> **Pros**: Ptengine is famous for its precision when showing user activity with heat maps. Other software on the market lacks precision compared to Ptengine, which  will result in misjudgment.
Also I like their customer support team, always willing to listen to the customers.

> **Cons**: They charge by Pageviews, but every once in a while someone will make a small mistake in some of our settings, and would eat up all the monthly page view limit.

> With their Customer Success team's support, our product team has been able to adapt heat maps into our development / analytics process.

> **Pros**: I love the combination of easy web analytics, heatmaps and the option to take direct action in online edits on my website and even run A/B-tests. 
The second thing I really enjoy using is the Heatmaps in the A/B-testing mode. Haven't seen that in any other marketing products yet.
And of course, great support that is very friendly and responsive. We had a good onboarding and demo with the Ptengine team.
