> **Pros**: I liked how user friendly it was. I work with a lot of different systems, and it's not always easy to figure out where I can find the information I'm looking for. MyClin made it very easy to locate the documents I needed.

> **Cons**: Sometimes I felt like the daily email digest was too much. But I understood why it was being sent so frequently. It was a little much to have an email every day telling me the status of filed or unfiled documents, but it was also a surefire way to make sure nothing was ever missed.

> I used MyClin as part of an e-regulatory document system for a study we participated in. Before this, I have never used a system like it, but I was really excited to see what it would be like. It was incredibly easy to use. I rated the customer support 5 stars, but to be honest, it was so user friendly that I never had to contact customer support. It was really helpful to get daily reminders if items needed to be filed. One of the features about the daily reminder that I appreciated the most was that it told me if my colleagues who were also using MyClin left something unfiled. At the site level, days can sometimes be really busy. So being able to say to a coworker, "hey there are some things that you need to look at on MyClin," made it easier to stay on top of things. Sometimes it felt like we were getting too many emails, especially when we were approaching the end of the study, but I understood that it was just part of the program.

Since then, I have no come across any other studies who are utilizing this portal (this was a year ago), but I would be eager to work with it again.
