"A MUST have for all sales hunters"

Comments: Game changer.

Pros: This program is SO easy to use. Whether it's the Chrome plug-in or their website directly. You put in the website and you can instantly find out the email address.

Cons: I wish more searches were included in the free version but you can always upgrade

Comments: Great customer service.
Streamlined functionality.

Pros: It’s a one of a kind resource for finding top exec’s email addresses with 90 percent reliability. One of our assistants informed us about it when we asked her to screenscrape email addresses of 500 professionals. She relied on hunter to get it done. Since then, it has been an invaluable resource for our team.

Cons: None. We found that its accuracy is unparalleled.

"Must-have tool to sales people"

Comments: I use Hunter email verifier to confirm that I have received the correct email addresses. Also, it helps me finding new emails that I've either forgot about or didn't have previously, based on the person's first and last names and the employer's website. It's a great and useful tool that makes me life much easier when prospecting and reaching out to decision-makers.

Pros: Hunter offers a comprehensive tool that allows sales people to find and verify emails based on the company and title of the prospect. Their Chrome plug-in is powerful and allows you to find email from LinkedIn profiles and even from press releases. Also, their web platform allows you to test and verify different email combination based on the first and last names and the company's website. It's a must-have tool if you're in sales and prospecting areas.

Cons: The tool is not 100% accurate. Sometimes it isn't able to confirm the email verification or create false positives. So if you're using it, be cautious and make sure to double check the results before sending email to the recipients.

"A must have tool for linkbuilders"

Comments: As a link builder this tool is one of the better options out there and I use it for outreach 50+ times a day.

Pros: This is a great chrome extension for anyone that does a lot of outreach. A great tool that helps find and verify email accounts without having to leave the webpage you're on. The source meter shows how many different sources verify the contact info generated. The "most common pattern" feature is great for those of us that know who we're looking for but don't have a specific email address.

Cons: They removed the LinkedIn functionality from a couple years back and that was one of their best features.

"Hunter as the most helpful tool in existence.."

Comments: I work as a freelance Data Analyst, and my client says lead generation is one of my strongest skills. I think it's because I use Hunter..I owe them big time!

Pros: I like that it gives me insight on my lead generation job. The email search feature is my most favorite one. It's easy to use, it saves me a lot of time and it gives me the necessary result that I wanted in no time.

Cons: I don't have anything bad to say about this software.

"Awesome for finding emails"

Comments: Not a perfect product but you get SO MUCH for the free version that it was worth using. I would definitely teach it to your sales team so they have one more tool in their back pocket to find emails.

Pros: It really helped find contacts' information quickly. While not as detailed or precise as Zoominfo, it certainly was helpful particularly since Hunter was free and Zoominfo was not. Overall, for what we used it for (to find emails and contact information), it was pretty awesome.

Cons: When importing contacts from Hunter, they would move into leads instead of contacts. This posed problems for our account managers who would have to convert each lead. It also was problematic for our inbound sales team that worked primarily to qualify all leads before making them into accounts. We fixed this problem by not allowing account executives to import. They had to manually enter the data.

"I'm simple - great product - It just works"

Comments: Outstanding product and customer experience.

Pros: This software does exactly what it is supposed to do. It is literally idiot proof. Installation is easy. After that, if you can find the website, Hunter will find you the appropriate email addresses.

Cons: No cons - great product that works exactly as advertised.

"Works most of the time."

Comments: Positive experience for its intended use case. Friendly interface and useful features.

Pros: Ease of searching people and finding contact information. Works the majority of the time and saves a lot of time when searching as the browser extension saves me flicking between tabs.

Cons: You run out of searches very quickly, so it would be much better if they took an ad-based business model and had unlimited searches.

"Very Useful Tool for Hunters"

Comments: Hunter makes populating a target list fast and easy. It is also useful when trying to reach a specific individual when you do not know their email address.

Pros: Easy to use way to find contacts at companies you are targeting for prospecting. Even when a specific contact is not available, Hunter provides a "best guess" syntax. Chrome browser extension is very useful!

Cons: Not as many existing contacts as I would have expected and does not seem to work with companies based outside the US.

"Quite good, if you give it a chance."

Comments: Hunter is quick and easy tool to scrape email addresses. Hard to complain, since there's no other user-friendly option out there which simply does the job and is legitimate.

Pros: The email addresses are mostly scraped from what's available publicly, which is a hit or miss. Some of the email addresses do lead to the inbox of your intended target audience and some are just abandoned emails that no one checks, or gets bounced even. This is the best lead generator I've come across in recent times.

Cons: It doesn't have any verifiable source to check the leads. We have to check the email addresses ourselves to see if they go anywhere. More premium paid tools tend to cross-check the contact addresses of their vast network of users to see if the email addresses are valid, Hunter does not have that functionality.

"Very good and reliable product"

Comments: I have used them for over a year now and love the software. I had a small issue once and it was resolved very quickly through their online support. I use another service as well but I have to say out of the two we use Hunter is the best. It's ease of use and accurcy is why I thinks its the best on the market in my oppion.

Pros: Getting accurate emails and ease of use. I love the fact that it's easy to use and the email I get are accurate.

Cons: I really don't have any cons. I would really like to see a feature were you don't have to do a monthly plan but pay for a one time bulk upload and find emails. We still would use the monthly plan but we sometime need to do a one time bulk match. But like I said not a real con.

Comments: The dislike thing is it primely focuses on extracting leads using the website, and not all websites can provide adequate professional email addresses.

Pros: It has an easy to understand dashboard with a search button where one can easily extract professional email addresses upon searching through any company's domain address.

"Easily and quickly find emails"

Comments: As a marketer, I need to stay in communication both with prospective clients, but also team members of my current clients. Instead of hunting for emails myself, Hunter gives me all emails listed on the site so I can quickly communicate when I need to.

Pros: Hunter is great because it does one thing and it does it well...FIND ME AN EMAIL. You can go to any site and hunter will comb through it and grab any emails listed on the site. This has been fantastic because I can get connected with any business owner or staff member I need. Also, it easily integrates into Chrome so I can get emails within seconds after visiting a site.

Cons: It's a couple of steps to verify the email. You get 50 free every month, but there's some copy/paste work that has to be done, slowing the process down.

Pros: I love how easy it is to use. There are lots of data that will help you out in looking for contact information. You won't worry about running out of credits since it gives you a hundred every month

Cons: It would be better if it's integrated in Linkedin so we can just clicked on it, instead of it being on a separate tab/window

Comments: Hunter is an invaluable tool for our outreach and I would highly recommend.

Pros: Hunter is easy to use, very intuitive and provides great results.

Cons: The software works well for us and I have no complaints at the moment.

Pros: The Hunter software has helped me in my role, the core of my work in profiling senior buyers in large organisations and building relationships. I like the accuracy of this product and the help from the team is a cut above.

Cons: This tool is accurate pretty much most of the time. I don't see any cons to report on this review to date and I have been using the tool for over 6 months.

"Easily the Best Tool For Lead Sourcing on the Internet"

Pros: I downloaded Hunter probably 5 years ago and use it weekly. If anyone is job searching, lead sourcing, or just simply trying to find a contact's missing email address Hunter is the best possible tool for the job.

Cons: I most often use their Google extension to find emails for my sales lists and I wish the extension was more robust - i.e. being able to save contacts or form lists within the tool itself.

"Superb for Lead Generation"

Comments: It has made email finding easy and effective. It also validates the email. We have been able to reach out to many people with the help of Hunter!

Pros: I love this tool. It's an amazing tool for finding out leads. It helps you find leads using their domain name. It also checks whether it's deliverable or not. It has a free plan which renders about 50 requests.

Cons: Sometimes the results are are mostly role based emails like [email protected] or [email protected]
Nevertheless, you can more or less figure out a pattern.

"This service and support is absolutely awesome. Use it!"

Comments: Helped me find and verify emails from lead lists I had created for all my sales people and appointment setters.

Pros: The API is really easy to use. The data returned is extremely easy to decipher. It works very well with Zapier. I've never had an issue or an error and I'm an amateur when it comes to connect that stuff up. The customer support is incredible as well. Prompt responses and always helpful. Never dismissive. I will be using this service for a long time.

Cons: None. They rock! I've really had no issue what so ever with them. Only thing I would like to see is the ability to download all API queries via .CSV for my records, but that really isn't impacting my work. It's just a nice to have to look and throw away.

Comments: Much easier way to find emails to reach for cold outreach.

Pros: I like their attachment to Linkedin where you can quickly find information about prospects. Their verifying software is very good and makes my life a lot easier in my day to day.

Cons: Only downfall of the software is that occasionally it will say email can't be delivered, but the email ends up being correct

Comments: This software has allowed me to make connections with people at brands that I care about that lead to collaboration and successful projects.

Pros: This software is easy to setup and uses to find a qualified human at almost any organization. It works flawlessly and is a great way to find someone relevant to directly connect with over email.

Cons: The fact that this software allows you to locate humans at companies is its great strength and it's Achilles heel. It makes it prone to abuse, spammy marketing communication, and shady tactics. If your motives are genuine, it pays dividends and works well.

"Great chrome extension for finding email addresses"

Comments: It is simple and easy to use. I haven't unlocked all of the capabilities that Hunter provides yet, but I've enjoyed my experience with all of the features I've used so far!

Pros: I exclusively use their chrome extension. I understand they have other features as well. It's a great tool to easily find email addresses referenced on a website.

Cons: I haven't been able to find anything that I like as much. It's easy to use, and while not always accurate or finding the best email you're looking for, it does the job well enough!

"Excellent plugin that makes finding leads quick and painless"

Pros: I've used this for cold emailing and it finds leads as well as any software, even the free version which I use. Excellent and quick interface.

Cons: Sometimes it can't find a lead even when the email is printed on the footer. Not sure why this would be missed but other apps miss this as well somehow.

"Was amazing when they had the LinkedIn integration but it is still a great product."

Pros: -Finds emails 95% of the time and give you a structure for other emails.
-Hubspot integration
-Amazing support
-Constant updates to improve the product

Cons: Used to connect to LinkedIn, it doesn't anymore and prices haven't been lowered since then.
I can't really see any other cons to Hunter.

"Really usefull"

Comments: Finding new email address for new prospect. Recently using the tracking feature which is not bad as it's totally free so far. It will be great to know if the email has been transfered.

Pros: Really easy, usefull and powerfull.
You should really use it. You can save lots of time thanks to Hunter

Cons: With the free trial, you are too soon blocked but it make sens as the have to be profitable :) maybe watch a quick commercial to unlock a credit ? (just an idea)
