"Great CRM for a great price that is very customizable"

Comments: I am a lot more organized and it has increased my sales. It also makes it easier when a new team member is added. Our business is a little unique so being able to customize it has been very helpful.

Pros: I use this a lot and like how easy it is to also use on my phone. I like the price, customization, map feature, email integration, and ease of use.

Cons: Not any that I find at the moment. I researched a lot of CRMs before using this one so I knew it was a good fit.

"My repzio mostly does everything it is suppose to do, so fairly happy."

Pros: Can see the product as you order it. The inventory is visible when telling the customer it is in stock. Nice order copy with pictures is sent to customer.

Cons: Customer service has not been able to resolve my problems with receiving order copies, in my recent orders.

"been seamless to get work done"

Pros: It allows me to show off my different manufactures and get orders written easily. It is only as good as the info that has been loaded by the mfg.

Cons: I would like it easier enter the credit card information and to build a wish list for the customer I am proposing a sale

"Excellent sales tool"

Pros: sending customers tear sheets, stock availability, etc Shows product clearly and breaks down by category

Cons: showing history of orders and keeping hfc's in scannable form. I do not find that there are many issues with this program. I do not care for the mobile app though

"Awesome, really good , useful App."

Pros: Very helpful for sales reps to boost sales.
Good software for the larger Inventory.
Have many great features which can help sales.

Cons: Nothing much to complain, there are no drawbacks in the software. There is always chances for improvements, but overall the software is good.

"Fast easy setup and operation"

Pros: Mapping done for each customer but also lets me have the flexibility to modify them for my needs.
Software is flexible with custom operations available.

Cons: Sometimes the mapping does not fit our situation and it can be hard to get them to understand that the mapping needs to be changed

"Very positive experience. Great mobile tool to use"

Pros: I like the ability to have information available at all times simply by having iPad access to write orders, send info, etc...

Cons: I would like the ability to have item #'s populate as one inputs the characters to help improve speed. Currently one has to enter item # exactly or it does not pull up

"love repzio very easy to use"

Pros: I am not the most techy sales rep but this was so easy to use. wast to look up my accounts and what they ordered last and how much

Cons: i cant say anything bad about it its very easy to look up all my accounts and if they want a copy of there order its very easy to just email it to them on repzio.

"Very easy to use, good photos of product"

Comments: It is time saving, and automatically sends a copy of the order to the customer

Pros: How easy it is to add a customer, change customer information or discount. Easy to search for product information. Orders are never lost.

Cons: Unable to do a search that sorts out only products that are in stock in a category to put together a customer quote

"Easy to navigate as a sales representative."

Comments: Presenations ease.

Pros: Presentation ease. Plus the ability to see stock availability live.
Files all stores in one place for easy access.

Cons: Inability to sync when multiple people use the same account on separate iPads. We have three people on our team, but like to use one account/contact when communicating with our dealers.

"Nothing but praise"

Pros: It's not complicated and is very easy to use. Customer service is great when i need it. Most of the companies I represent are customers of repzio, which attests to what a great app it is

Cons: When I put in an order, then need to put in another po for the same customer, it will only allow me to add to the existing order

"The best sales tool available for my industry"

Pros: It is an invaluable tool for small and large sales from anywhere, including my iphone. I can send quotes, sales orders, product info, photos to my clients in minutes

Cons: I wish the stock info did not have to be updated manually, sometimes my company does not do the update and we need to use other options to get updated.

"Overall very good! I'm having a few issues when first booting up program. It always boots me out!"

Pros: I can enter an order and see if an item is in stock. I can easily submit the order to the manufacturer and send a confirmation to the customer. Love this feature!

Cons: On the browse feature when you select the price level I'd like it to be "high lighted" so you know for sure you are working at the correct price level.

"This is the best platform out there for the sales representative. It is the easiest to use!"

Pros: The ease of use. You don't have to guess where to go next. Everything is easily laid out and at your fingertips.

Cons: I wish the back office/customer reporting systems were better and more informative. Detailed customer reports would be great. Including best sellers not purchased by customer. Quick order forms for repeat orders.

"RepZio is an all inclusive tool that combines catalog, price list images and inventory into one"

Pros: The platform is easy to maneuver. I can go from screen to screen quickly and logically. The image quality and amount of useful information available makes for powerful presentations.

Cons: Nothing comes readily to mind. The only frustration I have is missing images but that has to do with photography amade available by my company.

"I really like to work with Repzio. I can do catalogs and I can see all orders I made."

Comments: I can do order quickly with pictures

Pros: I like that I can do different catalogs and send them to my Customer with images. It is very easy to work with.

Cons: What I like less about this software is when I search for a Customer and click on the name and if it is not the good Customer, it does not bring me to the name to continue looking, I have to restart again at the beginning.

"Rep zio is a great tool, sending professional orders immediately to my customer."

Pros: The orders, show a photo of each item with description and pricing.
Very easy to customize our product and change pricing....
Also able to send tear sheets of imagery to our clients!

Cons: When sending a prospective order or order to a customer, I wish the customer could tap on the image and enlarge photo when they receive the order. Currently it is extremely small, ineligible to view.

"Fantastic!"

Pros: Easy of use. Intuitive. It does exactly what it should.The support at RepZio has been absolutely amazing. Any inquiries are handled very quickly and efficiently.

Cons: One additional tool RepZio should look at. Line Ups. Create a sales tool that gives the sales rep the ability to manage each customers product line up. This will ensure accuracy, allow rep to maintain product distribution and keep finger on the pulse of the marketplace.

"Rep zip is probably the easiest and most intuitive application to have used for work"

Pros: It's was easy to learn and great for sending our clients and their clients information and pictures . I also like the ease of going back and looking at previous orders when working with customers

Cons: Honestly I really do not have any cons we, my husband and I, actually think your app is the best and we have used quite a few in the past and present . I also think you might want to know it is the fastest app to use also so customers love it.

"Repzio is a superb sales tool for our busy sales staff"

Comments: great sales tool for user friendly tools

Pros: Repzio is easy to use, even for a non- tech savvy salesperson. The user friendly app has great tools and features that make sales communication readable and clear for our many clients. Colorful photos, sales and inventory, plus the adaptability to give discounts and add freight costs. Also the portal features great reporting and ability to print our showroom price tags in a professional and clear way.

Cons: We find that there is no way to log in and see customer history long term since as soon as you refresh data you lose your quotes.

"Overall very good. Can't imagine having to go back to pen and paper"

Pros: Everything is right at your finger tips for my customer as well as for me making it easy to be productive and knowledgable. The confirmation email sent to the customer and to myself. Having past orders with me at all times to be able to review and look up what was ordered in the past. It is easy to put together a suggested order and forward to a potential account.

Cons: Having to rely on InterDesign to keep it updated. They have had some real clichés this year loading new product and all new prices. Having to send an email to request account info updated ie. email addresses and contacts. I should be able to do that since buyers can change frequently.

"I like the way it is originally displayed"

Comments: I do not carry any paper price lists or catalogs because of this software !!!!

Pros: I like the photos with the item and the capability to make it wholesale, retail or otherwise. I like the capability to switch from one collection to another. The sales process is very good when you know on how to work it.

Cons: Pricing out a dining table as an example in a different size can be quite stressful going through all the photos.

"A must have to stay organized and have everything you need in one location"

Comments: Organization, easily accessible information, from pricing, product numbers, to inventory. So helpful!

Pros: It's an all access pass on the go to pricing, inventory, photos, po's and everything I need. As an agent working for several manufacturers it is easy to keep each manufacturer organized and have all I need in one place. I use it every day!

Cons: Getting to know the system in the beginning can be a little challenging, especially when each manufacturer uses the tools slightly differently. But Customer support is super helpful.

"I love the daily use features and simplicity of system. Excellent support if you need help!"

Comments: Faster, cleaner order processing! Easier for everyone to use since it is on their ipad!

Pros: I love the ordering system, love the ability to look up products by name, number or even category. I love the ability to have more than one ship to address for customers. Great customer service - always very helpful and quick to get my problem fixed if anything comes up. Excellent for many users at once. Love the ability to take orders even when not online. Very happy that we are able to customize features as needed.

Cons: Very frustrated with the fact that sometimes when I correct ship to addresses I am not able to search and locate the customer in ship to fields anymore. Need to be able to delete ship to addresses when there are more than one. Having some trouble with users not being able to locate customers when we know they exist or orders disappearing from ipads after they have been entered but not yet submitted.
