> **Cons**: The working screen can often feel too small - there is a lot of wasted space on the lay out that could be designed more practically.

It has been reliable and cost competitive when comparing other options. It offers good back up service.

> **Pros**: Reckon One is a product that is designed for what I need in an accounting package and it is also a continuation of what I used in classes at the local Polytechnic.  It is familiar to me and comfortable and the support service is ideal whenever needed.

> **Cons**: Only one thing comes to mind that I like least, which is that as my years progress, my on-screen vision has suffered, and sometimes I prefer a larger font in some reports.  I have tried the "Ask a question" option and don't always get an easy answer.

> Overall, I have used Reckon, or previously called QuickBooks, since 2000.  Reckon One has been a good experience in keeping our business and personal financials running smoothly.

> **Pros**: The security on Reckon is top notch. Not only do you need your 6 code verification code, sent to your chosen number, but also the passcode for your machine, stopping anyone from accessing your businesses account.

Creating Financial reports, BAS, etc, are easy and smooth. It is definitely excellent value for money. Being able to see your business financial health, live, is a huge help in purchasing goods for the services we provide.

If you've had any experience with MYOB or Xero, you'll find this seamless. 

On start up you do have tutorials that help you learn how to use it and also online help with the staff at Reckon.

> **Cons**: It would be great if we could input a Reference Code on Invoices on the App. Currently there is no away to do this, so I have to bring out the laptop in order to enter reference codes on the invoices I send out.
> 
> Other than the inability to add Reference Codes to invoices via the app, I find working on Reckon to be a joy and very intuitive. 

Any questions and I can chat with highly trained staff who can help me, on the spot, with any queries. Your business is lacking without Reckon.

> **Pros**: Good support including 24hr Chat, phone number 1 300 to call to real person as well as AI chat assistance. Call back even on Sunday or Saturday. Always follow up and have ACCESS to my Book to rectify errors/data

> **Cons**: The design to click from one screen to another is sometimes HARD to find. Either because they are TOO small or not BOLD enough. Some button e.g. Start to learn is block the Delete buttion.

> Overall, Reckon One is a reliable, consistent and supporting software. Always reachable even in off time, e.g. night-time, weekend and even Public Holidays.
