> **Pros**: We highly reccomend OneStepGps, a lot cheaper, no contract, on Power Assest battery, if the battery is low we can replace it ourselves inmediately., we were customers from Verizon Connect for 3 years, higher prices, 36months Contract they don't tell you; if the battery is low, you have to wait until you receive another GPS tracker, for a week without been protected on dead GPS trackers.

As the person who monitors the GPS for the company, I can tell you that I have rarely had any issues with the units.   
When I did have a few minor issues, or needed information, it was easily found within the help section or I simply do a message chat with One Step.  They are helpful, knowledgeable, thorough, and polite.  
I could not recommend them enough\!
