"Favorite email solution"

Pros: Everything from the ease of use, the functionality, and the teams dedication to always making significant improvements to the product.

Cons: The only issue I had was when I would load up prospects for a campaign and find there was an error, it was terribly difficult to fix that error. Thankfully, with a recent update, you can now rollback uploads which has saved me on more than one occasion.

"Completely amazing"

Pros: Lemlist is actually amazing. I've tried 4-5 email platforms before, such as quickmail and others. And... they all do the same thing. But before actually starting to use lemlist, I didn't realize how much of a difference there can be in "how" they do it. This is a short list of lemlist's pros:
- Amazing support. They're lightning fast, human, and actually helpful.
- Amazing stuff within the app that you wouldn't have thought of, like built-in "idiot proof" features that make stuff automatically without you worrying about it.
- The whole experience is FLUID. It's fun. Nothing is clunky about lemlist, as it was in every other app I've used.
- Personalization options are good.
- It's got top-of-the market capabilities, but is priced very reasonably, below many alternatives

Cons: None, really, that I have come across. I love this product.

"Fully Featured with Great Customer Support"

Comments: Lemlist is easy to use, feature rich with great customer support.

Pros: Lemlist is a great email software package that keeps on getting better, quickly! They have a Facebook group that they are very responsive in and when they see a good idea, they implement quickly. The head representative shows that he really cares for his customers and aims to build a top notch product. Their articles on how to get the best out of their software are very thorough.

Cons: I got a great deal on the software early on from a deal they had when acquiring a user base on Appsumo. That being said, the ROI one can achieve by following the software can far outshine what one would ever pay. That being said, they now have an upgrade to video that I would love to get my mits on, but alas I'm being cheap and refuse to pay the upgrade cost right now as I have software that duplicates that functionality... Okay, that's what I like least. haha. I'm sure it would be more than worth it for user that doesn't have the video capability already.

"Simply Amazing!"

Comments: A super easy and efficient way to run outreach to Journalists and Guest Posts for my SEO.

Pros: World-class founding team, beautiful user interface, and innovative features! Lemlist landed at the same time a few alternatives also launched and Lemlist stood head and shoulders above the competition.

Cons: Lack of integrations but I believe they will come soon enough! I am looking forward to seeing Zapier so I can fully automate!

"Great for sending customised bulk emails, prospecting and engaging existing contacts"

Pros: I really like the customisation that's built in. I chose Lemlist for our sales team to be able to send bulk prospecting emails and that's resulted in a massive increase in replies.
What I really like most about Lemlist is the feature that checks the validity of email addresses which is missing in most other tools - and this is extremely crucial when prospecting.

Cons: - The main downside is a missing integration with Zapier. I see Lemlist as a powerful tool in a growth hacking briefcase and with a missing Zapier integration, this disables our team from doing stuff like like contact form via Zapier to Lemlist.
- Unable to export contacts. Nothing else.

"Fantastic Tool"

Comments: I absolutely love Lemlist. I was trying to do a lot of manual cold outreach before Lemlist. Lemlist saves me massive amount of time and gets me a really good click through rate

Pros: The personalized images have taken my reply and click-through rate to a whole new level

Cons: I would like to have more customization options for the images.

"Lemlist = Lead Automation"

Pros: It has a feature called Lemwarm which helps warm up new email domains

Cons: The interface to manage the inbound leads/replies

"Excellent email outreach tool! With new features introduced all the time!"

Comments: I think for the price is a great alternative to several other platforms. It still needs to fine tune in order to get to a perfect 10, yet it is close.

Pros: Excellent ease of use. The program is straight to the point. Based on its stage, it is a reasonable price. The ability to embed images. Deliverability. Sending with multiple aliases.

Cons: Because it is still being built out, you do encounter bugs; granted, the team is very responsive. Two big issues I hope they fix: 1) If someone subscribers, they need to be removed from the list just not the campaign, 2) No way to export lists to save in a doc in order to have prospecting team call people who replied.

"The Best Software to Capture Your Subscriber"

Pros: It can personalize your email to the recipient so this will make the recipient feel so great

Cons: I haven't encountered any disappointment when I use this app.

"Cold Email Outreach With a Twist"

Comments: An easy way to create and run cold email outreach campaigns without having to use expensive and complicated automation software.

Pros: It allows you to create a pretty robust cold email outreach campaign without a lot of technical know-how. What's different with this service from similar email outreach software is that you can insert an image into your email and actual use merge tags to customize the text on the image to whoever you are sending it to, super cool. It also uses your own Gmail or Google Apps email account so the deliverability of your emails is very high.

Cons: If you are not familiar with email marketing and autoresponders, it may take you a little while to figure out how to set up a multi-step email campaign. Tutorial videos should be a little clearer on explaining how to setup campaigns

"Best cold email outreach tool I have. I use it exclusively for all my outreach campaigns."

Comments: It handles all of my cold email outreach and it does what I want and need.

Pros: Simplicity and more personalization options not to mention their awesome support.
The fact that Lemlist listens and implement additional features from customer's feedback is a good sign that this tool will be here for long and keeps innovating.

Cons: To be honest, I don't see anything that I don't like in Lemlist. Every morning, I feel very excited to login to Lemlist.

"Great for Personal & Professional Use!"

Comments: Automated Client Outreach is the biggest benefit from lemlist.

Pros: The ease and simplicity of setting up engaging e-mail campaigns. It's very simple to set up who on your lists you'd like to target and then set up an outreach campaign.

Cons: I wish there was an Office365 integration along with the Google Suite integration. Unfortunately, lemlist only currently works with Google, which limits the business applications to only a few of my clients.

"We have been using Lemlist to better optimize our cold email efforts for potential clients."

Comments: We are able to focus our efforts on obtaining leads rather than communicating with them. This allows for full optimization in these efforts.

Pros: The sequences have allowed us to automate the process for reaching out to these folks. This way we can basically "set it and forget it" within this group.

Cons: There is not many templates that suit what are trying to do so all email templates needed to be created from scratch.

"Lemlist saved me hours of manual, tedious work"

Pros: Lemlist helps me send cold emails to a list of people without the workload of using other systems (and over the last 5 years I've used them all). So far I have 36% open rate and 21% response rate. On cold emails!

Cons: The UX takes a bit of getting used to (which is true for every new tool you're going to use). Making you set up everything separately before you can send a campaign.

"Can't believe something like this really exists"

Pros: It offers you a lot of features to dynamically customize the message for your cold emails. It's a great tool to get more responses from your prospects.

Cons: It would be great having additional integrations, but Lemlist still is a young tool! I'm sure they will release new integrations in the future to automatically sync contacts' data and emails sent/received with our own CRM.

"Very Promising"

Comments: It's help me manage my link building efforts

Pros: Setting up campaigns and email sequences is easy, importing CSV's with prospects is a breeze and adding images to emails really makes a difference in the open rate

Cons: The software is young, so the UI is a bit unintuituve, and updating prospect info can be tough. Other than that it's a great start

"Cold emails with personalization and friendliness"

Comments: Better personalization options to break through with our cold emails

Pros: Easily personalize cold emails. It's tough to break through when everyone gets so much email. Lemlist gives you a chance at doing so.

Cons: No integration with phone calls which often happen. Often leads end up on a phone call and automatic tracking of that would be ideal

"We started using Lemlist and dropped all the other tools we were using."

Comments: Increased reply rate

Pros: All the personalization features & stats. Using personalized images increased my reply rate by 200%. Overall, Lemlist is super easy adopt and very intuitive.

Cons: We're waiting for integration to other softwares with use specially a Pipedrive integration. Otherwise nothing in particular.

"Absolutely Amazing!"

Comments: Cold emailing on steroids...

Pros: It's so easy to use, has all the feature you need, the custom image feature is amazing. Exactly what I was looking for!

Cons: If you could track if people visited a specific site or integrated with Facebook ads that would be cool but no biggie

"Simple, effective and a must have tool"

Comments: Easy email outreach and customisations.

Pros: It's simple to use, no monthly fees and can work with custom variables. I love how we can use images too and do split testing.

Cons: It's tough to find cons, I'm keen to see how they keep developing lemlist and adding more features.

"Lemlist is a very interesting email prospecting tool with an intuitive workflow."

Comments: Ease in doing cold email outreach

Pros: 1. Allows users to go about building a campaign in a structured manner.
2. Has the ability to add dynamic images personalized to recipient - It's a very unique feature and one that evokes awe. I do get more replies from prospects.

Cons: 1. The software is relatively new and still feels raw.
2. The tool's email sending limits are bound by that of gmail's as it uses gmail to send email.
3. In addition, their USP seems to center around sending cold emails with embedded images that are personalized. There's a school of thought that says such emails tend to get flagged off as spam.

"First in the game for visual email cold outreach"

Pros: They're the first in the game to provide email outreach with personalized photos/content. Game changer in my opinion

Cons: Improvement on the ability for visual gifs, better video integration and maybe one day track website analytics from email clicks.

"Very easy software to get started with even for people with limited cold email knowledge."

Pros: The set up process for each campaign. Being able to save messages and schedules for future campaigns.

Cons: The scheduling of the emails is not shown and I can't control how many emails go out at a time throughout the day.

Cons: Nothing, really love this software. Looking forward to the updates.
