The customer service guidance is pretty solid from Google - guiding through set-up of both search and display ads and helping you understand some performance questions for ads and keywords.

Cons:

It would almost feel wrong to complain or list any dislikes I have about something that is free.

A thorough but overwhelming web analytics platform

Pros:

What I like most is the breadth of available reports and dashboards. There are also endless opportunities to customize those reports.

Cons:

What I like most is also what I like least. Unless you really know what you're doing and have significant experience with GA, it's not user-friendly and is very hard for a marketing novice to get up and running.

Google analytics for tracking all your website and campaign metrics

Comments: Overall my experience is very good, i am using Google analytics from past 1 year and added many projects and implemented the GA code on our website and we are able to track all our projects metrics like how many people have visited our website, able to track the acquisitions, also able to track the missed leads from the digital campaigns its very useful software.

Pros:

i liked the Reports section in google analytics where they are providing the in-depth metrics for website visitors and acquisition reports. also able to get the reports on Engagement and Monetiziation.

Cons:

All things are good and nothing is bad in it Google analytics its a free. but they should add chatbot to instantly ressolve all the querries and do the better customer service.

The best in business

Comments: With Google Analytics 360 I can do a lot of things for my business. For example, I can check key metrics in built-in reports, I can monitor real-time data, I can compare data ranges and apply filters, save any reports to my dashboard so I can easily come back to them.

Pros:

I like that I never lose sight of my website and app performance.

Cons:

I don’t like that doesn’t exist an filter that have as a default 24 hours data.

Pros:

Immediate impact from Dashboards

Comments: We continue to explore ways to use it and evolve our decision making and goals. This is truly remarkable in a business that tends to look at short range metrics and out put, we have had a whole new world opened up to us.

Pros:

Setting up the dashboards allowed us to experiment and learn what we needed to focus on. Once we built them and shared them with our team adoption was almost immediately. From the Lead in the kitchen to the lead on the front of the house floor everyone saw immediately what they needed to focus on. Fantastic!

Cons:

That waited so long to implement it. As a small business, any investment in tools like this is a burden but this one has paid for itself through data-driven insights and decision making.

Decent data analysis and reporting solution.

Comments: Overall, I find the experience in general to be fluid once you understand the technical aspects of using it. It saves time that would have been spent in manual reporting. Also, it gives a birds-eye view of the marketing performance of the business.

Pros:

What I like about Google Analytics is the wide array of metrics used to track the performance of both Ad campaigns and SEO performance. Being able to more accurately follow customers' behavior permits better data-driven decision-making.

Cons:

I think at the start, it can be somewhat of a learning curve. It's not as simple or straightforward as some of the other software in the Google Business Suite. Maybe the user experience could be simplified a bit further. Their customer support is generally top-notch, but on certain occasions when they are short-staffed, the agents they put in contact with to solve the query were even less knowledgeable than me.

Comments: Overall experience at initial stage of product was great. Ease to setup and learn. Data accuracy was also very high.

Pros:

Ease of setup , User Friendly , Pre Defined Dashboard of Important KPI, Lots of Feature and Options, Ease of understanding through graphs.

Cons:

Accurate data comes after some days that could be faster, extracting or modified data from analytics through dashboard not possible we need to write query for this.

A powerful and complex tool to track website and apps performance

Comments: Good experience overall, however, I spent a lot of time learning the tool and I'd say I'm pretty advanced. Some people might be overwhelmed by the number of options the tool offers and Google is not super helpful with the support.

Pros:

I like the range of metrics and dimensions that Google Analytics covers. It is easy to implement on the website, however, you need development resources to do it. However, it's probably the best tool you can get to track web and app performance.

Cons:

I'm not the biggest fan of the latest changes on the platform and how different is GA4 from UA. However, I appreciate that GA4 is more powerful than UA and also more accurate, so it's a change for good. However, the resources, courses and communication about changes could be better. Also, you can expect that the metrics are 100% accurate due to privacy restrictions.

Cons:

I use Google Analytics mainly for campaigns overview. It allows me to easy track the website traffic in real time and very easy. When it comes to export the results everything is easy. Setting up the analytics account and project was very easy. The keyword tracking and demographics are very important data for me and Analytics can give detailed reports on this, and everything.

Reporting is at another level, from demographic to time and device, Analytics gives you every piece of information about your users. The app is very intuitive and easy to navigate. Reports are easy to export.

Nothing I can say against Analytics, just works great.
