Pros:

I've been using Trackabi for time tracking and managing leaves, and I've found it really handy, especially with its features for both manual and automatic time entries. It's great for freelancers like me and small teams because it makes it super easy to keep track of hours and project progress. The interface is user-friendly, and it even lets you export reports, which is a big plus for billing clients. But overall, for its price, it's a solid choice that I'd recommend to others looking to streamline their time management without breaking the bank.

However, I've noticed that the app can be a bit slow at times, and it lacks some tracking features in mobile app.

Lower cost time tracking

Comments: Overall happy with the system. It is easy to train others on how to use it. Does it have it issues yes, but for the cost, it is worth it.

Pros:

Initial setup was easy and simple projects of ours are a breeze

Cons:

Time clock doesn't always register an entry. Complex projects that have different billable rates have to be created separately which is a pain to manage. Invoicing doesn't have a billing option to collect payments which makes creating an invoice in Trackabi pointless.

Trackabi has been a game-changer for our team! The most impressive feature is its comprehensive time tracking capabilities, which have significantly streamlined our workflow. The user-friendly interface makes it incredibly easy to log hours, and the detailed reports provide valuable insights into our productivity. Additionally, the project management features are top-notch, allowing us to keep track of tasks, deadlines, and team collaboration effortlessly. The integration with other tools we use, such as Trello and Slack, has made our workflow seamless and more efficient. The customizable invoicing feature is also a huge plus, saving us time and ensuring accuracy.

Cons:

Honestly, there’s very little to dislike about Trackabi. If I had to point out one thing, it would be that the mobile app could use a bit more functionality. While it’s great for logging hours on the go, having more of the desktop features available on the mobile app would make it perfect. However, this is a minor issue compared to the overall benefits Trackabi provides.

Efficient and User-Friendly

Pros:

The app is looking good and easy to navigate, making time tracking straightforward. Features such as project management, time tracking, and reporting, all in one platform. It is Highly beneficial for monitoring project progress and productivity.

Cons:

The app can sometimes send too many notifications, which can be overwhelming. I encountered occasional bugs and glitches that disrupted the user experience. Also Time Track is inconsistent many times. The Timer is not turning off if we didn't turn it off manually. It is running continuously for 96 hrs +

Best Tracking Software

Pros:

I like the way the user interface is designed for the website and the desktop application. It is easy to maintain the project. I could see my idle timing and user activity timing to improve myself.

Cons:

The timer is not synchronized between the web page and the application at times. When I try to open the application, I don't get redirected to the current day. Also, the timer is not updated from the application when I'm supposed to change it from the web view.

Sime Time Tracking with Powerful Features

Comments: It's been extremely positive. I haven't had any technical problems, but when I have product suggestions and send them to the team, they are quick to respond.

Pros:

It's really simple to use and provides solutions for time tracking on multiple platforms. It always accessible and you know in real-time where projects and billing stand.

Cons:

I don't dislike anything about Trackabi, however there are things I would love to see. Dark mode in the web client portal is one of them. I would also like to see more time tracking process flow features. For example, it would be nice to have status fields and the option to apply status to multiple entries on a single screen. We export time for billing purposes and it would be nice to have a way to make it clearer which time is WIP vs already billed.

Great software for budget and time tracking

Comments: Overall has been good. Customer support is also very responsive.

Pros:

Very user friendly and that I can have a budget for each individual client to track team members.

Cons:

I wish that there was a way to accept payment.

Comments: Trackabi is the best time tracking software I have used. I have been using it for 8 months, and it runs smoothly on my computer. It has helped me complete my office tasks efficiently with its tracking system. I recommend it to my friends for their use.

Pros:

I like Trackabi's tracking function the most. It is great, accurate, and captures time consistently.

Cons:

I don't have any complaints. But it should fully close when I turn it off.

Comments: Overall I am very glad that we were able to find trackabi for what it is it check almost all of our boxes I highly recommend it and have let several people within my industry that are small business owners know about it so they can help scale their operation and allow for time tracking as well as some of the other benefits that the software has built in

It allows my remote workforce to be mindful of their time, track the projects that are being worked on and allows me the ability to make an informed decision when it comes to tracking hours worked

Cons:

I wish there was more of HR functionality built in like the ability to use it to onboard employees, integrate with a payment platform so I can pay my staff and have some ability to aid with the hiring process whether it be allowing applications for employment or other processes that help with hiring

Cons:

Trackabi seems to be expensive enough for small businesses or individuals as compared to other productivity tools. It is not compatible with all the apps and platforms that a user might be using.

App to Track Employee Activity

Pros:

A very accurate data can be fetched from the use of the Employee. Hence the working period is tracked more accurately. Gives an overall out of work and time taken for a project to complete.

Cons:

The UI is a bit difficult and hard for daily use. Increase the size of the overall view of the app so it will be more easier to use.

Pros:

Most time tracking tools are not efficient with employee monitoring and even if so, they are crazy expensive. This is a lifesaver

Cons:

Periodic sync problems can cause work flow disruptions and monitored time disparities, which can be very aggravating. To match the seamless experience of the desktop version, the mobile app could also need some further optimization.

An Easy and Intuitive Application

Pros:

I like how the UI is shown and the time entrance is so easy to use with the combination of the self-explanatory settings this app will become the everyday use for any company. I use more project and time management so this is a plus to have both features combined as it reduces the time to use two separate applications or Excel documents. The way this system was created provides an advantage over other platforms.

Cons:

As with all web applications, there are improvements needed to create a robust platform. I would suggest including a more detailed roadmap to educate the users on what Trackabi is working on and the improvements to deliver. Right now there are some gaps that I know will be covered soon as the use of the project feature needs some improvement to automate the data input.

Best ever time management software

Comments: Overall my experience with Trackabi is so much helpful and efficient in my workplace. Time management is very challenging for my task, but Tracabi helps me to control my timesheet daily for task management. It is so much useful for all IT sector job persons.

Pros:

Auto time starts in the software every time I forget to start the time and record an analysis of all of my tasks with screenshots.

Cons:

All over software using percentage no need at this software.
