Big Change Review - It can really help your business grow and it is fantastice for mobile workforce
Comments: We solved our scheudling problems and manging our mobile workforce, we went from our teams doing 1 to 2 jobs a day to over six at times. It really can make your business more cost effective. Great experience love the Big Change team.
Pros:
It is actually very simple to use, easy to set up but you will time to do it properly. The Big Change team are great and will support you. If you are looking for a cost effective solution for your business I would recommend this.
Cons:
Data extraction for any business the data is so important, Big Change are working on this and once they get this right the product really sells it self.

Fantastic onboarding process
Comments: Great team, very patient and helpful. We are excited for the efficiencies and improvements BigChange will deliver when it is properly established.
Pros:
We are only a couple of weeks into using BigChange but found the Sales team to be refreshingly honest about its capabilities (and they brought donuts) and the onboarding process has been incredibly in depth.
Cons:
The work that goes into getting it up and running, unavoidable but time consuming, although the pay off will make it worth while

Big Change Review
Comments: Overall if the tweaks and issues noted could be resolved this system could be so much more user friendly and it seems odd that features like these have been missed out as they are available in other areas of the data base.
Pros:
The system is internet based which is a good feature as can be accessed remotely with ease. This system is quicker and has more features than our previous one, although more assistance in setting these up from big Change is required. Big change continues to develop and add features that are needed.
Cons:
The monthly invoices is a massive issue, it shouldn't be such a long winded process to submit our monthly invoices. We also have different customer categories on the system and due to the data being different on the detail tab, if the drop down is changed accidentally, even if not saved all data is lost - this has caused numerous issues whilst learning how the system works. The onboarding process was more bundled in data than understanding how the system works and how to input the data, it has been with monthly issue since our go live in March with has caused additional unnecessary administration work. The hand over was also pretty rushed and felt like once on boarded we were left to get on with it rather than assisted in the continuous development of the newly taken out system.

Comments: Overall i feel Big Change is more than suitable for the Fire & Security industry, and includes all the features necessary to running the administrations, jobs, employees and customers.
Pros:
Since fully implementing Big Change, we have found the system generally easy to use, and popular with the field engineers. My favorite features of the system is the Job Management/Scheduling, the Tracking feature and how that links in with the scheduling diary.
Cons:
A lot of work has to go into setting the system up and importing information, but i guess this goes for any CRM. I'm not keen on the Stock & Equipment setup and feel this could be improved.

Big change for a commercial gas company
Comments: Overall I am happy with BigChange but would like to see some more quality of life updates such as better sorting and filters or the ability to put additional group jobs inside group jobs so that multiple return visits in one group can be logged together which still keeping it within the initial jobs group
Pros:
Big Change enables us to mange 80% of our day to day work in one place, from quoting, running jobs and chasing parts with suppliers as well as integrating slightly with Xero. They are constantly doing updates, some of which have been instrumental to our use of it.
Cons:
It is not tailored for our particular companies needs. Multiple day jobs have to be logged as seperate events which can add a lot of extra reports being filled in by engineers or a lo of extra admin in the back office.Also the asset management for sites is very clunky and requires every asset to be added including serial number, make and model etc, which is great for small sites but where we have over 600 sites, with some sites having very old equipment which does not have clear details, or might have 30+ assets with different serial numbers it makes it incredibly impractical to use.
Initial Review
Comments: I still like the playform, and we are yet to fully go live, but there have been some major frustrations in getting things set up and interfaced with ourmain CRM Microsoft AX platform.
Pros:
Additional features above what we currently use.Ability to make changes instantly.Additional features like photos and service history.Ability to have files specific to customers and equipment.
Cons:
The whole creation of worksheets felt very clunky, and this wasnt fully explained or appreciated by us at the start. Good features, but sometimes difficult to build a worflow and worksheets that meet our specific requirements.Although i'm not on the job coordination team, i beleive the layout and interaction with jobs could be improved up, for instance, having to click through various items to see the full job details is tedious.The product didnt meet our need to have mutiple equipment in one job due to the stock/equipment being all under one place, this makes it difficult to identify service parts per item, we ended up having to have group jobs which isnt ideal.

Comments: Brilliant, don't have many issues, if we do they're sorted or we are shown how to sort them. Downtime is minimal.
Pros:
User friendly and customizable to fit our operation and we can always find a way to do something using the system, you just have to be a creative problem solver!
Cons:
mobile app for the admin side could do with being developed, or a more mobile friendly version for quick changes on the move.

A Big Change enabling us to streamline our Operations
Comments: Overall, Big Change has been the transformation our company was needing. We've combined multiple systems and business processes all into one place, and it's leading to everyone working together in a more integrated manner.
Pros:
The biggest selling point for Big Change was the flexibility and modularity of being able to create our own Worksheets for what is a very unique business, with ePod requirements that aren't accommodated for in the majority of ePod systems.
Cons:
There's a lack of Data analysis available. The information is in there, but there's not enough ways of pulling it out currently.

Great for large businesses
Comments: It's great for what we use it for (large business - engineer/job management) but I could see there being issues with smaller companies due to costings etc.
Pros:
Feature rich product with heavy customisation available which can make the product truly unique to each company.
Cons:
it often grinds to a halt/slows down in the evenings which is when I use it the most.

Comments: Onboarding representative [sensitive content hidden] was brilliant at helping to get us up and running, helping with any snags we have come across and offering alterative ways to use the functions of Big change to suit our needs. And equally our now [sensitive content hidden] is great at helping us this any snags or issues we come across as we get further into using the system.
Pros:
The first thing we benefited from moving to Big Change is digital job cards that are filled out by the engineers link straight to the job, previously we were on paper. With the job cards now being digital it has reduced the hours and man power to transfer the paper job card to the invoice as now they are automatically liked. Secondly is pricing, having the correct pricing atomically calculated in the financials. Again taking the time and man power out of the invoicing, meaning we can invoice out more frequently with ease which is improving the cash flow for our business. Since using Big Change we have achieved a more stream line process for job management, financials and starting to achieve more stock control with in the company. Also keeping record of services and maintenance under taken and parts used against our customers machines. We really feel if you take the time on the initial set up you reap the benefits long term.
Cons:
The stock and inventory section could do with some tweets to make this area be more flexible to fit the needs of different customers. And stock control needs improving, not letting you go into minus numbersThe search facility- it doesn't actually 'search anything' as it says!Not having access to view our Big Change invoices for use of the software online all in one place.

Comments: Very positive experience- it has transformed the efficiency of our business.
Pros:
Integration with sage, instant updates, engineers are happy too as they have all their jobs on the tablet with instructions. Less room for error. Roadcrew are fantastic
Cons:
Took a while to set up but worth it in the end.

Great product for security of the device
Comments: The ease of been able to lock down the tablets so that they are user friendly and secure if a device is lost, with them been used by drivers this can easily be done.
Pros:
They have a knowledgeable team that can assist our IT in getting the best out of the product.
Cons:
As an internal IT, it would be advantageous to be able to manage certain parts of the administration ourselves.

Team capacity management
Comments: Very positive, really like the system and would recommend.
Pros:
The easy to use interface and dashboard gives me an instant snap shot of all of my team at one time.
Cons:
There are many more functions that could be added.

The good, the bad and the getting it right!
Comments: On boarding was fantastic, being able to use the system to achieve what we want is a really good feature. Down side for myself, we as a business don't utilize it in other departments such as accounts. Doing this would stream line the whole process as Big Change can certainly do it
Pros:
NOTES!!!! being a transport manager being bale to have files on the fleet, with real time actions, keeping all documents together showing a stream from report to completion of faults and issues which keeps us compliant
Cons:
One small change in a job type for example and you have to go back and change everything related to this, worksheets, alerts, ....

Without adequate training, it is not the easiest software to use.

Love BigChange!
Pros:
For me personally, Big Change is the most easiest system to use. It has so many simple features that are user friendly and works for the business. In addition to that there is a super amazing team at the other end of the phone who are always on hand to assist you. They are extremely supportive and provide guidance on even the most simplest question. I like the fact that you can do everything on this system, from beginning to end.
Cons:
At the moment, it completely works for me.

How the tracker picks the closest road to machines/ vehicle location instead of actual location which can sometimes be a few miles away

Comments: it has been good and the webinars are very good
Pros:
its nice and easy to use for booking in jobs and you can see what you have done in the past.
Cons:
you can not search a job from the address if it is in the UNSCHEDULED JOBS list and that would but very helpful

Excellent overall.
Pros:
Great for scheduling, administrative tasks are easily accomplished. Features being added continuously.
Cons:
Exporting data could be more versatile, but this has improved as I've used BigChange and will, I'm sure, improve more as time goes on.
