About Amazon S3
Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3) is a cloud-based object storage that allows users to store and retrieve data from anywhere.
I like the most that they have integrations and documentation for almost every technology availlable, its fast and easy to use, what more could you ask for.
The only limitation is this can not be used as a block storage and it do not support formatting and can used for object purpose.

The Ultimate Cloud Storage Solution
Pros:
My preferred option for storing unstructured data is Amazon S3. It is easy to use, dependable, and reasonably priced. It is the ideal option for simple data management because it is the industry standard and connects easily with the majority of data analytics tools.
Cons:
So far, Amazon has not caused me any problems. I'm very happy with its reliability and performance, and everything has gone smoothly.
Amazon S3 review
Comments: Amazon S3 did exactly what I wanted it to do once I got past the setup obstacles. It is a bit difficult to navagate. Amazon does offer free training for their products which is a plus.
Pros:
With Amazon being such a large company, we can use multiple technologies with only one bill. Amazon is well known and does a good job at storing and retaining my data. Amazon has many more features than their competitors which is great if you know how to set them up and run them. Amazon S3 does offer free training for their products which is helpful.
Cons:
Amazon S3 platform is hard to navigate, I feel it is ment for an advanced user rather than someone who is trying out new technology. Amazon is a bit higher priced than many competitors.
S3 is the gold standard for cloud object storage
Comments: It's a great product that's always available and is the gold standard for object storage in the cloud. I don't have any complains.
Pros:
It's simple, it works and it's cheap. Any time I need to store unorganised data my default is to put it in an S3 bucket. I love how it's the industry standard and any data analytics tools always have an s3 integration.
Cons:
I wish I could see a preview of objects stored in the buckets without having to download them

Gold Standard for bucketed data
Pros:
The bucketing system and file structure are easy to navigate, and the UI is intuitive. There's plenty of documentation, and the UI is approachable for those less technically inclined (we have folks with workflows that involve moving around some S3 data, but not getting much deeper than that, and being able to easily copy/move folders using the UI makes more sense than trying to teach CLI commands). No issues with reliability of access.
Cons:
Integrations are most effective when using other AWS products, but that's fairly standard these days. Would love to see macros or AI assistance for regular, repeatable tasks.
Reliable and Versatile Cloud Storage
Comments: Overall it's been positive in terms of storage, scalability and reliability. Initial learning could be challenging but once in the game it should be an easy and smooth ride.
Pros:
Amazon S3 is pretty straightforward in terms of setup. It can handle small amount of data to the massive amount of data. The integration with Amazon services makes it a core part of cloud architecture.
Cons:
The costing breakdown could be a bit tricky to manage and monitor. Since it's easily accessibility can make it prone to the dodgy public access of data leak.
One of the best object storage
Comments: enable soft delete feature is wonderful as a security feature. This provide an extra layer of security.
Pros:
cost of the service, easy to configure, can configure HA in different region.
Cons:
There should have been some tier made of SSD disk to serve better performance.
Amazon S3 is the best storage provider on the web
Comments: Very positive. It functioned to store data for our mobile apps and a mirror backup system in association with RDS and EC2 instance running laravel. It also stored our original archive before upgrading to a proper DAM (which uses S3 to store its data too)
Pros:
It can do basically anything you program it to do.
Cons:
Learning curve is quite challenging. Documentation is helpful but product is constantly changing and requires users to stay on top of their knowledge base.
