"Will not allow to clutch at all at once"

Pros: I do not know if you ever had such a thing that you do not know what to grab for? You have to do so many things that you do not know where to run. I was so constantly. And I found a way to deal with it. This time management system allows you to focus only on the most important at the moment.

Cons: It remains only to introduce a similar system into the business. If the developers finish the work together on the tasks, it will be just great. This system will be able to give the business a quantum leap.

"It unites several business related functionalities in one single UI"

Pros: Flow U unites several business related functionalities in one single UI that is intuitive and seamless. The developers of this app have well thought out the plan to make life of small businesses easier by bringing several critical feature under one roof. Flow U is a complete business management software (not only one aspect as customer or finance but almost all the aspects). I would compare it with something like ZOHO CRM PLUS which is pretty expensive. With a reasonable price and fast user experience I am sure that Flow U will dominate the market in coming days.

Cons: Only thing that I wish would have included is inventory management. While Flow U is very suitable for my education company, it is not very helpful for my manufacturing company (www.kuffalo.com). For that I still have to use the Odoo platform.

"Excellent product and excellent customer service"

Comments: I am very happy to have found this software, it meets all my needs without great difficulty to learn how to use it

Pros: I like the simplicity of use. I often use the counter for tasks, which is essential for analyzing and organizing work. The calendar and templates for projects are very useful.

Cons: The recurring tasks and the ability to add tasks from the calendar are a bit better

"Everyone Should Try This"

Comments: It's very fun and really helps me in the process of dividing tasks and reminding them of their tasks, moreover it is equipped with the one on one Chat Feature. I can enjoy my day better

Pros: I really like the Task Management, CRM and of course Agile Project features that can create multiple projects

Cons: For this flowlu account, if we invite people and are given the Administrator feature, he can also invite people. Then my account can be deleted by him because we are the same administrator

"The complete business management software solution"

Comments: Flowlu reduced the number of separated tools we have to use to be able to manage our business efficiently. We didn't need everything, so we decided to turned off some of its modules to reduce the clutter. Not much management software allows users to do this. After we got the essentials and set up, using it is as easy as it gets.

Pros: It has almost everything you need to organize and run your business. The amount of tools jam packed into Flowlu is astonishing. You can use it to manage tasks for teams, manage contacts with CRM, manage financial matters, set up knowledge base, and many more.

Cons: It has almost everything which made it a bit overwhelming at the beginning. For experienced business management platform users would be more at ease, but still would have to go through the learning curve of what each module is and what they can do. Beginners could be overwhelmed, but they've provided a good onboarding process which I recommend everyone to go through.

"User-friendly all-in-one business management app"

Pros: It's great to have so many functions in one app (and even the option to add or remove app modules from the menu, if there are any that aren't relevant to your business).
I like that you can inline-edit finance categories (for example add a description to a category on the category overview page without having to go to a separate page for that specific category first).
And the 'rodger that' little pop up whenever a field is changed is friendly and fun feedback :-) It fits with the rest of the UI that feels the same way, responds fast, and is a joy to work with.
I also really like that the team is very friendly and responds fast to questions.

Cons: The Finance section could be better. Currently it does not appear to be a replacement for accounting software as it's missing quite a few options (maybe that's not the goal, but that's what I had hoped). Ideally I'd like to divide income and expenses into NET and GROSS and have VAT automatically calculated (according to predefined VAT rate options). The option to add an exchange rate (for the day of purchase of an expense for example) that is then also automatically applied (with fields such as GROSS and NET before and after currency conversion) would be even better.

"I was looking for a collaboration tool, but this is much more"

Comments: To me , Flowlu was the answer for a problem that I was having, but on top, I got a suite of tools to improve and centralize other tasks that I was doing elsewhere.

Pros: I do online events and conventions and I'm always struggling to coordinate the flow of information, so I've look for a collaboration tool that I can use.
I found Flowlu and i was surprised, not only is a collaboration tool, but basically a way to manage your whole business.

Cons: Not necessary a "con" but there's a learning curve, with so many possibilities, is going to take a while to master and exploit the whole potencial.

"Great start and responsive dev team"

Pros: I've been using Flowlu for a while now. The web app is speedy, which is a must have for me. If I have to spend my time on business administration, I'd rather it be swift rather than slow. The functionality provided is impressive and the onboarding was much appreciated. Invoices are stylish and simple one or two line invoices fit on one single page. I've had clients who have complained that a single line item invoice covers more than one page, and I'm happy to report that Flowlu doesn't have this problem. I'm looking forwards to the upcoming client portal as that'll be the last piece of my personal CRM jigsaw.

Cons: Task management doesn't quite have the granularity and functionality of something such as Todoist which is why I haven't moved ALL my tasks over to it.

"This is my magic business wand"

Pros: I use the service as a task scheduler, very convenient. Tasks can be scattered around folders, the application has a good interface, nothing hangs. Goals, setting task-makers, mental maps and group chats - this helps a lot to establish business processes. Simply put, the application has everything that a businessman might need. Contacts and customers are always at hand.

Cons: This is the only one of all my applications, in which 100% there are no shortcomings. I am delighted and want to share with all this find.

"Easy and simple software to manage all my business operations!"

Comments: I really enjoy using Flowlu as it has saved me a lot of time in organising sale meetings and calls. I can also put everything to do with my business on the portal as it's like a cloud of all my information.

Pros: I really love the fact that my work emails are connected to the portal, so everything is accessible in one place. And everything is connected, so when a lead comes in, and converts to a sale - all the details through the sales pipeline stays.

Cons: There isn't anything I least like about this software!

"Good project management tool. More than I expected."

Pros: For a long time I was looking for a project management tool that helps me to keep track of complex projects. The possibilities that Flowlu offers have absolutely convinced me. Creating customers, projects and tasks is easy and intuitive. I can create employees, assign them individual tasks and control their access rights very precisely. There are several ways to set costs and revenues for projects and individual tasks. These can be set globally, but can also be overridden at the project level. At the end of a project there is the possibility to write invoices. This way you always keep track of your finances. There are also some other interesting features, such as creating a knowledge base and mind maps. I couldn't test everything in detail yet, but I'm already using Flowlu in active use and haven't had any problems so far. The support was also very quick to help with some beginner questions. Especially worth mentioning is that there is also the possibility to connect your own subdomain. I am satisfied and would buy flowlu again.

Cons: So far I can't see any negative points.

"CRM, sales pipeline, email connection, project & task handling, workspaces and the list goes on..."

Comments: Keeping track of leads and customers with CRM and sales pipeline all the way from new lead, with email communication from my own email adress directly inside Flowlu. If the lead converts - handle projects + tasks all in one system. Very helpful.

Pros: First of all I get this nice feeling when I am using Flowlu - Everything seems well thought through and organized, and it is easy to find help in the knowledge base.
What won me over was the possibilities of integrations with all the webhooks and REST API endpoints avaliable!
With a system with such vast functionallity, documentation is very important and Flowlu is doing a good job here - it is covering a lot! When I was going to connect email accounts I quickly found a guide that was easy to follow and I got it working on my 1st try.
I also like that it is possible to tweak Flowlu to make it fit my business and way of using it.

Cons: I like that there is a bunch of video tutorials that explain how to do specific things. The audio of the videos can get better - a voice speaking and clarifying would be better than just the background music.

"I Iove Flowlu"

Comments: So far, I'm loving it and have implemented it into my daily workflow.

Pros: Let me just start by saying that I NEVER leave reviews (or barely), but I have to leave one here. Flowlu is a must buy. I fully-stacked it and I'm still coming out on top. I've bought several CRM's and nothing compares, this one is THE one. It's not perfect and has plenty of room for improvement, but I'm so impressed. Features I'd love to see added:
- Client Portal, where clients can add projects to their workspace and that's it, currently they can see some internals of your business, hence why I've delayed giving access to my clients
- A better time tracking tool, I think it'd be great for the timer to automatically start when they move from 'to-do' to 'in progress' and then stop when they move it to 'done'.
- Better white-labelling, allowing you to place it on your subdomain etc.
- Changing colour scheme to your brands colours
- Bank integration, grabbing your expenses and payments automatically to fully use the Finance section It's still an amazing CRM and you'll be kicking yourself if you miss this.

Cons: I don't like how there's not a Client Portal, however it's on the roadmap. Their financing features could be a little more robust too.

"Comparing Flowlu with Companyhub, Nifty and Basecamp"

Comments: User Experience and the Intuitiveness was remarkable.

Pros: Even though I'm at the stages of exploring and using Flowlu, it's 100% intuitive enough that I can browse and figure stuff out on my own. Same can not be said for CRMs I've used in the past. Even though we shouldn't buy into roadmaps, if they deliver on half the things on the list, I'll be happy. Xero being #1 on my list. I absolutely love having unlimited workspaces and users (high tier plans)! As with most entrepreneurs having multiple businesses on the go, it's awesome that Flowlu can grow as each aspect of our business grows. Knowledge management section is great as an MVP and I can't wait to see how this module evolves alongside the Mind mapping section. I would love to see processing mapping capabilities with swim lanes and all (BPMN 2.0 style) in the knowledge management section; though this is probably going outside their scope. I have compared Flowlu to a few other CRMs in a blog post which can be found below. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] It's definitely worth the investment!

Cons: Very minor point but I do believe the UI can be improved. Functionality wise, it's perfect but having worked with many talented UI designers, I know this SaaS can be improved further and go froom good to great.

"A great CRM management software"

Comments: I'm a big fan of the UI and the onboarding is very good. I am happy with this purchase and am excited to use it more. Currently, I'm just starting with a few employees and customers, but that didn't stop me from buying a full stack! The developer, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], is very active in the Facebook group, and I really like how he manages requests from users. Overall a highly recommended purchase!

Pros: Integrating with existing business processes was easy and seamless.

Cons: One recommendation is to make more video tutorials with Voiceover, I found those to be very helpful. I think I have yet to personally fully utilize the power of this software. My other recommendation would be to have some more templates available for procedures and project management tasks, especially user-submitted ones. As a beginner in project management, having some more templates/structures would help me streamline more processes of my business.

"Good software, Great Potential"

Pros: I have used a few CRM and Project Management like Clickup and Wrike but some of them are too complicated. Others have a steep learning curve. Flowlu has a really user-friendly interface and is super easy to use. It's also surprisingly inexpensive given it has deep automation. The automation in Flowlu is what truly sold me - they're going to make my work so much more efficient. The ability to send and read emails in Flowlu (with tracking) is another excellent feature. And with the client portal on the way, Flowlu has the chance to become one of the best CRM & PM services out there.

Cons: - External services integration is very weak. This needs to be improved fast
- No ability to create forms (there are workarounds for this, but I would like to be able to do it from within Flowlu)
- Would love to see an increase in the # of email accounts you can have
- There’s a lot to learn initially, so it feels overwhelming, and the videos meant to explain how to onboard is weak.

"I didn't know I needed this, but now I'd be lost without it"

Comments: I have been running a business for 5 years with Trello, but was getting frustrated with 30+ boards and various tasks that were not getting done. While I LOVE Trello for certain things, it was not working for me as my business and team grew. In an attempt to find a better "to do list maker", I stumbled upon Flowlu. Let me tell you- it's an absolute game changer. Since FlowLu, I am getting SO MUCH more done, and tasks are no longer forgotten or overdue. I sincerely believe that using Flowlu to organize my thoughts, projects and tasks will help my business grow in ways that it couldn't before.

Pros: I LOVE the project management tool. I have been able to organize all of my scatter thoughts, projects and goals into an easy to understand platform. My tasks are now getting done, whereas before that would often be forgotten. I can also see my progress in project completion, and organize tasks by priority. I honestly don't know how I got anything done without FlowLu.

Cons: It's not as "pretty" as other apps (ie Trello). But does that really matter?

"The best online tool to run your business to CRUSH IT"

Comments: I've tried many others that claim to be "all-in-one" but the others still seem so disconnected and complex.
Flowlu is truly a no-brainer for anyone tired of patching tools together.

Don't we all want to everyone on our team to sync their tasks and calendar so your biz is on the same page. Fellow self employed, solopreneurs, and SMBS, give yourself peace of mind to manage sales, invoices, communication, and processes.

Cons: Setting up took longer than I expected, but I should have used the knowledge base more.

"So HAPPY I Found Flowlu!"

Pros: I've been on the search for a TRUE all-in-one system with real customizability. I needed something that would be the central hub for my business where I could track leads, manage projects and tasks, delegate work to my team members, invoice clients, and more. I also wanted a tool that was white-labeled. I tried SuiteDash, ClickUp, Dubsado, Honeybook, Hello Bonsai, but NONE of them compare to Flowlu! The automations in Flowlu are what truly sold me - they're going to make my work so much more efficient. The ability to send and read emails in Flowlu (with tracking) is another excellent feature. And with the client portal on the way, Flowlu will be that all-in-one I've been looking for! I also love that there is a knowledge based where I can share procedures with my team and information/articles with clients. I haven't seen anything on the market like Flowlu yet!

Cons: Flowlu doesn't have a client portal - which is what is really preventing it from doing all the things I need. So I can't use it to onboard new clients or communicate with existing ones. But I understand that the portal is under development now. It also doesn't have a native form feature to collect information so I have to use another tool for that.

"The best all-in-one package"

Pros: A number of options are available in the software, and they are constantly adding new ones. Compared to other software options, I found many of them too simple, as they did not provide enough detail or kept it simple enough for individual needs. I really appreciate how easy it is to manage everything, and how the sales team continually adds new features and incorporates suggestions I make for making the software more useful to me. With Flowlu, four applications have been replaced, and life has been improved. This company offers excellent customer service.

Cons: There are still bugs, but they are less frequent with time - the program is obviously still maintained and continuing to grow.

"Flowlu: So much more than just a Project Management tool!"

Comments: Flowlu: So much more than just a Project Management tool! I'd been looking for a well priced, fully functional CRM & Project Management workflow tool for some time and was delighted when I stumbled across Flowlu. Flowlu is a full-fledged business workflow tool that allows you to manage pretty much everything in your business from one central location. It has a well designed, user friendly interface that is simple to operate and navigate your way around. It also includes one of the best new customer on-boarding processes I've seen from a SAAS provider, utilising it's own tools in an excellent real time case study training for you. It enabled me to attach a calendar, integrate my email and import my contacts very easily and get up an running with my ongoing projects almost instantly. I also like the way it can generate potential opportunities just from an email. You can display your To Do list in the way that suits your brain. I really like the Kanban Board view, although sorting & filtering tasks through the basic list view will undoubtedly make managing a team much easier and result in greater productivity within the business, if used properly. Whilst I haven't got around to setting them up yet, this system can also handle proposals and invoicing which will again prove hugely beneficial. The fact that you can set up & store multiple templates for a variety of situations will also prove a great time-saver. And finally, one thing far too many small businesses don't do,

Cons: I haven't found anything to dislike in this versatile software tool yet.

"From Mind Maps to Micro Tasks FlowLu Has Cracked The SMB CRM Code!"

Comments: I dread to even think about how many years it's been now, (over a decade at least) trying one CRM after another wishing I could mash three together to make the perfect solution. And then there's has been the frustration with Salesforce & Netsuite fighting my way through the layers of irrelevance, which makes perfect sense to the Harvard MBA of course, working for a Fortune 500, but for someone living life on the edge and bootstrapping, that was never going to work for my situation. And then, by chance along comes FlowLu. A CRM system that speaks directly to & tackles the challenges faced by ambitious SMB's starting small, wanting to scale and without having to think about migrating to a better CRM in two years. Why? Because FlowLu genuinely has covered everything an SMB would ever want in a CRM with enough headroom to grow to the next level up... So far, my experience has been this, I've had an attentive personalised onboarding process, I've read great documentation, I've witnessed a well laid out clean interface, I've watched videos explaining each module, | can see the right native integrations sprinkled across the platform, I've got support for all the major integration hubs, I've downloaded a mobile app which looks very similar to the desktop version, (yay) and I can upvote on a feature requests board & see a busy product road map. You just can't build something like this without serious amounts of focus, passion and dedication, I tip my hat to you guys, I really do.

Pros: It's scalability, it genuinely has everything you need from a CRM in one place and has scope to build out multiple departments at the enterprise level. In my honest opinion it's the Daddy of CRM for SMB's. The development team are open to new ideas and are driven by popular feature requests from existing users. It really is the most holistic solution I've ever seen in the SMB space to date.

Cons: I genuinely can't fault FlowLu, I'm racking my brain to think what it doesn't do very well but I'm stuck because every you want from a CRM is built in with native integrations to the big platforms (Google/Microsoft etc) Ah-ha, I've thought of one, it does have a Mega-Inbox function which makes a lot of sense for an All In One platform but it would appear that you can only collect & send mail from 3 Gmail/Outlook/IMAP accounts per user, if it supported more or unlimited accounts that would be perfect.

"All in one Project and Customer Management Software"

Comments: I have many many different workflow items and tasks going on all at the same time. Flowlu helps me keep focused and take care of the most important things first. As well as store, and keep organized all my company data, customer data, customer interactions, billing, invoicing, job costing. I can't thank Flowlu enough for creating this amazing product. I don't have to use a million different softwares, I can keep everything in one place which is a Huge gift to me, and allows me peace of mind as I can more closely oversee every job in detail.

Pros: I love that the software has so many options, and they keep adding more. I found that many other software options were too simple, in that they didn't allow for the user to add as much detail or keep it as simple based on their needs. So I like that everything is In one place, I go only to this software for everything, and the sales teams are constantly adding new features, and taking into account suggestions I make for how the software can better suit my needs. Awesome! You don't find that kind of support in larger companies.

Cons: Well these "leasts" are past tense now, but I will say originally I think the thing I liked least was the support was based out of the United States, so I was concerned about Data safety and whether I would get support for the product. However, I have not seen any data safety problems so that's good. And even though support is in a different time zone then my own, they always answer 100% of the time. Which is more than can be said of many United States based companies.

"Everything we need in one place"

Pros: Finally, a software that ticks all of our boxes. As a volunteer non-profit community organization, we have different needs than the average user. I've tried a ton a PM systems to try and find one that meets all our needs (including many we could never afford) and Flowlu has done it!
The functionality of the calendar is perhaps most critical to us, and Flowlu's calendar (and option for volunteers to add their personal calendars) is exactly what we were looking for (surprisingly hard to find!) Having functional apps (both android and apple) was also a definite must as not all of our board members or volunteers have access to a desktop. Flowlu's apps are top-notch and do not sacrifice large portions of the software like many others do. This makes Flowlu more accessible and a better fit for community work. The kanban option works well and allows us to better collaborate on event planning. Other main features we love include the ability to comment and tag (on pretty much everything), the real-time chat for collaboration, and the ability to invite our external volunteers to a closed space to engage in specific event planning.

Cons: We love everything so far. We would like to see the option to add/remove fields in profile customization, to (particularly the option to change the gender box to custom field for our trans and non-binary volunteers). We would also love to see the option to build a booking form through Flowlu that populates the "company" calendar; however, we've found workarounds with other programs for now. We'd also love to see more customization options that aren't dependent on pre-built workflows (and more customization within the workflows), so we can better customize the aesthetics of our projects (color coding for clarity, option to match our branding), and a clearer and easier way to choose whether task cards in kanban view display subtasks (without clicking on the specifics of the card), but those are tiny asks! We are very happy!

"Integrated project management that has the right mix of features and ease of use"

Comments: I practically loved it since the first time I used it. Since I have used different project management tools, I don't feel overwhelmed at all with Flowlu's features. I like the flexibility that Flowlu provides. It allows me to set up a custom domain, and within minutes the site is running on our own subdomain, with SSL certificate issued quickly.

Pros: The project management feature is mature, with a useful called project workflow which is like a template for projects and tasks. The nice thing about project workflow is that it can still update related projects even though the projects has already been created (or duplicated). The unified Tasks dashboard is very useful because it merges all tasks from all projects for the current user. For most small businesses, Flowlu will provide many features out-of-the-box and you will not need anything more. So it really is a very good value for the price.

Cons: - Accessing Flowlu from Indonesia is not very quick, although not slow, so I hope they have a plan to increase performance especially globally. - Currently Projects and Agile Projects are entirely different, and the Issues ("tasks") from Agile Projects do not show up in personal Tasks page. - The way of assigning permissions to team members is a bit confusing. I hope they provide a unified page to assign permissions. - Chat feature is the pretty weak feature. The chat indicator isn't accurate and chats don't update in realtime. I hope they will improve this. Fortunately for us, we have our own chat solution. - The UI may be a bit overwhelming at first. It's not really a downside, just a logical side effect of the numerous features Flowlu provides.
