Comprehensive and Scalable Solution for Business Operations

Comments: My experience with Dynamics 365 has been positive overall. It offers a comprehensive set of tools that effectively streamline business processes and improve visibility across departments. While there’s an initial investment in training and setup, the long-term benefits of increased productivity and interdepartmental collaboration make it a valuable asset for mid-sized to large organizations.

Pros:

What I liked most about Dynamics 365 is its seamless integration with other Microsoft tools, especially Office 365 and Azure, which makes data sharing and automation across departments straightforward. Dynamics 365 also provides a wide range of modules that cover almost every aspect of business operations—from CRM and sales to supply chain and finance—allowing teams to work within a single platform. Cons:

Comments: I avoid all Apple products, because they admit to creating tech-devices that are designed to force the consumer into routinely purchasing "upgrades"...What an Atrocious dismissal of their corporate responsibility to improve Mother Earth's Environment! Microsoft's continuous auto-updates practically force consumers into using THEIR products/apps - which are far less secure than the Linux/Firefox/Mozilla/Google team. The similarities b/w Apple and Microsoft are that these "updates" often force the consumer to purchase new devices - after their current device is too far "corrupted" to be worth the $$$ for repairs (because they inadvertently downloaded malware). Also, throughout my beginners-level experiences, I have found that Google readily offers updates/tips/step-by-step instructions on how to integrate Google Apps/programs to "play well" w/Microsoft...I have NOT found this information readily provided by Microsoft.

Pros:

My review is for Microsoft products, in general - not specifically "Dynamic 365". I am not very tech-savvy, so when I first started developing my Business Plan, I utilized the Operating System already installed on my laptop, which was Microsoft. As I was/am working alone, I discovered that my lack of tech-knowledge/skills had caused my personal laptop to crash/inadvertently downloaded malware. After the 3rd time that a patient/helpful friend "rescued" my laptop, he informed me he would be installing Linux as my Ops. This was/will continue to be a learning process, but the fact Linux keeps my files/system secure has made a believer out of me. I now advocate for Linux/Firefox/Mozilla/Google - they work well together, and they are operated primarily as non-profits (except Google, obviously). More importantly, NONE of their "updates" have EVER caused my laptop to "crash" or download corrupted malware files.

Cons:

In order to make developing my business website easier on myself, I recently purchased a second laptop w/Microsoft as the Ops. However, I soon realized that Microsoft's "auto-updates" were continuously converting/moving my Google files onto Edge/Onedrive/Microsoft apps. I wasted hours of time "undoing" their "updates", and finally I took the device to my locally-owned computer repair shop. After explaining my frustrations, they immediately understood what I was referring to, and installed "Microsoft Stop" on my device - so far, so good...

User Friendly

Comments: Positive experience, very user friendly and easy to access data. Since this is a Microsoft product, it's easy to dump data into excel manipulate data to create your own reports.

Pros:

Very easy to customize for a businesses needs.

Cons:

The version we were using was a bit archaic and did not allow the employee to view their employee details in the system.

The Ever Improving Dynamics

Comments: I have found through the years my experience to be very positive. If I have ever had any issues the Microsoft customer support have always been quick and mostly good. The improvements to the settings and configuration have been really good, and the whole cloud system is so much quicker than it used to be.

Pros:

Dynamics 365 has improved so much over the past 6 years I have been using it for NFP clients. The integrations with other products is getting better and the natural integrations with Microsoft products is fantastic. The whole Power Platform is really good now and Microsoft are constanting making things better and easier to use and configure. I love the low/no code as I am not a programmer but I have studied and learnt enough to be good at configuring Dynamics for my clients.

Cons:

The licensing and the fact they stopped the not for profit grants for 5 free licenses. It is still reasonably priced, but for a NFP every cent counts.

Dynamics-a powerful database for contact and opportunity management

Comments: I have been using it daily since 2016 for sales prospecting, contact management, follow up management, opportunity tracking, account management. It also is the database of record for our prospect contact and email database, and also our client database. We have also customized Dynamics to track our clients annual software maintenance renewals.

Pros:

Some improvements made in 2023 have made Dynamics much better than it was before for setting up screen views, arranging and filtering columns, and improved search options.

Cons:

1) The cost of marketing is very high compared to other email marketing services reporting can be complex, for example including fields from the associated account file is difficult or impossible when modifying the contact record search.

Excellent, comfortable, quick, safe, and reliable

Comments: my overall experience using Dynamics 365 was amazing, it is nice software, easy to use. The UI is also good, net and clean. It's very easy to navigate and if you need help, the help box is right there. If you need live help, you can always contact a rep to help.

Pros:

Microsoft offers an excellent programme called Dynamics 365 to help you manage your business. Being a member of Microsoft is really beneficial since it gets more integrated with other MS Office applications

Cons:

When they have to wait for a live representative, some consumers become disinterested in the product; worse, it's their only choice. I didn't prioritise this because I don't fit the description.

Average CRM/Dashboard - Go with Salesforce

Comments: Overall experience was poor. I wish Upper Management at PMI would've asked for input before buying this knock-off of Salesforce.

Pros:

What I liked about it was that it was very easy to customize. All you need to do is look for the "..." button, and nearly anything and everything can be changed.

Cons:

The flow wasn't ideal, and you had to use Dynamics 365 Business Central to create quotes or invoices. Salesforce has everything all together in one system and is SO much easier. The dashboard was very average and was one of few things I couldn't customize.

MS Dynamics 365

Comments: MS Dynamics 265 is a powerful ERP. It can fit medium-sized to big companies.

Pros:

Cons:

HR Module need more customization to meet the requirements of ME countries regulations.

Dynamics 365 Changed My Organization

Comments: Since I have started using Dynamics 365, my efficiency has increased exponentially, and I am relieved to have more time to accomplish more work.

Pros:

Cons:

I am newer to Dynamics 365, so it is a bit overwhelming to learn at first. But it is easy to understand, especially after diving in.

Amazing Dynamics 365

Comments: Overall experience with using Dynamic 365 is great, its safe & secure, can easily navigate through the various tabs and pages, its easy to set up client databases and it can hold a lot of client data without running slowly

Comments: Overall, I would give Dynamics 365 a rating of 8/10. It is a powerful tool for improving business efficiency and productivity, but there is still room for improvement. It can be a great tool for businesses of all sizes if used correctly. Ideal for corporate automation and innovation.

The powerful CRM execution has enabled management and access to customer history and needs for better understanding and data management. And being specific about my activities; I would say improved work time with features such as "Task Lines" and "Project Clocks", it is easier to assign tasks, monitor progress and send reminders to teams.
