> **Cons**: So far, I haven't found anything I do not like with them. If I have ever had an issue, I call their support team, and \[sensitive content hidden\] is an absolute professional and has figured out any issues I have needed help with.

> My overall has been better than expected. I first signed up on their SalesRabbit lead tool of which if I knew now how it would go, I probably would have never signed up with Rooflink. I have not been impressed with their other tool being SalesRabbit as they are literally the exact opposite of how I feel Rooflink is.

The customer support team is awesome and switching to Roof.link has saved us substantial money over our previous software, Acculynx.
