Calendly Is A Must

Comments: I have been using it for 3 years now and I have no complaints with Calendly software directly. It integrates seamlessly with my Google Calendar.

Pros:

The ability to leave questions for my clients on my booking link to help guide my sessions.

Cons:

The occasional disconnection from my Google Calendar.

Calendly takes the stress out of scheduling your next meeting

Comments: Calendly support team are quick to respond to any questions and the set-up process is incredibly easy. You can have your preferred hours, days off, and group calendars all set in minutes.

Pros:

Calendly offers an array of customizations and automations that simplify scheduling across teams and with external partners. My favorite feature was the ability to share a link to schedule within my email signature and on our website.

Cons:

The cost for Calendly is high compared to similar tools available.

Comments: Calendly is a convenient tool for simplifying scheduling, though it could improve by offering more robust features and integrations at lower pricing tiers.

Pros:

Calendly makes scheduling meetings effortless, with its user-friendly interface and automatic calendar syncing. I love how it eliminates back-and-forth emails by allowing others to pick a time that works for everyone.

Cons:

However, the free version has limited features, and customization options for branding and workflows are restricted unless you upgrade. It also lacks some advanced integrations compared to competitors.

My Calendly Usage

Comments: It is easy to use, professional and has good security, which simplifies my appointment booking process.

Pros:

It's user-friendly, easy to customise, and awesome for scheduling.

Cons:

The layout can be confusing sometimes. Though this isn't a major issue.

Calendly for the win

Comments: I first came across as a client booking an appointment with my therapist and then I got inspired and set it up for my own business

Pros:

Convenient, professional and easy to navigate for both the business as well as clients

Cons:

I have not found anything yet. Like any software you have to pay if you want to use more advanced features but it’s worth it.

Great software tool for freelancers or consultants!

Comments: This has been a helpful tool to help me schedule meetings with a professional look and feel as I launch my consulting business.

Pros:

I really like the free account with Calendly, I am just getting started consulting and I don't have a large budget for additional software. The Chrome browser is really handy and allows me to share the link quickly and easily.

Cons:

I really enjoy Calendly and can't think of any flaws.

So much better than going back and forth to decide on a date and time

Nothing really, everything has been good including support when I needed help setting up some advanced features like multi person calendars

The go to scheduling software

Comments: Calendly is fantastic, it's extremely easy to use for both our internal team and our customers. We've had multiple other services that have never come close to Calendly - all scheduling roads always lead back to calendly.

Pros:

How easy it is to create and manage new events.

Cons:

Automations and email notifications are a little rigid for larger teams.

Good scheduling software that hasn't let me down

Comments: I've used Calendly consistently over the last few years for sales presentations and also for candidate interviews. It has been consistent and always worked well.

Pros:

Great scheduling software that makes it easy to send invites and also allow self service appointment setting.

Cons:

I don't really have any major cons to this software.

Calendly Has Been Helpful

Comments: I like the platform and its been successful in our recruiting efforts

I would like the option to propose alternate times and communicate that I may need more than 30 minutes if someone is only permitting for 30 minute meetings

User-friendly with easy embeds and super-smooth performance

Comments: My experience with Calendly has been excellent. It works so smoothly that I’ve never once had to contact support with questions or technical issues.

Pros:

My favorite thing about Calendly is it works smoothly and is super-simple: no learning curve, no “onboarding,” and no training needed. I choose the days and time slots that I want to make available for consultations. Calendly puts it together in a visual calendar that makes it easy for clients to schedule a meeting. Since many of my appointments are potential new clients, I love that the software doesn’t ask them for a long list of personal information. All they need to is choose a time, then enter their name, email address, and phone number (with an optional space for notes). Then Calendly immediately sends me an email letting me know that I have a new consultation scheduled. The best part? It’s a breeze to embed the scheduling calendar on my WordPress site. Just drop the link in as an embed code, and it’s live - and looks great. I’ve been using Calendly for years and they’ve never charged me a dime. Its “Always free” plan is actually free (if you only need the basics).

Cons:

I don’t have any serious complaints. It would be nice to have more design options, however, the preset design looks good so it’s not a pressing issue.

Calendly: Great FREE Tool For Employers!

Comments: I use calendly to help facilitate screening calls for my employment business. It’s pretty easy to use and I can set aside how many slots I want that day, the times I’m on lunch and the days where I just can’t take calls. I use calendly to also set up zoom meetings as it has the function as well!

Pros:

I like that it’s a simple tool to use for the most part. You set up your availability and you are given a link. Once you get the link you’re able to hyper link it etc.

Cons:

I don’t really like that on the “free” version you only get 1 event. Granted the product is free for one event space but if you want more you have to pay. Its understandable but a bit underwhelming.

Scheduling Simplified!

Pros:

First, where has this been all my working life!? Gone are the days of the back and forth communication, the scheduling conflicts, and the missed opportunities from not being able to coordinate together. This has taken scheduling to a new level! Not only is it simplifying the process but adding a level of professionalism to it which is rare. Usually you have to sacrifice one for the other. And let's not forgot the ability to integrate with all the major communication/calendar software! No more losing track of meetings!

Cons:

Only drawback (and it is more of a personal reference) is I wish it had a recurring meeting option.

The best and easiest way to schedule meetings with prospects

Comments: I use calendly for my personal business and to obtain new coaching clients. I attach the link on my various websites and media where they can promptly schedule a meeting with me. It works as described and it always syncs up with my Google calendar. I get notifications via text and email when someone schedules with me, so I am prepared every step of the way.

Pros:

I like how easy calendly is to use and how quick prospects can schedule meetings without having to speak to me. It makes a ton of sense for running meetings and integrating with my calendar so I can simply wake up and have meetings set. It provides enough options to find meeting times and allows for flexibility in rescheduling.

Cons:

I wish there was a way for people to reach me quickly and efficiently in the program if they have any other requests or questions for our meeting.

Comments: I love Calednlys booking experience. It makes it so much easier to schedule call on - specifically how well it connects to your zoom and google meet accounts. Definitly eases the scheduling management process for me! I never have overlaps now!

Pros:

I love how easy it is to update availability and send invites out. I love how easy it is to send your link for clients to schedule calls with you on. It also has great features like scheduling windows and the ability to reschedule and cancel.

Cons:

I think the mobile experience could improve by increasing visibility and allowing users to update availability easier on here. I also think sending hour before meeting reminders would be helpful!

A Timely Software for Everyday Use

Comments: I've used Calendly for year and my experience has been quite pleasant. I like that clients can choose mutually available time slots with ease and I am able to receive a notification when a new meeting has been added to my calendar. I also liked that you can brand your calendar with your identity and give a description about what the time slots are being used for so everyone is on the same page.

Pros:

Calendly is incredibly easy to set up. It easily integrates into to any site and you can sync your google calendar so you're able to stay organized. You can also take payments through Calendly if you're a consultant selling a service, this however is a paid feature but could be advantageous for clients to immediately pay for you time.

Cons:

I wish Calendly had more complimentary features to try out before deciding to commit to their paid features. It can seem limited and it does let you complete basic tasks that allow for structuring your time in an effortless way.

Pros:

Calendly's simplicity and ability to jump right in after a few minutes to set up stood out to me the most! It streamlines the scheduling process by eliminating the back-and-forth and allowing people to book directly based on availability.

Cons:

While Calendly does offer some more robust scheduling features, sometimes I found it a little difficult to independently set up certain customizations. In addition, some customizations are blocked behind their paid subscription, which can be a significant drawback for those seeking a more personalized experience.

Very simple and effective calendar and meetings booking application

Comments: I am very satisfied, I feel like am in control of my scheduling with Calendly and am only using the free version. I imagine how much better the premium version is then. I am willing to try the premium version soon.

- Calendly is definately on the most popular booking and calendar apps for meetings. - They have a free plan that you can use without paying for the software. - It is simple to use and you only need to send a link to someone to book a time with you - I also like the fact that it is time-zone senstitive and therefore there elimnating chances of clashes due to time zone differences - I like that you can update your availabilily on the calender and therefore when someone is booking a time with you, they are only allowed to book the slots when you are available - It is a proffesional way to get people to book meetings with you. - One of the best things about calendly is its ability to integrate with popular calender apps like google calendar

Cons:

- If the user forgets to update their schedules on time, this might lead to conflicts if someone books a time when you are not available because you failed to update that information on the app. This is to say that for the app to work properly for you, you must feed it with accurate and timely information

Manage your appointments

Comments: My experience with Calendly is really remarkable, we can adjust our calendar according to our day and time schedule very easily in any time zone. Really easy to use and work on

Pros:

- Proper week scheduling at one time. - Use of same calendar link as the customer for appointment schedules. - Can change any time, any day according to the need. - Time to time popup before 15 min of meeting invite. - Easily integrate with other software like teams. - Manage and list of all our contact.

Cons:

- History preview of meetings needs to be worked on.

Calendly is a great calendar management tool!

Comments: We use calendly for our events planning business. We email our customers to book calls with us, and that’s where Calendly comes in! It’s been a very helpful tool for us and our customers!!

Pros:

My favorite feature of calendly is that when you email your customer, they get to see your full list of dates and times of availability to choose from. This eliminates the back and forth of trying to see what date and time works best for everyone.

Cons:

I don’t have any complaints, it’s a great calendar management tool

Calandly is in my opinion the best booking software

Comments: Never once had any issues, very easy to set up and I have tried other similar booking software's but Calandly in my opinion is the best

The functionality is great, you can use it for free which is great to begin with too

Calendly Makes Me More Efficient!

Comments: Calendly is one of the software products that has made me more efficient in my work because I spend less time going back and forth trying to find a meeting date that works.

Pros:

Calendly is very easy to set up and takes no time at all to start using. I like that I can specify the times that I'm free an available for meetings. It's also helpful to be able to keep meetings from being scheduled back to back by setting buffer times for when the next meeting can start. Adding my custom link to an email or text makes it easy for the person on the other end to schedule a meeting with me. The integration with Outlook is also a nice feature that allows me to keep all my appointments in one place. It also provides the ability for clients to look ahead to see my schedule over the next few weeks or months. I also like that I can send out a meeting poll that lets a group vote on the best meeting time.

Cons:

I don't have many negative things to say about Calendly. The only thing that I think could be improved is that it would be nice to have the ability to set more than one kind of meeting in the free version. However, I understand that you have to keep some features for the paid version.

Pros:

Calendly help automate scheduling which makes it possible to have very accurate schedules. It is easy to use and has an intuitive user interface that makes it easy to navigate through. It syncs in real time with calendar which makes it easy to find time when am not occupied. It has very well timed schedule reminders that keeps me alert on a scheduled meeting with a client.

Cons:

Am very much impressed by all things about Calendly to this point. I have no dislikes about it.
