> **Pros**: This product does it all.  EH Manager generates licensing documents and inspection reports for multiple programs from one cloud-based database.   Multiple inspectors can update information in the database and it can be reviewed in real time by other staff members.

> **Cons**: Some parts of my jurisdiction have poor cellular service.  Connecting to the cloud-based database is difficult in those locations.

> EH Manager is an extremely versatile product at a very affordable price.

It is very user friendly.  The program designer has been very receptive to adding new features  and expanding on existing capabilities as ideas have come up.
