Simple & Ideal Development Tool with Excellent Precision and Superior Intricate Features.

Pros:

The overall structure and ease of use makes this the best there is for advanced usage and beginner learning. The Excellent Communication & Service of the SelfCAD development team is second to none. The constant updates and feature advancements on the application and online environment is fantastic. This works easier than Inkscape, Corel Draw & Illustrator in raw image generation.

Cons:

Additional Ways to manage files created and load downloaded tutorials into the PC Program. Needs more ways to input drawing & item images into 3D structure for modification and development.

The ease with which you can make complex models, its interface is very intuitive, it includes many tutorials for you to practice step by step. It easily integrates with augmented reality apps like MarvinXR and Aryel. This app allows me to create cubes with their six faces in different colors. The formats for both import and export. You can also do rendering and animations

Cons:

I don't dislike anything, this app is perfect for 3D modeling

Great introduction to cad modelling for 3D printing

Comments: Excellent interface for importing in vector image files and modifying - be great if their was a bit more complexity around modifiers and object wrapping. One of the best introductions to cad modelling for 3D printing on the market.

Pros:

Very easy and intuitive user interface - the dialogue box prompts and active/suggested tutorials are particularly useful. Can quickly produce print ready models.

Cons:

It is a shame the product seems limited in terms of parametric modelling (does not have the ability to wrap a mesh around a complex object - or perhaps I haven't discovered this yet as only on day 5 of the trial period). Online tutorials are great for producing simple objects but am unable at this stage to find more complex modelling techniques/strategies for jewelry design/complex and more complex parametric shapes. Appreciate this software is not attempting to actively compete with Moi3D or Rhino, but a little more functionality would go a long way.

Then SelfCad arrives and opens to me a way to express my creativity with a complete 3D modeling Software. No need to have a powerful laptop, SelfCad is an online tool with all I need to create, transform, and render my creation.

With this online tool, I can access to a top 3D modeling software from anywhere at any time.

Cons:

Maybe, they can add more templates. The library offers some pretty tutorials.

Comments: It's one of the best so far cos it give me additional experience to what I have learned

Pros:

The pricing is free and you can upgrade to a pricing categories to have access to some of its features and it's the easiest so far for beginners like me and professionals as well and it's also gives you access to a space where you can start a project on your own and still be learning and brings your imaginations into reality

Cons:

It keeps loading and when I finally got into the work space then it's start hanging for more than 10 minutes before I can finally start my project

it has many tools, they are simple to use, very intuitive, I have used other tools like Blender or Meshmixer but they are very confusing, not this one, it is very simple and complete

The controls are not generic, for moving the camera, rotating, scaling, etc, the defined keys are weird for me

Comments: Ease of use for the basic occasional need is a plus for me and it remains on my radar to purchase if the need for more detailed drawings and/or 3D representations arise.

Pros:

The user interface is easy to understand and the features in the free version are great for the occasional need to have a 3D representation of a basic sketch. The speed of rendering and the ease of changing dimensions as well as adding text are plusses that help in presentation.

Cons:

Has everything a free version should have, but it would be a dream to add materials for a better rendering.

Best 3D CAD Modeling Software

Comments: I do graphics and also architectural drawings and SelfCAD makes it easy to model 3D objects. It's a terrific software program to manipulate exactly what I need.

Pros:

I like how intuitive and how easy to use this software is to produce accurate drawings and model in 3D. The learning curve is small because of it's many intuitive tools.

Cons:

It's subscription-based and you pay monthly or annually. I like to own my products as much as possible.
