> **Pros**: I was using very popular another solution as I never see Popupsmart before on Google searches before but one of our friend help me to discover them.  The UI is very useful and easy to understand. I like that style of popups and the total experience of creating new popups. Also analytics part was great to conduct A/B test in our end. As we are very page-speed obsessed agency, when we migrate solution to our clients, we also measured TTFB of the server and it is great to see that it is very fast solution for not creating any blocker for frontend.

> **Pros**: This is a straight-forward popup tool that has a lot of different targeting options. You can launch a popup based on pretty much every behavior you can think of. The templates look great and actually convert.  I've been able to increase my leads with just about 10 minutes of work on my part. The interface looks great and you can quickly get a campaign up and running without much technical skills.

> **Cons**: Nothing. It's a solid tool that does what it promises. I don't ask for more. I know there has been updates to the tool frequently so it keeps getting improved based on testing and user feedback.

> It does what it says on the box: increase your leads and conversions. The popup builder is very easy to use, unlike other tools I've been using in the past. It's straight-forward and you can start with proven templates that don't require too much customization.  I didn't run into issues and was happy with how it boosted my website conversions. Definitely worth testing out.

> **Cons**: Where do I start? The software is extremely broken. We have found several bugs for them and we feel like we are their QA and product team. The bugs are endless. They have no quality assurance or anyone testing this product. The customers are the testers. Support is offline during US hours and only online during business hours in India.It's shocking to me how popular this software has got with so many bugs. It's non stop. It's so frustrating and they're unthankful. We have helped them SOOOO much. They're ungrateful for paying customers having the patience to point out and comprehensively report bugs. We are not employees, we are customers. We are beyond annoyed with Popup Smart.

> **Pros**: I, personally, like how the design of popups is streamlined, however, the amount of options available for specific application is decent and openly shown. This helps a lot with creative presentations of deals and mini informational popups rather than the usual standard.

> **Cons**: There are a couple glitches here and there; the dashboard not loading correctly (which has been fixed), pop-up builder crashing from an image upload (which I've been informed is being remedied currently... Little stuff like that can be annoying, but I understand the importance of hitting snags to be able to ultimately create something worthwhile

> Overall, I've had a great experience with Popupsmart. Great enough to take time to convince my marketing department that we should use this service among the others we've tested. We're now currently customers and the clear analytics on the dashboard (as well as in our CRM) show that we made the correct decision.
