The attribution model for Multitouch acquistion is very consistent and the impact on Paid Campaigns is positive. The extraction of the data for modeling and DATAVIZ is easy and has multiple options.
However, in order to leverage further details about the fraud reports, the premium solution was quite costly and would have costed us more than the amount saved by charging back the fraud conversions.

Most complete MMP solution in the app market
Comments: Appsflyer is one of the most complete MMP, with a wide range of features and sub-products that all mobile app need (or will need some time). With the conversion tracking capabilities comes a suite of reports and data ready to be analyzed to make decisions. On the fraud protection side, they have P360, with many scenarios for blocking and alerting.
Pros:
Besides all data analysis capabilities, the integration for partners is something crucial, since it permits us to receive online data from all our clients directly to our platform, where we make decisions, optimizations, and much more.
Cons:
Some kind of reports and data are not shared with partners (such as integrated adnetworks or agency), which causes the advertiser to share important data apart from the platform.

Comments: My overall experience with Appsflyer is fine I've used Appsflyer more then any tracking platform.
Pros:
I like it's realtime analytics reports with smoothest tracking system. Which allow us to track all users behaviour and further in-app events.
Cons:
Honestly, not much to say here but a bit time taking while integrating to new media source partners specially with that handshake update : ( But it is also + point as if the POV is advt. here.

Comments: Much better experience than our last service, Adjust.
Pros:
We love the OneLinks that can bring customers directly to the correct store to download our apps, or bring them to a fallback link of our choosing. Very easy to set them up.

UI is intuitive and easy to use, comprehensively shows which channels and campaigns perform well, helps to prevent and identify fraud, seamless integration with publishers, amazing customer support.
Cons:
Some features need to be purchased separately as an add-on (e.g. Protect360) - which on many competitors are provided for free.

Appsflyer: the backbone of marketing strategies
Pros:
The User Interface is so easy to understand and very smooth, you can be logging in for the very first time to appsflyer but you'd still feel like you know most of the things about the portal, loved how easy to use it was!
Cons:
The marketing analytics sometimes take more than 24 hours to be reflected in the campaign level, that's the only slight weak point that one can consider!

Overall, I really like the tool and it is without any doubt my favorite among the options available.
In terms of pricing, I think AppsFlyer's costs are not very competitive. However, considering the quality of the tool, it still makes sense to use it.
We also have ongoing support from the account management team, so all our questions and needs are covered.
Pros:
After working with three other app trackers, I can say that AppsFlyer has the most robust solution in terms of measurement, integrations, as well as data extraction, processing, and ingestion routines. In addition, I really like the dashboards that the tool has, whether in the Activity or LTV view, AppsFlyer presents the results in the best way for decision-making, with the necessary granularity and separation between reengagement and acquisition.
Cons:
AppsFlyer needs to improve its anti-fraud solutions to ensure the reliability of the traffic generated. I see that fraud is becoming more sophisticated every day and I don't see AppsFlyer's solutions becoming robust enough to ensure that fraudsters are blocked through validation rules. In fact, I believe that more sophistication could be added to the process through the use of artificial intelligence.
The best partner for App Marketing
Comments: It's a good experience, it's an easy to use tool, easy to connect and integrate. It allows a thorough review of the results obtained and generates security in the data it collects.
Pros:
Integrations with acquisition channels are easy and intuitive. The variety of reports you can create to analyse all the traffic the app receives. The ease of integrating into SKAN for the platforms. The analysis by cost and time that allows you to perform for each channel.
Cons:
communication with technical support is via email and sometimes it is not fast or timely, technical support tickets can easily get lost.

Comments: Appsflyer has been a pivotal tool for our day to day tracking of our KPIs and ensuring our partners deliverers the committed results, AF is one of the best MMP platform out there if you're dev team is familiar with the deployments, the initial setup is critical and would highly recommend to be done with an account manager from AF. Our account manager [sensitive content hidden] has been very helpful to us.

Ease of setting up partners and integrations.
Cons:
Attribution of conversions to channels, there has been discrepancies in the report.

Review of Appsflyer
Comments: I would say Appsflyer for me is really a dope product. The customer support is amazing, the learning portal is fantastic, event just surfing through Appsflyer feels fun. Data doesn't look boring at all.
Pros:
So I really like the simple UI/UX of Appsflyer. It's so easy to use and navigate. Even a beginner will get hands on it in a very short span of time. I really like how the data is shown in graph as well.
Cons:
So while downloading raw data, the data can only be downloaded of last 90 days and not prior to that, this is what I least like about Appsflyer.
Easy setup with different partners, bad customer experience
Pros:
Being of the main MMPs in the market, the majority of advertising partners has experience working with AppsFlyer, which makes the setup very easy for most new campaigns. Some beta features from certain channels are also first available for accounts that use AppsFlyer as an MMP.
Cons:
Bad customer service and an attitude that they really don't care for their clients. We have used AppsFlyers for years and because of that were in a legacy tier. This legacy tier was one day removed out of the blue and we were moved to a lower tier, with no access to crucial functions. The message we got from their salesperson was basically "pay now or you won't have this back".
Essential platform for mobile marketing attribution
Comments: In general terms, it is the most complete platform on the market. It offers all marketing solutions for mobile measurement of apps and games.
Pros:
interface, usability, ease of analyzing data and exporting it.
Cons:
SKAN metrics cannot be added to the custom dashboard. You cannot measure the performance of custom product pages in Apple Search Ads.
Appsflyer for Mobile App Marketing & Attribution
Pros:
- service & support through account managers and chat - on par with other attribution suites - easy to integrate with partners - widely used by other affiliates and channel partners - measurement and dashboarding
Cons:
- sometimes requires dev effort to implement events - reporting tool can be improved - doesn't give recommendations on performance
Very useful on everyday operations
Pros:
The ability to see qualities of pIDs easily when checking for relevant sources and negotiating with them, and also the overall campaign dashboard. I also like that they implemented the new feature that you can select multiple when holding down shift in the dashboard.
Cons:
IDK if there is a feature for that which we just don't know about, because if it is - then it could save us a lot of time: checking each supply source separately in terms of quality, P360, and scale take a lot of time from our team.
