Pros:

Intuitive, fast, and user-friendly, the BWX interface combines all the features that linguists need.Nowadays, clients have worried that linguists might be using free and insecure machine-translation engines, like Google Translate, as a shortcut to complete their tasks. This may comprise the clients' confidential information and allow third parties to access sensitive client data.Nonetheless, BWX keeps your data under look and key. So, rest assured that no third parties will access your data. At the same time, translators will save time and effort by utilizing AI to complete their jobs. Pros:

Only one feature needs to be added; right-left marks that are of crucial importance for Arabic. I submitted a request to the technical team and they are working on it.

The preview is not dynamic and it's not always available.

Top tier software!

Pros:

I have to say the software is top notch. Easy to use and very efficient in all ways. It also is the first time I've used AI as a part of my workflow and I'm positively surprised about its capability. There is no doubt in my mind it's one of the best platforms I've encountered in my ~8 years journey with translations.Also can recommend for customers - The workflow and quality are very much above average and guaranteed there will be no problems with whatever tasks you have!

Cons:

I can't think of anything negative or what would need adjusting for now. Maybe sometimes the internal messaging is a bit confusing and it's hard to keep on track who is responsible for what projects but that is mostly due to me mixing up names and being just me haha!

The user-frendliest Cat tool I have experienced. All features work perfectly.

Comments: It's been great! No other Cat tool has satisfied that much.

Pros:

Glossaries work in tune with the editor. The glossary (TermBase) words are recognized by the Machine Translation on the fly! The MT learns from the Translation Memory and glossaries.

Cons:

There is no Cons. But, I wish BW had an option to delete projects created that are no longer used or needed. Also, a way to find and replace a word in the TM box.

Excellent performance of bureau works

Comments: My experience as a user of Bureau works is very positive, it is a minimalist but very powerful platform with all the features a translator needs to do a serious and professional job. An uncluttered screen and only focused on the text to be translated is a bold look at the design of this admirable platform.

Pros:

Bureau Works recently updated its platform with the AI translation feature, a feature that has different presentation options, now with an automatic activation for suggestions about possible errors, a very big step into the future.

Cons:

It's hard to name any feature that goes against its efficiency, but it could be text editing, perhaps a function to change text sizes or text families, work with tags.

Efficient, easy to use, feature rich, time saving, cutting edge, affordable

Comments: I used this platform as freelance translator and I forgot keeping track of job done, preparing invoices and send a lot of emails to get paid. This platform has specific features for job done tracking and invoincing. Every single word is counted, any work done is tracked and paid regularly.

Pros:

This cutting edge platform integrate AI and human translation preventing both human and machine mistakes. This platform is the easier, cheaper and more efficient around.From an administrative point of view it provides specific functions for word counting, rate calculation and billing.

Cons:

This platform satisfies all the translator's needs.

Excellent translation platform

Pros:

One of the great advantages of Bureau Works is the easy-to-use workspace for a translator. You can perform all your tasks in a clear, super-simple interface that anyone can understand just by looking at it. It is amazing and does not frustrate the person who wants to start this path as a translator.

Cons:

What I like the least, is that there are not many possibilities to see your profile with more details, you are not able to really see how and how much a project pays, or how is the percentage of each one, see in a clear way, if you have mistakes, to be able to improve, simple things but that help the translator to improve and give the best.

Amazing Translating Platform

Comments: I have absolutely loved my experience with Bureau Works as well as working with their very helpful and friendly team!

Pros:

Bureau Works is an amazing platform! It’s easy to use and its tools such as its glossary, search TM and integration of AI are excellent. This platform also makes it easy to view and manage your projects, available projects, delivered projects and invoiced projects.

Cons:

Bureau Works is amazing, however one thing I wish would change is the fact that most of the due dates for available projects displayed on the platform are inaccurate and can only be confirmed by accepting the project and contacting the project manager.

I'd like to be able to directly work on the original document without missing the AI support.
