Great product.

Comments: Overall, I like working with Monday.com. You can color code boards, add/remove people from each task.

Pros:

It is easy to organize tasks in different boards, you can control who has access to each board.

Cons:

If you don't have it maximized on your screen (f.e. half the screen) not very convenient to use.

Great way to stay on track with large projects

Pros:

Simple way to delegate tasks and status of tasks.

Cons:

Wish there was a more custom way to organize archival tasks among my team.

Not right for us

Comments: Ok but basic for our needs as an agency. I think it's more suitable for very small businesses or scenarios where deep detailed resourcing/planning are not needed.

Pros:

Visual style of project management was friendly and somewhat intuitive to use.

Cons:

Generally I would say it feels like little more than a pumped up spreadsheet, if you were skilled enough almost all of the project management could likely be housed in Google Sheets or Excel. Lack of capacity management options also a major drawback.

Pros:

monday.com streamlines major processes such as time tracking, resource management, project planning and management all in one place.

Cons:

I use monday.com on a daily basis and it seldom fails to accomplish all my needs.

Good product but pricing structure not great.

I like the features and the ability to create workflows and tasks to get done with a team.

Cons:

It is a little too pricy in my opinion and if you go over 5 employees then you have to pay for 10...which is stupid.

Efficient and Effective!

Comments: Overall have been pleased with my monday.com use. Our org uses Monday to streamline tasks, reporting, time tracking, and a variety of other projects and it has the ability to handle all of them seamlessly. I do think it has the tendency to not be the most intuitive to use and you have to "learn" monday, but once you do it works well and meets needs.

Pros:

Organization, streamlining of tasks, and dashboard creation.

Cons:

Can be confusing / overwhelming / hard to navigate if you don't know what you're doing.

Good for collaboration from different locations

Comments: We have used monday as a projectmanagement and bugtracking tool. Our developers and designers could communicate per point to solve bugs and improve the designs on specific area's. Also allowed us to plan more efficiently.

Pros:

Scheduling tasks to each person, providing feedback and comments per issue. Integration with figma (paid) was a big plus.

Cons:

Couldnt see the status of some of the issues when not tagged in them. Would have liked notifications whenever something changed even if you werent tagged.

Comments: I generally satisfied with monday.com but it would be good if they make it more simple to use. It wasn't easy to start and use it properly.

Pros:

It was very convenient and efficient to manage project as a team.

There are limits to customize the page. And it is not that easy to learn.

Project Management tool done right!

Comments: Excellent for someone looking to manage their companies tasks, get updates, set up automations and organise your resources. It limits how you can make your boards look, but if you don't mind the simplistic and clean design of Mondays. It's a tool that gets everything right.

Pros:

It's a visually pleasing software with plenty of resources to build project management boards instantly, alongside excellent customer service who are always quick to answer.

Cons:

The restrictions into the customisation of the boards and pages, restricting users to only using the Monday colour scheme and lacking any variants into how much you can change what your board looks like.

It is incredibly intuitive and aesthetically pleasing. It has bright colours that indicate where you need to pay attention to and intervene.

Cons:

Some of the functionality is less developed as you would expect (e.g. dependency management. RAID logs). Also, it takes some time getting used to using the tool based on various methodologies you are using. For example, agile vs waterfall vs hybrid.

Comments: My overall experience with this software has been EXCEPTIONAL! I absolutely love it, and I use it each, and every single day in my business. I couldn't perform my work without these tools that Monday.com provides me.

Pros:

I love the over functionality of the software. It's so very easy to use even my grandson can operate this software, and in my opinion the very best reasons that this is my go to for project management.

Cons:

This may sound cliche but my truth. I don't have one single bad thing to say about this software. Every single thing I purchased it for, it exceeded that and some. I'm over the moon and have been recommending to everyone that I know!
