> **Pros**: Once set up, Timecloud is very user-friendly  and has streamlined our timekeeping and payroll processes. The system is easy to use, and it is straightforward to make changes (and also undo things - which is important\!). Clocking in and clocking out is easy, setting up new employees is straightfoward as well as updating their profiles. The team at Timecloud are also very helpful, responsive and solutions focused. The Geofencing works well, leave application is straightforward and our payroll provider finds the reports very useful. Timecloud also built a custom report for our provider.

> **Cons**: The setup process took longer than anticipated (unsure if that was our issue\!), and there were quite a few glitches along the way. The rostering system was also more manual than smart (again - perhaps something that we had misunderstood).
