> **Pros**: Kandji is incredibly seamless and intuitive to use. The learning curve is almost flat — we didn’t have to spend time learning complex processes, and everything feels very natural. The UI and UX are excellent: clean, visually appealing, and aligned with the design quality we expect from Apple devices. It’s easy to navigate, well thought out, and simply makes our lives a lot easier when managing iOS and Mac devices.

> **Cons**: The only drawback we encountered was with the pricing tiers. Initially, the structure wasn’t as transparent as we would have liked, which made it a bit tricky to figure out the best fit. However, after some discussion, we found a pricing option that worked well for us, so it was more of a minor inconvenience than an ongoing issue.

> Our overall experience with Kandji has been fantastic. The platform performs smoothly, the interface is a pleasure to use, and the integration with our Apple devices feels effortless. > **Pros**: Simplified the Process of Management of MacOS devices for a team that was more windows based.&#10;Onboarding was really quick and easily with excellent hands on support.&#10;Support response and resolution times are really good too.&#10;The whole product is intuitive and easy to use.

> **Cons**: Alerts and clearing alerts is a pain.&#10;We see some alerting for some devices where through for example apps are already deployed before onboarding and the software can not be installed.  It would be really nice if these could be cleared easily or "ignored" in the UI.

> I would recommend this product to any company using MacOS.   We moved from using Intune from MacOS devices to Kandji with a focus on security and have not looked back.&#10;The Onboarding was exceptional with knowledgeable staff able to assist us with our initial blueprints and configurations.&#10;When things have not worked or we have required support the support team and really responsive and resolve issues fast.&#10;&#10;Overall this is a product i would not be without.

Onboarding devices is very straightforward, and the automation (particularly blueprints and zero-touch deployment) saves a significant amount of manual effort. The interface is clean and intuitive, making day-to-day management efficient without needing deep training. &#10;&#10;Another big plus is how updates and ongoing management are handled. Much of the patching, policy enforcement, and configuration happens automatically in the background, which reduces the need for manual intervention and helps keep devices compliant without constant oversight.&#10;&#10;Device management is strong and it gives good visibility across the estate. &#10;&#10;Customer support has also been responsive when needed, which makes a big difference for operational confidence.

> **Cons**: While the core functionality is solid, some areas feel less mature than more established platforms. Reporting and filtering could be more flexible, and there are limitations when it comes to integrations, particularly in more complex or Microsoft-heavy environments.&#10;&#10;Naturally, it also feels slightly more tailored towards Apple-first setups, so mixed-device environments may not get the same level of depth or control compared to other enterprise tools. But I know they are workign hard to bring other device platforms into line with their Apple management offering.

> **Pros**: What I like most about Iru is the intuitive user interface, which makes daily work straightforward and efficient. On top of that, the support team is impressively responsive and knowledgeable — issues get resolved quickly, which is a huge plus.

> **Cons**: The activity log remains a significant weak point. It is very difficult to search through — there is no simple way to filter by keyword or by user. For example, if an admin performs an action in the console, you often cannot find any trace of it in the activity view. This makes auditing and troubleshooting unnecessarily cumbersome.

> My overall experience with Iru has been very positive. I use it frequently and enjoy working with it. The interface is clear and easy to understand, which keeps the learning curve low. Value for money is solid given the quality of the product and the responsive customer support. The ease of use is one of its strongest points, and device and client management features work reliably.
