The best HR tool to manage your contract
Comments: I love the way I can track the payment process, also I can differs the payment in more than one bank account in the percentage I want and I can change those parameters anytime, its great because this kind of changes can be difficult if you need to talk with someone in the HR department and I don´t like to rush with this kind of requests.
Pros:
Its the best HR platform that I ever used, I can got all the control of my contract without need to talk with my immediate manager, that's reduce the time to solve or track issues. Is so intuitive, all the tools al correctly arranged and I find what I need quickly. Also all the forms and filters are so clear, you can get many information with a good granularity in terms of time, amount value or alphabetical order, that's apply for your time reports, payment fees, off-time reports, contracts, so on.
Cons:
I mention the UI is so intuitive, but sometimes are many options so you don't know what can works better for you, so are a curve of learn that you need to complete in order to take advantage from this tool.

Rippling has given us the ability to automate many of the mundane HR tasks so that we are freed up to be strategic partners with our organization. Incredible customer service. Easy user end experience.
Cons:
A few features within the system are somewhat limited; however, Rippling has been very responsive to suggestions and is working on implementing them
I hate this company. Please save yourself!
Comments: I had an issue with my payroll that should have been easy to solve. After sending 2 additional full payroll runs, they told me that I would not be getting my money back until some time next month. It literally took days for someone from the "banking department" to get back to me and they continued to get back with generic responses. After not being able to pay my people for a week, I still could not get a case escalated. I have honestly never dealt with customer service people who cared any less. [sensitive content hidden] was the guys name, who simply would not call me back. If I could give zero stars I would!!!
Pros:
In complete honesty, I hate everything about this company. Their offering is complicated and their customer service absolutely sucks.
Cons:
Rippling has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. They onboard you and then you are on your own.

Charged $2,000+ in erroneous fees and 6 month in with no resolution, mining staff data for sales
Comments: Unresponsive and way too expensive for the quality of services. We've been charged over $2,000 in erroneous fees for payroll errors they caused and have not fixed, despite 6+ months of multiple help tickets submitted.
Pros:
Their sales team and customer service was helpful in the initial stages when they were soliciting our business. After that, things went downhill.
Cons:
We've used Rippling since 2022 as an all-in-one HR and Payroll provider platform and it's been a nightmare. Their payroll system does not allow for the most basic exemptions based on certain qualifications and they've charged us over $2,000 in fees for missing tax agency accounts that we never needed to set up in the first place. We've been fighting for more than 6 months to resolve it and keep hitting a brick wall of AI response and closed cases with no actual resolution. Their customer service is abysmal once they have your money and a contract. They've also been mining our employee's profiles to soliciting their personal emails for sales pitches. Stay away.

Upon receiving this review, our team reached out to the customer directly. Our team confirmed with the customer and their new accountant that the exemptions were not compliant and verified that the customer is required to set up state tax agency accounts and complete filings. Our team is working directly with the customer to assist with ensuring that their accounts are set up properly and their filings are accurate and in good standing.

Best platform to manage multiple workforce tasks
Pros:
To start off - Rippling is beautifully designed! It is super user intituitive, navigation between different tabs is very easy. Which makes self-service in the platform very conveneint. My company leverage other Rippling products as well such as Surveys,device management, virtual LDAP and BIG PLUS for other apps integrations that makes it so easy to manage day to day tasks under one platform. I love logging into Rippling almost everyday.
Cons:
Rippling's time and attendance feature lacks productivity reports that tell you how employees use their time.

Comments: Implementation required data verification from prior payroll processor. Since it made mistake rippling set up tax accounts. once verified data imported and we started paying employees.

easy to add employees. very easy to process payroll

if you don't complete a section of the implementation because the company doesn't have the policies in place yet, Rippling never forgets and you are stuck with an oustanding task
It has it all!
Comments: Great! Rippling has many features that make our lives easier. Instead of going to tons of different software, we can manage most of our tasks on Rippling.
Pros:
Being able to manage different tasks in one place: onboarding/offboarding, employee management, local and global payroll, paying suppliers, climate reviews, expenses, reimbursements and a credit card.
Cons:
I think it is too bureaucratic and robust. It takes a very long time to pay our suppliers or employees who are not in the US.
User-Friendly
Comments: We integrated with Rippling for our payroll and it has been fun and easy to use. The software is user friendly and it fulfills our needs nicely.
Pros:
Rippling is easy to use! The software is user-friendly. You can clock in remotely, request time off and easily access your paystubs.
Cons:
They only con I see is when requesting time off, it does not take in to account us having weekends off. You have to put in two break up your time off into different requests if there is a weekend in between.

Pros:
As an HR Generalist, Rippling has revolutionized the way I work and manage our business. It has reduced the basic rate of "human error", increased and streamlined all onboarding procedures from first step to last, improved our overall compliance in both the fields of Accounting and Human Resource. It has given our employees an all-in-one platform where they have agency to regulate their benefits, understand their wages, easily make changes during QLE's and give them the confidence to understand their benefits, equity shares, offers and payroll. Rippling integrates into Culture Amp (our Employee Engagement software) and SLACK - But the ease of use and ease of implementation is what I like most.
Cons:
Rippling needs to help foreshadow possible issues and help educate their admins so they can stop problems before they start.

- Fast user experience. - Quick access and single sign-on to Benefits, HSA, 401k account. - Ability to split up the paycheck into 2 different bank accounts.
Cons:
Accessing Benefits section from phone is challenging. I had to turn the phone to the side to be able to read it otherwise all the data is merged when holding vertically.

Excellent System
Comments: Very good. Easy both the website and application. I have been able to assist other people with entering their information into the system.

It is easy and very intuitive to the end user.
Cons:
When I enter my "exit" time, I have to do this after the time, even if it's only a minute off. I would like a rule of rounding of 5-15 minutes. Example, if I log in at the end of my day at 2:28PM for an end time of 2:30PM because I'm not going to do any more work in two minutes, it would be nice to enter 2:30PM whereas now I have to remember to log back in after 2:30PM to "sign out" for the day. The only other criticism would be when I am approving time cards, one on the last day of the pay period Rippling takes me to the first day of the next pay cycle. Also there seems to be a lag in when I approve a person's time card and when the system registers the person's time card has been approved.
Ring Central
Comments:
Overall, Ring Central is a 7.5.
Customer support does not seem to be heavily trained in the product. Half the time I spend longer waiting on hold to resolve an issue while a support member researches my issue. The AI-generated scripts make call reviews fast and efficient and the overall functionality of the application is easy enough to manipulate if do your own research to find answers.
Pros:
AI-generated call reviews and transcribed calls.
Cons:
Customer support on issues with Ring Central.

Comments: Incredible growth with unlimited resources. Rippling has saved our company hundreds of man-hours by automating the HR administrative work.

Fantastic App for HR
Comments: Rippling is so easy to use. It is a modern and intuitive design that is easy to navigate for users of all levels of technical expertise. The centralized platform is great because it offers a single place to manage all aspects of HR including payroll, benefits, time tracking, onboarding, and employee data. It is also known for providing responsive and helpful assistance to users. Overall fantastic software!

Comments: Rippling saved us tons of money by allowing us to smoothly hire people across multiple countries and take all the housekeeping tasks off our table.

Rippling is a crucial vertically integrated HR stack that will streamline your operation
Comments: Rippling has been complex at times to implement but this is because one platform is handling our entire employee lifecycle process. All in all, we have faith that Rippling will continue to innovate empowering us to consolidate our entire HR stack in one place. A must for businesses that value vertically integrated efficiency.
Pros:
We moved to Rippling because of the incredible depth of features across the HR employee lifecycle. Previously, we had separate tools for HRIS, performance management. This was incredibly expensive and cumbersome to run standalone tools. With Rippling, we consolidated our entire people stack into one which empowers us to increase efficiency, reduce cost and manage everything from one place.
Cons:
Rippling is not the most beautiful UX/UI and can be a little jarring. We used Lattice before Rippling and the UX was beautiful. This, of course, isn't the most important thing but it was noticeable.
Great Payroll program
Comments: It is a program that I use daily that let's me track al of my time. It is easy to see the hours and days worked and is very user friendly.
Pros:
I like how easy it is to manage my time, whether it is my daily clock in and clock out or setting up time off.
Cons:
Having to log in again so often, but I know it is for security.
Awesome app!
Comments: I give it this high rating because I am impressed with its features. It is also very easy to use, and puts everything an employee needs in their fingertips. No more rummaging through paper files or numerous apps just to work on our different employee needs. It also makes management's job much easier.
Pros:
Rippling helps us in our onboarding process, oversees our software, takes care of our time off requests and approvals, and view our paystubs and payroll. We can also access our benefits on the platform. The product addresses the need for different apps, and numerous people, as it gathers them all together under one app. At Circle Medical, I don't know how we would work without Rippling.
