Comments: Great experience with work wave maintains resources that help manager a small to medium size service business.

Pros:

streamlines a host of processes from route optimization, managing receivables, automating billing and sync with quickbooks

Cons:

expensive for user license and being tied into their processor is very costly.

Route Manager Review

Comments: It's been pretty decent overall. The hardest challenge I faced was getting the my co-workers to adapt to the new process and new software. The tool generally functions well and we do not have any major complaints that would prevent us moving forward and continuing to use the tool.

Pros:

I like that the onboarding process is very hands on. They definitely make sure that you understand how the tool operates, how to setup your instance, etc.

Cons:

I don't like the fact that you have to contact support to create territories, add drivers, and adjust your vehicle limit. It's very annoying and it's inefficient for a fast moving business. I also dislike the reporting and email functionality. The reporting is very limited, doesn't include any sort of automated emails and the export you do get isn't very clear to a lot of users. The email notifications also aren't customizable as far as the scheduling goes. The mobile app also only shows you a limited amount of days forward.

WorkWave upgrade

Pros:

Customer service is usually quick and easy. I understand the mandatory upgrade has nothing to do with the customer service aspect, so I will give high marks for the personal service.

Cons:

WorkWave made a decision to do a mandatory upgrade as of 7/31/19. The old, working well, system was disabled. The new system is very unstable and loses information. In addition, it has doubled the time it takes to do my routing. The look and functionality is defiantly a step down.

There is nothing we dislike about workwave. The ease of use and integration with two third party companies to allow drivers a single tool to perform multiple tasks has taken our delivery process to high-level efficiency

Comments: I enjoy working with the support number, they are always helpful and prompt. I feel [sensitive content hidden] my account rep is fabulous A joy to work with, although once I used Work Waves more often I had less interaction with anyone because I became self sufficient.

Pros:

Once learned the ease of the system is what's keep me using the software.

Cons:

I like to figure things out on my own, sometimes with Work Waves there are things they can see, that i can't see and I am unable to resolve the situation on my own.

WorkWave Route Manager for Recycling Collection

Comments: WorkWave works well for my one truck operation, I didn't need anything built for large orgs, or the price that came with them, so WW is a good option.

Pros:

I can import my addresses, verify them then push a single button and the route is ready to go. Since my routes change month to month, I can't use some of the saved route features, but it's smooth to upload.

Cons:

There is no left hand turn preferred option to make an even more efficient route.

Very poor customer service and faulty product

Comments: The experience has been horrible, we've been given misinformation and our account rep [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] could care less about us or anyone else as a customer, we definitely regret referring customers to Work Wave now

Pros:

The ease of migration from Service CEO to this product

Cons:

The product is complicated to use, search features are limited, and many lists don't even return basic results.

Great delivery software

Comments: I love Workwave. WorkWave has made not the drivers time more valuable but mine as well.

Pros:

The ease in which you can schedule deliveries. The ability to consolidate deliveries for multiple stores for one driver. Saves the company money.

Cons:

The only thing I wish WorkWave could do is to blackout dates or times for scheduled maintenance on the truck or if the truck is needed for something other than customer deliveries.

Comments: We rely heavily on this program for our very rare business. It does what we need it to for the purposes we use it for.

Pros:

Having the ability to route our techs each week for the most time saving and efficient delivery.

Cons:

The system could be more user friendly. However, when there is an issue customer support is awesome.

Comments: Amazing. When looking for a solution that I can grow with I chose WorkWave Route Manager. I am a small business but everyone I have engaged with makes me feel like I am their most important customer. And, the system works!

Pros:

Eas to use! Easy to implement! Great customer card with suggested changes being implemented!

Cons:

Export features need more flexibility. For instance, Export in my format, etc.

Comments: It has been very good. If there are issues I can message and the replies are in good time frame.

Pros:

The ease of transferring pertinent information for the delivery drivers to make their day easier.

Cons:

Being able to find the proper location to change (permanent or temporarily) information for the runs I'm working on.

Single user for home inspections

Comments: The most helpful and cost saving is that WW saves me 8 + hours each and every week I use it

Pros:

1. It saves e 8 to 10 hours every week. 2. the roughing is very easy and allows me to make changes when i need 3. down load direct to my GPS phone

Cons:

1. It would be if I could call and get quick help on the things i for got and new that I need a little hand holding.

Mobtown Fermentation review of WorkWave

Comments: Overall a positive experience! Has been incredibly intuitive to learn the ins and outs of the program, and have not had issues with glitches or bugs.

Pros:

I like how easily I can upload CVS files with all the routing data into the software.

Cons:

I don't like that the GPS takes you to coordinates instead of the address. Has not been a big problem, just more of an annoyance.

Comments: Overall, very pleased with WorkWave

Pros:

GPS tracking and the ability for our customers to acknowledge delivery using the app.

Cons:

We had to play around with the features to find out what works best for us. Also, we have to input a lot of information but that is to be expected I suppose

Comments: Our company was new to delivery and had many requirements for a routing program. Workwave/Viamente has met all of them. They are a fantastic company to work with. Not only do they have wonderful customer service, but they are always on top of new technology changes to ensure their application is one of the best.

Pros:

Route Optimization Ability to route from a remote location User Friendly Ease of Accessibility Love the ability to add comments into a specific stop for any issues that may have arrived.

Cons:

Only able to approve 3 days out, however this would not be a concern for most other users. We have pre-planned delivery orders so customers must place their order 4 days in advance.

Saves Time and Fuel

Comments: We are a service company calling on many business during the day, this tool allows me to accurately calculate what is achievable in a day, thus saving my business time and unnecessary fuel wastage. We arrive at our customers premises when we say we will be there, proving our efficiency in the eyes of the customer and raising our profile - now l can truly say we would be lost without it! Now all customers calls are completed in the one day, Routing to specific sites within open times, it really does make life easy if you are a service manger and l would recommend Viamente as it has multi route and allow for time restrictions which is difficult to calculate manually, The biggest benefits are time savings, both for me working out the routes and for the service drivers, in addition uploading the routes to your gps is superb, being able to download the map as well, showing the route is also very useful, lets face it we drive on very busy roads and software like this adds to service drivers safety as it automates the routes and calls.

I had the worst experience with Workwave. Not only does it not work properly and does not do what was promised, they scam you into staying a whole year and have the worst customer service.

Comments: I have never been so disappointed with a product. And I am very upset that they tricked me to sign up for a year. Now I am paying a full year and they know from day one that it does not work for me. It is a scam. It is a terrible product. Stay AWAY!!!!!

Pros:

Nothing. There is absolutely nothing good about this software. Stay away! I'm serious. You're better off using google maps.

Cons:

It does not divide the routes equally, and is very complicated to use. It took us 2 hours to set it up every day with their guidance every day for a month until we gave up.

Comments: Pros:
The most user defined options of the software we tested
It is very easy to move stops around to different times and different trucks.
It does a good job routing the trucks if you are careful defining territories and time windows
Cons:
It is COMMERCIAL ROUTING SOFTWARE AND ROUTES TRUCKS ONTO PASSENGER PARKWAYS
Every once in a while it puts a stop in a different state or country when the address format is exactly the same as the other addresses
Usually leave a message if there is a problem don't expect an immediate response

Functionality could improve but customer service is GREAT

Pros:

Customer Service, [sensitive content hidden] go ABOVE and BEYOND.

Cons:

We need to easily be able to allow drivers to adjust their routes. Also when adding location, it's very slow. Being able to adjust routes same day would be nice if it were easier to do. Also, exporting is difficult with the range requirements.

What a relief

Comments: We have used Viamente Route planner for the past 3 years to help our small school successfully deliver mother's day brunch bags to over 700 addresses. Prior to discovering Viamente, we spent many, many person hours pouring over paper maps to come up with the routes for our volunteer-drivers. Now, we put all of the addresses into Viamente and Tah-dah, our routes are planned!! What a relief.

Comments: From an IT point of view, not only does the application allow us to validate our data, but the ease of use allows for us to quickly train additional personal to use the system. Quickly validating our customer's address, mapping the locations, and planning the routes allows us to employ multiple what-if scenarios when looking at routing potential new customers.

Comments: Saved 2-3 FTE by planning our routes using Viamente and not leaving to the drivers. Simple and easy to use. Each driver was spending 15-20 minutes everyday and then we organized and staged product, now one person does it in 30 min. simple to use saves us time saves us money

Great Service!

Pros:

Lovely user interface. The customer support is very responsive and helpful. API is easy to integrate.

Cons:

It took me a while to get used to it, so you should spend some time playing around with the features before properly using it. Also, you do have to input many little details.
