Cultured Communication -- A Community Manager's Right-Hand Man
Comments: My overall experience with Grammarly Business has been positive. It streamlined our content review process, ensuring that everything we put out—whether internal or external—was polished and professional. As the community engagement manager, I especially appreciated how it helped maintain consistency in our communications across the board. The tool saved us time and reduced errors, though we still had to make sure it aligned with our brand’s unique voice. Overall, it was a valuable asset that enhanced the quality of our writing while allowing us to stay authentic to our community.
Pros:
What I liked most about Grammarly Business was how seamlessly it integrated into our communication process, ensuring that every message we send out is clear, professional, and on-brand. As a community manager for multiple brands, it's crucial for me to maintain a consistent tone and engage with our audience effectively. Grammarly Business helped elevate our team's writing, saving us time while maintaining authenticity, which is key in building trust and fostering a strong sense of community.
Cons:
What I liked least about Grammarly Business was that while it's great for catching general grammar issues, it sometimes suggested changes that didn't quite align with the tone or voice we use in our community engagement efforts. In some cases, it would recommend more formal wording when we intentionally want to keep things casual and approachable. It's useful, but we had to double-check certain suggestions to ensure they fit our brand’s personality and vibe.
Grammarly Business is Good Business
Comments: Overall, Grammarly Business is a phenomenal tool to have as a writer and publishing company. It doesn't replace an editor, but it gets close to a second pair of eyes.
Pros:
The plagiarism check is great as it helps reduce commonly used terms and phrases.
Cons:
The increasing cost of the subscription is understandable but still a nuisance.
Could benefit from specialization
Comments: If Grammarly offered a one-time payment for a lifetime subscription and a more seamless integration with MS Word, I might consider purchasing it again.
Pros:
Grammarly's interfaces and online presence are bright, friendly, and welcoming. I've followed their blogs for years and love the tone checker in their free Chrome extension—what an interesting idea! Grammarly generally feels more "fun" than its competitors, so I can see it being welcome in teaching environments.
Cons:
I feel as if I'm constantly seeing updates about new services or functionality from Grammarly—which would be great, if they worked out the kinks in their existing products. Grammarly flags non-errors as problematic much more often than its competitors, is more likely to make suggestions that actually take away from the quality of a piece of writing if users blindly accept them, and cannot be run on longer documents in Microsoft Word, making it impractical for use with longer reports or book-length projects.

A must-have writing aid
Comments: Grammarly is so much more than a spelling & grammar aid. It is a personal writing coach that even has value when writing in your native language.
Pros:
My job requires me to communicate in US English, which is not my native language. I'm also used to British English. In a professional customer-facing context, getting the spelling and grammar right and writing concisely, clearly, and vividly is essential. Grammarly helps me to do that. Gammarly works for everything you type, including web and desktop applications. The suggestions are spot-on. Not only does it improve my writing, but I also develop my English skills. The desired writing style can be meticulously tweaked in the Preferences section. The Gen AI feature comes up with useful suggestions.
Cons:
Nothing noteworthy, really. Sometimes, Grammarly improves its own suggested edits, which can be annoying from a usability perspective. Also, markup may get lost if a text is rewritten. These are just minor things.
Grammarly Business: A Comprehensive Tool for Professional Team Communication, but with Limitations
Comments: My overall experience with Grammarly Business is positive, as it offers a comprehensive solution for improving team communication and maintaining consistent brand messaging. The platform excels in its ability to provide real-time grammar, clarity, and style suggestions, which helps teams produce polished, professional content efficiently.
Pros:
Grammarly Business offers several standout features that make it highly beneficial: - Team Collaboration and Consistency - Advanced Writing Insights - Customizable Goals - Centralized Admin Controls - Security and Privacy These features together create a robust tool that enhances team productivity, brand consistency, and overall communication quality.
Cons:
- Limited Language Support - Overly Prescriptive Suggestions - High Cost for Small Teams
Grammarly Business a Must Have
Comments: I highly recommend this program because it keeps the daily communication crisp and without errors other programs have missed. It is intuitive and functions very easily when applying recommendations.
Pros:
I appreciate how easy Grammarly for business is to use. It is a Download, click, and shine program. I appreciate the fresh eyes on my writing keeping me looking good.
Cons:
I really cant find anything that is a hindrance to this program.
Great Tool For Small Businesses
Comments: This tool is the ultimate solution for anyone looking to enhance their writing skills. It excels at checking grammar, offering insightful suggestions to improve your writing, and providing accurate spell-checking. Whether you're a business professional crafting emails and reports or an individual writing essays or personal projects, this tool is indispensable. Its user-friendly interface makes it easy to integrate into your daily writing routine, ensuring that your work is polished and professional every time.
Pros:
I have a strong ability to craft engaging product descriptions effortlessly, and I ensure that my emails are always free of grammatical errors. I believe that it is essential for small businesses to utilize tools like Grammarly Business. This ensures that their written communication exudes professionalism and clarity, ultimately making a positive impression on clients and customers.
Cons:
The pricing for Grammarly Business seems excessive and not everyone can afford it. Additionally, I find it frustrating that there is no option for a free version or a trial period to test the features before committing to a subscription. Having a trial would allow users to determine if it meets their needs effectively.
Grammarly Business Simply Makes Businesses Better
Comments: After using Grammarly for side writing projects it was easy to understand stand the ability to use this on a wider scale and the various ways it could make business projects and general communication easier.
Pros:
The simplicity is number one. Being able to have templates to share with teams across a far distance is great. It's the best way to have a comprehensive voice for a company while also allowing individual identity to show through in a professional format and setting.
Cons:
With the AI aspect there can be a learning curve for initial implementation. Yet this is more thorough and intuitive than trying to have a team come up with the same ideas.
I'm a totally different person when writing with Grammarly business
Comments: I wrote really fast and send multiple emails and gig offers a day from my work platform. Before grammarly business, my emails sounded like an inexperienced child with no confidence was writing it. I speak well but it doesn't come out professionally in my writing. Grammarly cleans it up with alternative more professional words and finds all the small mistakes I would have otherwise overlooked.
Pros:
Helps my business emails sound so much more professional.
Cons:
It's only free for a limited document size.
Grammarly Review
Pros:
I like that it's easy to use and free! It helps me write better and clearer. I use it daily!
Cons:
It's missing some advanced features, but the free version is still pretty good. Sometimes the suggestions are a bit too strict.
Alternatives Considered:
A Writer's Friend
Comments: Grammarly was my first "advanced" spelling and grammar checker, and I checked out the Windows app and Chrome plugin. The latter is what I would use the most. I started with the free version initially but thought that it wasn't useful because it was my stylistic choices and not spelling that needed the occasional boost. I used the paid version for two years and it was absolutely helpful to check writing, both as I wrote and then for a final check. The suggestions helped me remove passive voice especially, and I could ignore suggestions that were less useful (for instance, if I was typing something more casual). I have yet to find a site where Grammarly doesn't work, which isn't the case for other tools, and I appreciate not having word limits. I don't have a need for the plagiarism checker; although, a quick scan shows that it will flag passages that are similar to others because of commonly used phrases. Human discretion is advised.
Pros:
Grammarly locates errors such as double or misused words and improper punctuation that browser or word processor spellchecker would miss. The advanced suggestions for style can help improve writing.
Cons:
When viewing Grammarly full-screen via the Chrome plugin, it would sometimes struggle to display text or suggestions in the correct place. It lost its place frequently enough for this to be frustrating but not so much that I could guarantee it would be an issue. If you want to use Grammarly with WordPress, you need to replace Gutenberg, but this is not a fault of Grammarly.
A "Nice To Have" Business Addition
Comments: Since my workplace already subscribed to Grammerly Business and it was an automatic add-on to my email suite, it's been an amazing addition to double-check and support my professional communications. If I was a copy-writer or content specialist, I could also see this as being an integral tool for quality assurance on other online platforms (social media, web building, etc.). Otherwise, I'm not sure that I would personally spend the $25+/month to have an advanced "spell checker" for me emails. I think this is the perfect tool for external marketing/messaging, legal/financial communications, or other high-stakes communications businesses that need to ensure that they dot every "i" and cross every "t".
Pros:
-Always on and always checking: often catches the small things that my online platforms don't catch (such as grammar, punctuation, etc.) -It's suggested swaps sometimes indicate something about grammar that I didn't know, so a nice learning function as well thru use -New "Tone Detector" is a good reminder to stay "professional" when needed and "lighten up" a bit when it's not required
Cons:
-At $25+ per person, per month, it seems pricey for the somewhat minimal benefit it provides -It is not full proof: I have definitely caught it making an obvious mistake in somewhat complex context situations -Does not integrate on every platform, so there are times where I would like to rely on Grammarly to double-check my work, but it does not function on that particular site

One of my daily driver for content writing, its amazing!
Comments: Overall, Grammarly Business is a very good software for content writing. It provides a variety of features to help with grammar and spelling mistakes. It also offers some great insights into the way people actually write on the internet. I have been using Grammarly Business for over a year now and I am really satisfied with the performance of the software.
Pros:
I liked the Grammarly app because it has a lot of features that help me with my grammar and spelling. It is very helpful when I am writing papers for school or doing any type of writing. It also helps me check my spelling mistakes and offers feedback on how to improve the quality of my work by providing suggestions for better word choices, sentence structure, punctuation, etc.
Cons:
Grammarly is a cloud-based grammar checker and proofreader that helps you write in proper English. The main downside of Grammarly is that it requires an internet connection to work, which can be inconvenient for some people. Integration with MS Office tools always didn't work properly for me, besides it took more time for checking plagiarism comparing other tools.
Grammarly Business Review
Comments: Look, we've all been there; late nights and early mornings. Human error is extremely common especially when you are tired and rushing to get something sent out. Grammarly has been a godsend and overjoyed that I decide to make the switch from a competitor. Grammarly keeps all my correspondences are grammatically correct, which in turn is a reflection of me and my business to all third parties.
Pros:
Grammarly has been a game-changer for me. Despite the very few cons I will be listing below, I am extremely glad that I decided to sign up with Grammarly. I have used several notably spellcheck, and word proofing applications that are out on the market, and this is by far the best one. I like to consider myself a power user with the number of emails, memos, and documents that I send out on daily basis. This software has saved me from sending those embarrassing messages or documents with silly grammatical errors. It helps maintain that level of professionalism with regard to your typed correspondence, especially when you're trying to get it out fast.
Cons:
This is more of a general statement than anything, but depending upon the level of usage, it could be a little on the expensive side. I wish it did work on the rare instance that I am working offline from an internet connection.

Hi Vincent, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We appreciate you sharing your feedback with us, and we'll be sure to share this with our team. We can see how an option to use Grammarly offline could be helpful to our users. However, Grammarly is a cloud-based software and cannot be used offline. You need a stable internet connection in order to access the powerful algorithms that Grammarly uses to analyze your text. These algorithms can't be stored on any single device it's simply too much data but this approach is what allows Grammarly to offer writing checks that are far superior to those of computer-based word processors. Please continue to share your feedback, as we love hearing it! Thanks again, Grammarly support team

Best and easy grammar corrector for writers
Comments: Its awesome corrector tool for writers, first time bloggers and customer reply agents. However you cannot rely completely on this tool for your entire proofreading process, one need to recheck as its not 100% reliavle corrector.
Pros:
Grammarly helped me and my team to write seamlessly proper email replies to clients without any grammar mistakes even if we do misspellings. I have also liked the way this tool helped bloggers to write paragraphs with moof or emotion suggestions. I myself wrote many articles witg this emotion identifier feature.
Cons:
For me price is bit high for good but unnecessary features. Sometimes it suggests wrong spellings or grammar correction so you need to proofread yourself and recorrect things.

Why is grammarly premium so worth it?
Comments: I instantly see the errors, the justification behind the slip-up, and can rapidly decide to execute or dispose of them with a straightforward click. It is additionally so natural to Install Grammarly. With only a couple of clicks, it checks all that I compose when I'm in my program. It simply works consistently behind the scenes. It's just a greater organization with additional assets.
Pros:
Grammarly corrects grammar in real-time, meaning you quickly know when you have made an error instead of having to click the "check spelling and grammar" button. Highly accurate, as it gives you explanations as to why you have made an error, which makes you a better writer. It can be customized, meaning you can select your prefered language and also it can be turn be turned off on certain websites It is very easy to use, you only install the plugin or Chrome extention and you're all set and ready to become a better writer
Cons:
The free version has limitations, it only has one function, and that’s to correct your spelling and grammar. Very aggressive advertising, meaning the company really pushes you to upgrade and go premium. It does not work on everything, for starters, it does not function on Google Docs, which can be a bummer if you use this software as your writing tool.

Its ability to catch mistakes, offer insightful suggestions, and enhance the overall quality of my writing is unparalleled. Whether you're a student, a professional, or someone who simply loves to write, Grammarly is an indispensable tool that will undoubtedly take your writing to new heights.
Pros:
One of my favorite aspects of Grammarly is its versatility. It doesn't matter if I'm writing in a web browser, a dedicated app, or even on my smartphone; Grammarly is there to ensure that my writing remains polished and error-free across the board.
Cons:
Nothing to complain about, love the tool.Although Grammarly is undoubtedly impressive, it's not flawless. There are occasional instances where the suggestions might not align with the intended tone or style of the writing. However, the ability to personalize the tool's settings mitigates this issue to a great extent.

A lot to like about Grammarly!
Comments: Very pleased with my experiences with Grammarly - it improves my writing skills and helps me create email and documents that are correctly written.
Pros:
There's a lot of reasons to like Grammarly, and integrate it into your daily life. Here's the reasons I love it: - It operates quickly and quietly on your device. There's no difficulty in setting it up and beginning to use it. It just hums along quietly in the background, offering accurate suggestions and feedback. - Of the tools I've used, Grammarly seems to be the most reliable and accurate. Very seldom do I dislike the recommendations it makes. It also has the ability to catch errors that other, similar platforms just don't seem to catch. - It works across multiple platforms - even in your Chrome browser. They've also improved their connection/compatibility with G Suite tools, in general, which is great to see. - You have the ability to customize and add words that you commonly use, but are not widely recognized. - Somehow it has the ability to notice correctly spelled words that are placed in the wrong setting. This is an impressive feature. - I also love that they've created an extension that can be used with your Chrome browser. It's free and limited in ability, but sufficient for what I need.
Cons:
While Grammarly is a phenomenal addition that I highly recommend, here are some observations and concerns: - It's honestly expensive. The premium version comes at a fee, so I recently just downgraded to use the free version. The features aren't quite as robust in the free version, but it works for what I need. - To my knowledge, Grammarly does not offer much with regards to mobile support (yet). It would be a great addition, as a lot of work-related emailing is conducted via a cell phone. - Grammarly doesn't "play well" with certain platforms. It can be glitchy, for example, with platforms like Blackboard, which is commonly used by colleges (undergraduate and graduate). I'm not sure if this is a Grammarly issue or Blackboard issue, but it would be nice to see this resolved.
Grammarly, Proofread your Document.
Comments: My experience with Grammarly is quite perfect and I enjoy using it. It had made my life very easy.
Pros:
To those whose English is not superficial, who normally make little or even big mistakes while writing anything in English either it is an email, any letter, or any blog, etc. so Grammarly is the right choice for them. I check all of my written documents using Grammarly before sending them to their destination. Grammarly helps to correct punctuation, it provides the ease to correct spelling, it also provides correction in grammatical errors, prepositions, etc., etc. After verification from Grammarly, I felt a burst of confidence that whatever I am sending does not have any grammatical or any other error. Besides its correction feature, it also tells you the quality of your text, how good it is, so that you may improve if its quality is low. I have listened about Grammarly from one of the course instructors of mine who was teaching soft skills to me and I really thank her for letting me know about this amazing software. A burst of appreciation to the inventor of Grammarly.
Cons:
Grammarly is a worthy software and to think about the cons of it, is a difficult task, One thing that I observed in Grammarly that may be improved is sometimes it provides the suggestion to remove a word but when I remove that particular word so the meaning which I wanted to deliver through the statement I have written earlier now after the removal of that word the meaning has changed a little bit. But rarely I faced this issue otherwise it provides me satisfaction. So to avoid any problem of this kind the user of Grammarly after doing all corrections provided by Grammarly may proofread his or her work so there would not be any grammatical, punctuation, etc error, for sure because it has been checked by Grammarly but it might possible that rarely at one place or two in the whole document the meaning has been changed from the actual goal of the particular sentence so that the removed word can be added again to have perfect meaning.Again I would emphasize that this happens very rare.
Grammarly, Best Business Partner and Online Grammar Teacher
Comments:
My overall experience with Grammarly is top-rated. I never got disappointed by Grammarly's work. I'm using Grammarly on a commercial level and my whole satisfaction is excellent with all my clients just because of my communication skill, And the main reason behind my communication skill is Grammarly. I never used any dictionary to find out correct spellings and to find out sentence errors, I'm doing all this with a single click and I'm too happy with this.
My personal friend is doing a data entry job in a private company, And because of typing errors he always makes some mistakes in paragraphs. And now I have recommended him Grammarly extension to get good remarks from company boss.
From this action, You can imagine my experience with grammarly. Now if you are reading my feedback and still have not installed grammarly on your system. Then I will highly recommend you don't waste your time on cheap extensions and get started with Grammarly. I assure you it will help you a lot.
Pros:
Checking whole documents at once is my favourite feature in Grammarly. And I'm using this one on a daily basis to remove grammar and sentence errors from my documents. The syle of Grammarly of opting out a mistake in a sentence or a grammar mistake is unique and much more effective than any local grammar extension. All we need to do is, Simply click on Underline word and it is going to remove at all permanently. Personal dictionary and adding a word to Grammarly dictionary is the worst feature that Grammarly is having. We can add our native language words to the Grammarly dictionary to use them in future without getting any errors. Personal Dictionary is also an impressive feature of Grammarly to manage favourite words. The "Dismiss" feature of Grammarly is also one of my favourites. Whenever Grammarly is going to underline a word, always it is going to multiple options. And one of them will be "dismiss" and the remaining will be spelling and grammar suggestions. if I think that these are not good for my documents, then I can simply ignore that suggestion by using the "dismiss" button. It is not going to force me to use suggested words.
Cons:
Well, there is no doubt that I'm fully satisfied with the Grammarly extension. But there are some cons too that I want to share with Grammarly's team to get better service next time. The main problem I'm facing is a sign-up error. Sometimes its stops working and start showing me the sign-up button, while I'm already having an account and I'm logged in too. I don't sir why it's happening but it's happening and I'm a little bit worried about this. I'll keep using this extension because unfortunately, I can't survive without this one. But I humbly request to the team that please make it good. Another problem I'm facing with Grammarly is word error suggestion. Grammarly uses to underline words, that may contain errors. But when I use to click on those underlined words, it's not going to show me any suggestions. And I use google to search for alternatives of underlined words. Although it's enough for me that Grammarly is opting out a mistake, But I can't understand why sometimes it does not shows me suggestions. I'm still using this extension just because of its valuable features and friendly user interface. So Please Grammarly's team, Remove these errors as soon as possible and bring a new update with better work.

Grammarly is the office/professional/personal life saver
Comments: Overall, I highly recommend this app. It never hurts to have someone (Grammarly) double-checking your work. In today's age, we find ourselves staring at a screen all day. Words and spelling can sometimes be overlooked no matter how many times you read over text. I cannot mention how many times our office has agreed that this app has tremendously improved our confidence before sending out any communication.
Pros:
This app has easy integrations across all platforms and devices such as Google Chrome, IOS keyboards, and an app for your computer. Even as I write this review, Grammarly is checking my punctuation, tone, spelling, etc, and makes suggestions to improve my writing. This has truly been a lifesaver ever since I came across the app a few years ago. I have since suggested this to other colleagues, friends, and family.
Cons:
There are times when it makes suggestions that do not fit or can remove your personality by making suggestions you wouldn't typically utilize within your own writing form. We also have experienced times where multiple people are in a document and it jumps to where one person is writing or we have even lost text altogether due to the confusion of multiple people within the document.

Grammarly Might Just Be The Best
Comments: I use Grammarly Business for my marketing campaigns to ensure that the tone I want to get across is achieved. I also use it to write reports, business/marketing plans and content creation. It has helped my business maintain a brand tone that is synonymous with what my business is all about. I use it to ensure that my grammar, punctuation, spelling and vocabulary are on point which is why I have never received complaints about these things from customers, however, I do read over my work to ensure that Grammarly has not changed what does not need to be changed or missed out on anything.
Pros:
Every single feature on Grammarly is impactful, Grammarly not only checks and corrects spelling, grammar, punctuation and vocabulary but also shows you the tone of your text so that you get an idea of how the text would sound to a reader. Grammarly business allows the user to set the kind of tone they want their reader to hear so that the software can make recommendations on words and phrases to use to successfully set your chosen tone. You can also use it to set the tone of your brand for all future texts. You get three or more additional accounts for your team, priority email support and so much more! The software is very easy to install and use, you can easily integrate it with existing workflows. I was able to set it up in a few minutes with no issues. I use it for almost everything I have to type on the internet. Working with it has become a big part of the success of my organisation because I have never received complaints about any of the documents I have had to send to my customers.
Cons:
Grammarly only works for English texts just like most writing assistant software. Grammarly is great but it doesn't always work perfectly especially when it comes to context. Some corrections will be suggested that just won't fit the context of your text and some suggestions will be wrong for example "you" will be detected as incorrect, and the suggestion will be "You" but if you correct it will change it to "Youou". So you have to ignore some corrections but this is not something that happens often. Grammarly also sometimes doesn't detect a word in a sentence so it will make the suggestion which will basically cause you to double that particular word.

All those typos.....
Comments: Essential. If you can't afford the premium/business version, you can always use the free one. Of course, the paid version is way more developed, offering you tons of features for an affordable price.
Pros:
It's essential for our work. We're in sales and customer support. Before adopting Grammarly, we relied on the default spell-checkers, and often only after we sent replies to our customers did we find out silly mistakes and typos. Embarassing, right? Even writing this review - Grammarly will spell-check it and suggest better wording to make it "more intelligent" (<- suggested by Grammarly) and sophisticated. Whether you work in sales, communicate with customers, are a blogger, or are a marketing person - you need Grammarly. It's really not that expensive, there is a free version as well, iOS apps, and you can integrate it with tons of other apps - from mail clients to documents and social media. We're actively using it with Zendesk, Slack, and email clients.
Cons:
Sometimes the integration disappears when you least expect it, and you need it the most. For example - we're using it in Zendesk to check the quality of our replies, spell-check, etc. But sometimes, the widget is simply greyed out, and you cannot use it for a few hours, leaving you to do proofreading and spell-check on your own which takes quite some time.

Comments: Grammarly's services are suitable for someone who is a business owner or student at the university. Many professionals and academic researchers make use of Grammarly's services. Grammarly is effective when it comes to correcting grammatical mistakes, writing style, and spelling.
Pros:
Grammarly is an excellent tool for editing and writing your content. It detects mistakes in my writing and ensures that my writing style is specific to the audience I'm writing to. Also, it helps me when I write emails for work or the university. It also has the option for academic writing style, which is perfect for people who study at the university or doing research at research centers. I love how you can install the Grammarly extension on your computer and use it on your desktop.
Cons:
Grammarly has a downside in it, which is that the only language supported is English. For instance, French or Arabic speakers cannot benefit from Grammarly's services, like Plagiarism Checker. Also, when you install the extension on Words or Google Chrome, sometimes it's challenging to write where the little icon is bother your writing process on the right corner.
