"Barracuda Won't Let that Spam Get You!"

Comments: I think this software is good at its job.

Pros: It is really good about spaming the right emails. I like how it asks you if the emails are spam before it hides them from you so you don't lose an important email.

Cons: I think the interfce and dashboard could be a bit more user friendly.

Comments: It’s was job requirement to use. Was easy to use and understand.

Pros: Keeps PHI protected. Easy to use. Easy to set up the login.

Cons: The constantly signing in when you receive new email with PHI

"Barracuda Sentinel"

Comments: Been convinced we made a good choice. Sales and implementation and Tech Support has/was good. Seems to be a set it and forget it. Options or settings are good as well as Reports. Team actually contacted us for a follow up, evaluation of Setting which was refreshing.

Pros: Barracuda Sentinel is relatively affordable and easy to implement as a cloud-based service for Office 365 users.

Cons: No so much a Con, but my thought and to be brutally honest, I was not excited about any AI Products. However the further down the road we go with this product - the better I feel we made a very good choice. I see no Cons at this time.

"Protects Company Emails From Threats"

Pros: It has helped us quite a bit as far as email threats are concerned. It keeps your mind at ease knowing that your employees are less likely to be duped into clicking a harmful email. It runs in the background, so it is not obtrusive, but can be a taxing resource on your pc.

Cons: When downloading a file from an email, it will scan it for threats, which is great. Unfortunately, it can take quite a long time to scan each file, and it frequently locks up so you have to keep re-downloading the file in order to view it. It can be very frustrating. This might be due to a connection issue or the software itself, I am unsure.

"Best Spam Prevention on Market"

Comments: Having used Barracuda products for years - we have been very pleased. Service / support is fantastic. Staff is always friendly and easy to work with.

Pros: Reliability! This is the most reliable spam software system out there. Once you get it tuned to your liking its pretty much set it and forget it. It just WORKS.

Cons: Settings take a bit of getting used to - but once you've had it for a while any changes you need to make become intuitive.

"Spearphishing - hard to know how much protection you need"

Comments: After thorough testing, it knows what it's doing. It knows if you are compromised and it alerts you and administrators to take action. It also protects as a proactive by intercepting bad emails before hackers have the ability to take over.

Pros: Industry leader in spearphishing protection. Software reads through emails and learns how individuals write and determines if things are "different" if they are compromised. Extremely useful as there is no technical safeguard once a breach occurs.

Cons: The software is difficult to "sell" as spearphishing is still an unknown attack vector for most people. Phishing is dangerous, but people start to realize that THEY are being directly targeted versus casting a wide net and no one believes it'll happen to them before it's too late.

"Barracuda Sentinel"

Pros: This is hands down the best cloud based cyber fraud protection services on the market.

Cons: The only downside of this product is it's cost, however you certainly are getting what you pay for.

"Barracuda makes of patient information safe"

Pros: We use Barracuda as a protected email service throughout our medical community. We are able to provide sensitive material and not have to worry about violating HiPAA. This is very important to us.

Cons: Only con I see if that the message expire. We need this information and it is not available. You can't forward the information to another email with the proper attachments so there is not a paper or electronic trail

Pros: Protects email from phishing scams and is easy to use as it runs in the background.

Cons: Can make it difficult to receive personal emails in a corporate environment.
