I'm regularly in situations that L\&P fails to list possible connections and offers. This holds especially true for train journeys - for obvious reasons, that really impacts the usefulness 3. The amount of information can be overwhelming and hard to navigate at times, such as when getting 50 slightly different room offers for the same hotel.
