"When is the only product on the market the best product on the market?"

Comments: I use this software to sync to Quickbooks Enterprise Desktop. Myworks is a fantastic software and great experience. The Quickbooks Web Connector that this leverages, however, continues to fail and halt my processes requiring manual intervention. I saw mention of a bugfix - couldn't come quickly enough.

Pros: This product was clearly built by an accounting team that knows the ins and outs of Quickbooks while also the nuances of WooCommerce. The sheer amount of depth to this product, the ability to configure minute details, is highly impactful to my recommendation here.

Cons: Some areas of the plugin are not entirely intuitive, and the need to upgrade to a higher tier to use warehousing and advanced inventory was an unwanted surprise.

"A great business solution"

Comments: Our inventories are easily managed as we use this software extensively. All our sales are automated now

Pros: The best feature of the software for us is the quick books Sync which helps us a lot and makes our job easy.

Cons: Nothing I can think of however, customer support has to improve a little.

"MyWorks and QB Online Sync"

Comments: If I can get it to actually work as promised, it will be a great software. But with each week that goes by I think this is less and less possible.

Pros: The sync process (when it works) is great!

Cons: There's a lot of features that I think should be standard and are not yet. Though my call with tech support, they said they will be adding these options in the next update - which should supposedly be soon. Still have 2 open tech support tickets which have been open for 2-3 weeks.

"Customer Service Non Existent"

Comments: Everything looked great in theory, price was high, but functionality sounded good. Then we installed it and it broke a number of other functionality. Have been through service nightmare trying to get it sorted, meanwhile we are losing customers.

Pros: Multi-Warehouse with separate inventories and product listings

Cons: Breaks a number of other plugins and then service is the worst I have ever seen. Multi day ticket processing, service numbers that go nowhere.

"Saved us a ton of time and money"

Pros: Easy to setup and allowed us to sync over 1,000 orders that we missed after migrating to WooCommerce. We actually synced incorrectly the first time and were able to sync again with updated settings without issue. No duplicates, etc. Customer service is absolutely amazing.

Cons: Nothing. We like everything about the software

"MyWorks Sync is Amazing!"

Pros: Easy to use, easy to set up, amazing customer service.

Cons: Had a few issues with auto-syncing purchases to quickbooks from our website, but that isn't an issue with the software and there is always a manual push that I do to get the purchases over.

"Easy for Startups"

Comments: Started with the free version and had to bump up to the paid version with Transactions increasing. Customer Service was great.

Pros: I like that it automatically syncs all my eCommerce Transactions into Quickbooks, Easy for me to reconcile and saves a lot of time.

Cons: only a small number of transactions for the free version, Will have to upgrade

"User-Friendly and Streamlines Data"

Pros: MyWorks Sync makes it easy to synthesize data from one platform to another.

Cons: Takes some getting used to and remembering to Map new items, etc., but once done the process overall is easy.

"Quickbooks Enterprise Integration"

Pros: I like that it frees up our time so we do not have to manually enter orders from the website into QB.

Cons: There are some orders here and there that do not link in for whatever reason (small number), but still happens now and then and not sure why.

"woo-commerce QuickBooks sync"

Pros: The in-depth capabilities to sync all my data from products, customers, sales, invoices all from woo-commerce to QuickBooks.

Cons: It was very hard to figure out how to sync the tax appropriately so we could push our data over to QuickBooks . with the great customer service rep we had we were able to get it all synced and working properly now.

Great to hear that our support team was helpful in getting your taxes mapped - sometimes with UK or CAD tax structures, this can be advanced to initially set up - but once correctly in place, your orders will accurately sync over with sales tax, and it'll be smooth sailing going forward. :)

"MyWorks Sync"

Pros: Very reliable. Not complicated. Easy to get started.

Cons: Occasionally need to reset mapping or push orders through manually. Also need to reestablish QBO connection occasionally.

"EASY. GREAT SUPPORT. Reliable."

Comments: Very easy to integrate. setting up custom syncs take a time to learn but once you understand the structure and the scheme it is very easy to add custom rules, execution and fields.

Pros: I love the easy syncing and set up. if you have a basic retail ecom store. this product is for you! Very little set- up time. We had a few custom rules with shipping, taxes (being a non profit for some virtual products), which after i got with a support rep on chat (slack) they helped me very quick. I love the customer service speed. Custom/complex rules and integrations you will need to understand both QBO and Mysync more in dept but for the average ecom/wordpress user its a 5-10 min set up.

Cons: The labeling of the tabs. I also don't like how everything is on separate tabs. I would like it to be ajax so that I can do multiple things at once. Also, bulk editing or updating would be great.

"Good PlugIn"

Comments: It works, it doesn't crash... if you stay within the core plug in, it works perfectly.

Pros: Has most functions needed already built in.

Cons: Some standard Quickbooks features are not in the core plug in, so customization is needed, which means paying extra fees.

"Artist successfully uses MyWorks"

Comments: MyWorks Sync has been wonderful, especially the customer service! I was at first overwhelmed with the implementation, but the online service provider ended up calling me as she could see I needed a little hand holding:) She was amazing! Very patient and kind, and I "got it" and it didn't take more than thirty minutes. So appreciate her help!

Pros: MyWorks best qualities is that it's straighforward and easy to use. As an artist, I struggle to understand and implement linear online products, yet with a little help, I was able to load and use this product.

Cons: My critique would be that there was a hickup in connecting two of the products and for someone who isn't linear I had a hard time with that. I ended up asking my web developer to look into it and it's working just fine. Although I am grateful I have such an efficient web guy, I always prefer to work out the kinks myself if possible.

"Good Product, Expensive and Gradual to update"

Comments: We are really grateful to have our Woocommerce and Quickbooks synced, and the the customer support answers quickly.

Pros: The interface is nice, and once things are set up it runs smoothly.

Cons: It's very expensive to get little modifications going. Also it seems to take a very long for updates. I was told that a fix for overwriting customer names would be 'part of the next update' several months ago, and we have seen several updates without this issue getting resolved.

"Customer Support is out of this world"

Comments: MyWorks makes our integration with QBO pretty seamless. The other options we had out there just didn't do what we needed them to do. It's such a good value and now we don't have to worry that the info isn't getting pushed over correctly. It all happens automatically behind the scenes.

Pros: I am not an accountant or Quickbooks expert and finding a way to integrate our checkout with Quickbooks proved to be way more complicated than it seems like it should be, especially because, like so many companies out there, we required a slightly custom solution. MyWorks Sync worked right out of the box and the hand-holding with the setup was ahhh-mazing. Any issues or questions that have cropped up in the last couple of years working with them were dealt with, often within mere hours, and the company even did some custom stuff for us to make their plugin work even more deeply for our specific needs.

Cons: The software has a ton of options you can turn on and off, which is awesome because it gives you a lot of control... but with great power comes great responsibility ;) and it's hard to understand what they all do. Fortunately the team is always on standby and they actually help with a lot of the setup so you don't have to become a MyWorks guru or accounting expert to get it running.

"Sync from Woo to QBO"

Comments: Support has been fabulous. They have worked with us through and after a trial period to get everything set up as we needed. Anytime we have a syncing error they are super quick to respond and help find the reason for the error. The logs are also very helpful.

Pros: It works seamlessly - once it is set up correctly - to send my orders directly to QBO with all inventory and customer information.

Cons: It takes a little bit of time to make sure everything is going through correctly and can sometimes have a hiccup in mapping products or customers.

"Perfect match with QBO"

Comments: Fantastic. Great Value for the product!

Pros: I really the way the product pushes over to QuickBooks Online. The process to sync the apps was easy and the customer service was terrific at helping me get set-up. It is also easy to navigate to in WordPress.

Cons: Once in a while I have to manually push a few orders.

"time saver"

Pros: it was pretty easy to set up and customer support during the process was great.

Cons: once something cleared the customer list for some reason, not sure if it was myworks or another problem. the customer list was pretty quick and easy to reinstall with quickbooks. other than that not really any major problems at all.

"Don't know how I lived without it"

Comments: I use it to sync WooCommerce users, orders and payments directly into QuickBooks Online. I used to have to do that manually.

Pros: Toss up between: (1) the hours and hours it saves me so that I can focus on my actual business rather than bookkeeping, and (2) the unbelievable customer support.

Cons: It's pretty complicated, but once I got the hang of it, I love it.

"A Must-Have Tool for Woo Commerce-QuickBooks Bsinesses"

Comments: Our experience with MyWorks Sync in the first year or so of use has been very positive. It's a robust tool that delivers what is promised in an intelligible and efficient manner at a price both fair and significantly lower than the competition. I can, without hesitation, highly recommend MyWorks Sync to any e-commerce entity seeking a reliable and affordable way to streamline and automate their Woo Commerce/QuickBooks Online back-end processes.

Pros: Once the MyWorks Sync plugin is properly configured, the integration and functionality between WooCommerce and Quick Books Online is seamless. It's a huge time saver for any small to medium-size business where many hats are worn by a relatively few people. The tool is well developed and updates are maintained on a timely basis to insure compatibility with WP and WC updates. What little support we needed at the beginning was excellent, though it relies almost exclusively on email to reach a human being.

Cons: During initial setup, some renaming of QBO categories was required to facilitate an accurate initial syncing of records - not a big deal.
