Great, Value for Money Solution for a B2B

Comments: We were looking for a solution that would suit a B2B and were comparing various options against the features of Pardot and Hubspot. EngageBay came out as the most cost-effective solution that gave us most of the features but at a much more reasonable cost. We are happy with the choice of EngageBay for our business. Not only is it good value, but it is easy to use and the support is better than their competitors (including some of the market leaders which I have experienced first hand).

Pros:

It does everything we need at a much more reasonable cost than than the market-leading marketing platforms and CRMs. Also, the interface is much easier to use and far more intuitive than some of the market leaders, eg. SalesForce/Pardot. The support team are responsive and will answer any questions which is helpful particularly in the set up phase. We are based in Australia, so sometimes there is a time lag but it has not caused us any issues to date.

Cons:

There are a few missing features which would seem to be obvious, eg. not being able to sort on every column of data or only having the client's first name listed in some places when having both names would be more helpful or not having the ability to insert an email link into their templates. However, these can be worked around.

Comments: We’ve been using EngageBay for over 2 years now, and it’s been a game-changer for our business. It’s super easy to use, and having everything (CRM, email marketing, sales tools) in one place makes our work so much simpler. The email campaigns are a breeze to set up, and we love how we can track everything in one dashboard. Their support team has always been helpful and quick to respond whenever we needed them. Best of all, it’s affordable — way better value than some of the "big name" CRMs out there. DON'T BUY THIS SYSTEM!

Comments: As an example, the system is totally useless, I have spent two weeks trying to get by all the non logic functions and bugs to even send a newsletter. I can't even filter on the objects attached to a contact.
The Sync with Hubspot was a scam, we spent 20000€ to get our data over from Hubspot.

Hi Jerker, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Until the account is warmed up, we have a limit on how many emails you can send, just to ensure your domain reputation does not get impacted. Also, may I know what the issue was with the sync and who you paid the money to? We do not see any additional payments other than the subscription cost.

Go for Engagebay, your friendly CRM!

Comments: The technicality eg setting appointment schedule could be a bit cumbersome but for a good reason. Above all the customer helpdesk has been superb especially Charles who has been most patient and supportive, resolving every challenges or queries I had since day 1.

Pros:

To begin with, for a CRM beginner, Engagebay is a great choice and business partner - providing many easy to use templates. It takes a bit of getting used to but with the team support especially Charles and also Bob & Mark, the journey has been rather easy. Auto meeting schedule facilitates proactive engagement.

Cons:

There are limitations eg limited space for intro before the email template; email broadcast is slow to be sent out sometimes, some emails not reaching corporates despite assurance that emails would land into Inbox instead of junk folder.

Great Customer Support

Solid CRM system

Comments: I am not that experienced in CRMs in general. I've tried different ones throughout the time, but this one is the best in terms of getting it tailor made for you. Also love marketing stuff.

Pros:

It has everything you need at one place, and it is extremely easy to set-up.

Cons:

You paying per user. I know it is to mich to ask, but some users dont need the full functionality of the CRM. But unfortunately it is with most of CRM systems like this.

Comments: I have a lot of experience with Hubspot and Sales Force. I really liked the functionality of Hubspot, however the pricing for that was way to high for the current company that I work for. Engagebay delivers most of the same features, though some of the workflow is different. There is also a learning curve with any new CRM.

Pros:

Engagebay does a great job with contact management, emails, and call lists at an very affordable price. It does what other of the big name CRMS do, at a fraction of the price

Cons:

There are some things I would like to streamline with this CRM such as putting in a contact note without having to go all the way into a contact under a note. It would be nice to be able to be able to edit a note or task from the contact list screen, rather than having to go all the way into a contact.

Fast ROI with EngageBay

Comments: The overall experience has been very satisfactory. The initial demo and onboarding was highly informative and showed how EngageBay would serve our purpose for a very reasonable cost. The several times I have needed tech support I was able to jump on a chat, explain what I needed help with, and quickly get a resolution to the issue.

Pros:

EngageBay is an extremely easy platform to implement. While there have been a few times we have had their support team help us, for the most part it is highly intuitive. One of the key features we needed was the ability to create email sequences. Having used other CRM platforms, I was pleased with the bulk upload feature. With other platforms, I found I was able to only upload 50 at a time which was time consuming. With EngageBay I was able to upload 500 contacts all at once. With other platforms I have been limited to sending 500 emails per day. After using the email verifier that EngageBay provides for a very nominal cost, we are able to send up to 1000 emails per day.

Cons:

Setting up the email sequences was a bit tricky in places. The first time I went to upload contacts to the email sequence the contacts did not load properly. When I checked to see results the next day, I found that only a few dozen emails had been sent. After contacting tech support, I was able to avoid having this happen again and was able to get all contacts uploaded.

Comments: It has been an incredible experience. We transitioned to EngageBay from our previous tool, which we used for almost three years. The transition was much simpler, and there's so much more we can accomplish with EngageBay.

Pros:

EngageBay has been an incredible tool for our automation needs. We've been using it for a while now, and it has so much to offer. I'm extremely happy with this tool.

Cons:

The landing page creation sometime is a difficult task as we have to make changes to mobile and dekstop version for all the sections.

Comments: The lead capture and email marketing was sole reason we joined engagebay and couldn’t be happier. Wasn’t expecting all the other features to be part of this software, almost overwhelming but reassuring to know we can start putting most of our work, efficiently into one place

Pros:

Right now we're using it for contact management and e-mail marketing primarily. We had a CRM in Zoho and will be migrating most likely soon. Pros: Extensive features at an incredible value and easy to use. Customer support response is amazing and communication is stellar. Feel like I havent even cracked the surface of what engagebay can do!

Cons:

Time. As great as engagebay is, it’s hard to manage the migration project to CRM. It’s almost as if there’s too much available and migrating doesn’t feel intuitive.

Comments: I could not test all features as the trial is limited but my overall experience was good and it is a very good product. However you most likely will see this only if you use the paid version.

Pros:

The CRM has many features and also has interactive dashboards with analytics to help focus on leads and data that matter. It also integrates well with 3rd party calendars and social apps.

Cons:

The trial version has a lot of features restricted.

Great CRM, You must consider when looking for a CRM!

Comments: EngageBay has exceeded my expectations. This program is truly starting to get my business going. I enjoyed my sales guy and everything he told me has been true, yes that's a first. The Customer Service people are great, they are there all the time and have really helped me along. The price was much less than the competition, and if you get the All-in-One set up, they do not nickel and dime you for more modules as its all in that package. I give EbgageBay 100% for all they are doing.

Pros:

Without a doubt what I like the most is the customer service and all the help I receive. I am not a IT expert and hooking up apps and making SMS, automation and setting up my needs is not something I know a lot about. The Customer Service has been amazing and quite frankly beats the competition I have worked with. I found most companies to be all talk when it comes to helping, but EngageBay has helped me every step of the way, by chat and on the phone when I need extra help.The product is full of tools, I am using the "All In One" version and it does everything I need at half the price as the competition. It amazes me how many choices there are and how much I can do.I find this program will also grow great as our company grows. It's more than we need today, but it won't be next year and for the price, it would be silly to go anyplace else.

Cons:

For me the thing I dislike the most about any program is learning how to use it. But like I said the support is great.There is not a lot I do not like about EngageBay, I am a very happy Customer. If I had to pick something, I would like to see a larger EngageBay University with many more in-depth and beginner videos. I am told this is coming, so that will be great!

Comments: I know how to use my system so it is awesome. Engagebay is a sophisticated tool. If you don't know how to use it then it will be less helpful. It is like owning a Jet fighter but you do not know how to be a pilot. I know how to pilot it that is why I can direct it to success.

Pros:

It has a lot of features that can be used and each time I check it it's becoming better. 5 years ago when I saw it it has a lot of potential. Now I know it will be growing further

Cons:

Up until now, it does not have a sufficient knowledge base to back up its extensive features. Though it's easy to use. but having a guide will still be helpful

Accepted a Free Trial & Saw What All The Fuss is About

Comments: I just accepted the free trial to see what everybody has been talking about it being a great and powerful tool for marketing, and I can attest now that I've seen, that I do agree 100%.

Pros:

I like how it aligns most platforms with one another, nearly every other software available doesn't streamline the process of connecting all profiles. Most issues are caused by the time it takes to connect them all (like hoops you're made to jump through just to get to that point), I am always searching for a better "main hub" situation because each one, I've learned in my own experiences, that not one single platform, hub, account management, and otherwise, never do ALL that you need them to be able to do. One may do 15 things that the other doesn't but that one missing those 15 features may have the one feature that you really needed to lighten the load or something. Its always something or 5 things, but for the money EngageBay seems to be true to their word, and have nearly mastered the all-in-one hub

Cons:

Cost, make it accessible for everyone, even consider a free option because more times than not, someone will desperately need the features that are restricted usually in free-trials or free plans, and end up buying regardless to satisfy that need.

Cons:

Comments: In our case, we use the CRM module for sales and deals management . We use it dayly , is our tool for deals register , sales, win/loss oportunities, contact data, etc.. EngageBay platform provides a glance of our business development and help us to categorize our company priorities, track our goals, tasks, etc. I strongly recommend it for small business .

Pros:

I like the easy use of the platform, the fast response. For example in the deals view you can add your customers´s logo, and other fields that you consider neccessary. This is very useful in order to have a quick view of your business . You can also generate csv reports from each account. The online support is polite, fast and efficient.

Cons:

I would like more configurable options for sales reports and user experience interface. For example, change background colors, insert your company logo, reports from different fields. (For example customer hit rate report,etc)
