The branding is consistent and it is a well known company within the UK. I think Perkbox are a good alternative instead of having multiple employee benefits providers and a separate intranet. As the employee automatically sees the 'perks' i.e. benefits, discount vouchers etc it means that in theory there is better engagement from employees. > > **Cons**: I personally found the pricing to be quite high compared to doing it individually, e.g. using a perk provider and a separate intranet.
