Recapturing declined services has never been easier, thanks to Inspect and Invite. The software is genius. It's easy to track accountability, capacity and performance. You will see revenue increase if you implement Xtime in your service department and use all aspects of the software correctly. > > **Cons**: The setup can be tedious. If you do not have it setup properly, you will not see the benefits you should. It's crucial you take the time with your Xtime rep to make sure it's setup they way it needs to be for your shop. Sometimes, with a new system, you're not sure what questions you need to ask and that can make it a long process to get things right\! > > Xtime is the best system for service. Period. We no longer have issues of appointments being mysteriously moved because accountability is built in. Before Xtime, it was nearly impossible to track and recapture declined services. Xtime helps a lot with retention as well. You can set up campaigns in Invite to make sure your retention numbers stay where they need to be. As an employee, it was quite frustrating to have systems that worked be taken away to be replaced by something that kind of did the same job but not as well.
