"This App = My Personal Assistant"

Comments: The overall experience has been awesome so far. I haven't even utilized the app to its fullest potential and I can see a difference in the amount of people I am able to contact.

Pros: This app was easy to implement and get connected to simplify my daily activities.
Reminds me when I haven't contacted a customer in a set period of time.
This app has definitely made it easier to keep track of how and when I've contacted customers.

Cons: Not a con, but I wish there was a way to see the amount of time a customer spends reading an email.

"Great product, needs some upgrades"

Comments: It’s really easy to use and straight to the point. The email tracking is amazing!! Another great thing thing is you don’t have to wonder about who’s calling when you enter a prospect or opportunity. The app does seem to be a bit outdated, but it’s new so that understandable. I have had issues finding people on the search bar so that’s something else to look into. The fact that it tracks activity to remind you of someone is really useful as well. Over all- great invention and once the qinks are worked out it’ll save so much time and effort.

Pros: Email tracking. It’s great tool to utilize and keep track of who’s actually reading them

"Veloxy"

Pros: Veloxy has allowed me to search for opportunities within my assigned territory and add a prospect in short steps while in the field. I am able to access Veloxy through the app on my smartphone. I also use Veloxy when emailing customers which allows me to see when my email has been read and by whom it has been read. Veloxy alerts me of opportunities that are due to close so that I can move the opportunity through my sales funnel to a closed status. The program has allowed me to increase my overall close ratio this past month that I have been using it.

Cons: It was a bit difficult to initially set up

"One of the best!"

Comments: Veloxy allows me to have one tool to be highly successful.

Pros: Veloxy makes prospecting a lot easier. Veloxy integration with Salesforce, Outlook and Google makes it easy to find and stay on top of your prospects. Highly Recommend!

Cons: Notifications can be a little overwhelming, but it's easy to manage.

"Best Tracking Add-on"

Comments: I have never ran into issues, other than when I first linked Veloxy to my Outlook account. It did cause some issues with how my Outlook ran, but I just had to remove it and reinstall. Never had any issues since, plus the mobile app is amazing!

Pros: - keeping activity updated
- Notifications with geolocating
- Tracking emails a& calls
- Keeping healthy funnel

Cons: I do not have any cons about this software.

"Time Efficiency"

Comments: excellent

Pros: I am in Outside Sales and in between calls Veloxy tells me where I can be more efficient by letting me know what current accounts and lead are close to me!!! Very helpful App and highly recommend it.

"How Veloxy Has Helped"

Comments: My overall experience has been great, very good with assisting with managing my time.

Pros: Since using Veloxy, it's been pretty amazing of how I have been able to touch so many more of my prospects in a short period of time. Veloxy allows me to also save time, automatically logging my calls in Salesforce after I make a call through Veloxy. It also helps me to organize my day by the reminders that show up and I love the fact that it constantly shows me what opportunities are near me as well as making suggestions as to who I could call per my prospect and opportunity list. In direct sales, time management is always a factor, and Veloxy has effectively helped me manage my time.

Cons: Support is good, but sometimes hard to get in contact.

"Veloxy Rocks"

"Veloxy better than magic"

Pros: Veloxy is real so it's better than magic. When we asked for a functionality that was missing, they built it. No trick of the hands - this is real. Thank you Veloxy.

"BEST APP FOR SALES PROFESSIONALS"

Pros: Veloxy allows me to effectively manage my funnel of opportunities by logging emails and calls that I send/make via outlook or the app. It also allows me to set reminders to myself for follow ups. I couldn't imagine my sales career without it.

Cons: Sometimes it doesn't log emails sent if I have two opportunities open with the same contact info.

"Regional Sales manager"

Pros: I have been using Veloxy for almost two years. It really helps with Data entry out in the field as I can "Log-on-the-fly" for meetings, calls, add new prospects and much more. Veloxy also help me keep up to date with scheduled calls needed for that day while I'm on the go.

Cons: It would be nice to have Veloxy auto log incoming calls from clients listed as contact in the Salesforce opportunity

"Veloxy is Amazing"

Comments: Veloxy has helped me tremendously manage my pipeline and create customer touches. The interface with Outlook is awesome. I allows me to send Mass email to customers,create templates and then track my penetration to know who is reading my email forwarding them and who is unsubscribing.Creating leads, Contacts and opportunity is a breeze in Outlook and the APP help me in the field identify customer/prospects in the area for drop-ins. Veloxy is well worth the investment.

"More than I expected..."

Comments: I purchased this app for one reason - being able to plot my accounts on an interactive map in order to be more efficient on the road. I have found a number of additional features (Outlook integration, email read receipt notification, nearby business search, etc) that made the app even more valuable to me. And, the support for this app is very responsive.

Pros: The app plots my accounts on an interactive map. When I am on the road, I can see where my accounts are relative to one another. I can also click onto the account and get any information needed. It also shows companies nearby and allows me to prospect on the fly. Many other great features in this app.

Cons: The only negative actually exposed a positive. There is a feature that allows the user to integrate with Outlook. There was a time that I experienced a bug in the program that caused the program to close. I got in contact with the support for the program and they fixed the problem on the spot. The customer service is very responsive.

"Veloxy"

Comments: Veloxy is Saleforce supplement that simplifies Salesforce activity. I can contact customers by email, phone or text and my activities are logged to the appropriate contact. Veloxy makes sending multi-recipient emails a snap. and Veloxy will log those emails also. You can track when email are opened to determine how productive your email campaigns are. This App is extremely effect. I am barely touching the surface of the benefits you get from Veloxy.. Try it and you wont want to be without it.

Pros: The ease of use compared to the standard Saleforce interface. Veloxy continue to add features that are helpful to everyday sales interactions and productivity

Cons: None- The team at Veloxy has been extremely helpful and interested to take suggestions to eliminate any items that are not productive in their application

"Account Executive"

Comments: Amazing feature and the love this app and will use all time in future. My employee are very happy with this app. Recommended!!

Pros: I had the opportunity to try this app out and begin to use it in my daily functions. It easily syncs between my Salesforce and Outlook. My pipeline is very easy to manage and gives me good visibility into my workload. I only use this app lightly as I am inside sales and most of my time at my computer but if I was on the road I would live in this app. It does a great job of pooling together relevant info and pushing alerts to me with activity. I would definitely recommend giving this app a try and seeing how it would help you have a single source of information.

"Best Mobile App on the market if you use Salesforce and Gmail!"

Comments: Great, experience.

Pros: The Veloxy Gmail/Plugin helps sync emails to Salesforce more efficiently, reducing time manually copying and pasting email information into Salesforce. All of my outbound emails are currently getting logged automatically, and any responses to my emails from the prospect are also getting logged automatically. This is truly a game changer in automation and efficiency. For those still using the email functions in Salesforce, this gives you another option to add email templates in Gmail and send an email directly from Gmail. The Difference is how the customer receives the email. The email in Salesforce comes from “Salesforce, on behalf of Jose Rivera”. The email sent in Gmail from Veloxy, shows as coming from your normal Gmail Email. The Email analytics help provide a couple of pieces of information. One; it allows you to see if the prospect has opened the email, and how many times. Two; it helps gauge the interest, based on how many times they’ve opened the email. Three; automatic notification on your phone when they open the email, allowing you to schedule a future task in Salesforce to call the prospect. The email templates allow you to add in and save favorite templates. Tracking can be turned off or on at any time, or for specific emails. Overall, it is an awesome product for anyone in sales! Working with the Veloxy team for any questions has been great as well, they provide A+ customer service and are quick to respond.

Cons: Everything about this software is great.

"Veloxy is amazing"

Comments: This tool gives me extra time during the day. From door-to-door prospecting, to basic email communication, and funnel management, Veloxy seamlessly integrates to Salesforce allowing me to do exactly what I need to do without having to navigate through multiple clicks and page loading. Another function that has increased my sales volume is the ability to track an email that I send to a prospect and see when they open the email, how many times that email has been opened, what kind of device they are using, and where in the world that email has been opened! Now I know if they are really curious and if they are passing along my message throughout their company. This is a must have for any organization that wants to track their activity within a robust CRM, as well as a sales rep that wants to maximize their customer contacts!

Pros: Veloxy allows the user to call a contact in Salesforce directly from their smartphone and then the app automatically logs that call into Salesforce under the right opportunity/account/prospect.
The software plugs into Outlook to allow the user to utilize email templates from their smartphone or desktop and then logs the outgoing email to Salesforce under the right opportunity/account/prospect.
Veloxy makes inputting new prospects/opportunities/accounts into Salesforce at least 50% faster.
Veloxy will track the emails the user sends to a contact and let the user know when that email is opened as well as how many times it was opened, where in the world the user opened that email and how many times that email was viewed.

Cons: This product is not free but the value that it adds to the sales process will meet any Return On Investment model.

"Veloxy gives me more selling time and helps me focus on selling."

Comments: I can focus better on communicating with propsects and there for make more sales.

Pros: Veloxy saves me 45 or more minutes every day, as I don't have to manually log each activity. For example, logging emails sent. Also, with email tracking, I see in real-time when a prospect opens my email, so I can prioritize with whom I need to follow up. The templates I create for email are helpful because I don’t need to craft new language for common engagement emails - big time saver. Color-coded reminders pop up on my phone and keep me informed of what I should be doing, like focusing on specific tasks leading to sales. When I am out in the field, Veloxy maps out where other accounts and prospects are so I can take advantage of selling more.

Cons: I needed to refresh the install of Veloxy when we upgraded to Office 365. No downsides. There were a few missing features several months ago, but were added so I don't have any substanative "cons."
