Pros: very flexible and widely configurable software, lots of options to configure owen business processes, lots of options to connect to different services and applications, very nice and easy to work with provider

Cons: steep learning curve to do own configurations, the varity of functions and options makes it sometimes difficult to keep track.

Pros: clear structure, very open minds improve it day by day, the high speed metas releases improvements weekly is success factor number one

Cons: the CRM part is under construction and up to nuow it is a bit laborious to use, while the system is allready far more advanced

About CRM: We are working on closing the gap in this area, further functionalities can be expected in the next months. Stay tuned. ;)

Functions have to be adapeted, but support is always available and helpful.

Comments: Good customer support, adjustable to our needs, you only pay for what you get - no hidden costs, easy to handle if you do it regularly

Pros: Functions can be designed on our needs. Whenever you get stucked, you can have a look into Help Unit or call the support.

Cons: It is built on Food sector which is different to our business. The design of printing results is more functional than good looking.
