I wanted to ask about some issues I was seeing on statements and have been on hold for 2 hours. I spent 1.5 hours on hold Monday before I had to give up. 2 hours the next day. I've left a message with the billing department manager several times now and still have not received a response. At this point I want to cancel my services and cant because no one apparently has the ability to do anything to your account. Well unless you want to buy more services.
