication between guides and drivers on one hand and the office team on the other hand during the course of the tour without having to pick up the phone. What I like about the software is that all information can be updated immediately which results for example in a fast and thorough pick -up where customers can be informed first thing of their next steps. Things such as what bus to go to, who is their guide and how many passengers are on their tour can be passed on to them from the very first person they meet from the company during pick up which enhances the professional aspect of the company.  The setup of the software is simple which makes it easy to use and all the more genious to have when keeping a tour with up to 60 pax well organized and enjoyable for each and everyone.

> **Cons**: As the software is now it is easy for other staff to see what driver/driverguide is assigned on the tour. It might be good to see, in the same easy way, what guide is assigned on the tour without having to contact the office.  To know what guides are assigned on other tours is good if it is needed to be in contact with them during the day for some reason.

> With PaxFlow most things/problems can be solved without having to call the office.  That means less disturbance for the office team and so more efficiency in their work. 
With PaxFlow the service to clients is more efficient and faster as information can be updated immediately.  The guides and drivers are more and better informed in all aspects as all practical information that concerns their tour and all protocol in their work is to be found in one place, PaxFlow.

I personally really liked that we are able to implement/merge other software to have a better over view of of our bookings and resources. The customer Self Service portal will also come in good use.

From managing our customers to letting them modify their bookings, making payments, and from our internal point of view- invoicing our partners, PaxFlow has immensely helped us improve our operations. The product's highly adaptable connectivity through API with our existing booking software and other software like shift management software, CRM, and communication tools (like SMS, cloud-based phone system) has helped us centralize all aspects of operation into one place. Furthermore, fleet-management module and flexible pick up/drop off has improved our processes which in turn has raised customer satisfaction considerably.

> **Cons**: PaxFlow is continuously updating and we are happy with the new features as they are deployed. The support from the PaxFlow team is quick and they always fix the issues as per our needs in a professional manner. There are a few things that can be improved, but nothing that we are unhappy with.

> **Pros**: Paxflow is a one of a kind software making communication, operation and procedures extremely smooth and efficient. It gives a great overview of all operation, fleet management and staffing with it's Dashboards, makes communication between office and on-field workers extremely easy and effortless with it's messaging option, replaces all paperwork and unnecessary phone calls, enables operators to provide first class services when it comes to super quick and flawless pick up of guests, facilities onboard sales of other products and provides a classified and easy to find information for all departments.
