"It worked for me!"

Comments: I used ONLYOFFICE through my university, who used the software for their email portal, among other things. In general, the software seemed to cope easily and efficiently with this limited level of function, and, having now graduated, I would be happy to use the software again at a later date, perhaps to explore its other possible functions.

Pros: Accessibility on a number of platforms.
Smart, efficient interface with minimal interference to functioning - I was often able to give no thought to *how* I was accessing my work or emails.

Cons: The app I was using on my phone linked only to the login portal for my university email account, meaning that most of the time I had to type my details in to access my emails. It seemed as if the infrastructure between softwares was limited - I could have saved some energy by not having to type my address and password in each time.

"OnlyOffice Personal - Great for Chrome OS & CloudReady"

Comments: Easy-to-use, free and great interface!

Pros: I've been using OnlyOffice Personal for couple years with my Acer ChromeBook 11 and CloudReady Desktop at Home for couple years now. I like having access to all my Cloud Storage such as Dropbox and Google Drive.

Cons: OnlyOffice Personal Extension seems to work on some of my machines. Offline Editing would be great feature (if possible).

Regarding your suggestion about offline work - you can try ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors. The desktop app already has the same new interface as the online solutions.

"I find the whole software experience excellent and easy to use and teach to others."

Comments: The benefits of this software are the ability to work remotely and have control over what is done by people and when.

Pros: I like the functionality across the board. It is the most useful softwre and suite of programs that I have ever encountered.

Cons: I would like the ability to do Save As... in the office programs. I would also like to use a document as the home page when I log in.

"Amazing Product but still need improvement"

Comments: My overall experience with Only office is good. Our organization mostly have Linux systems installed so it's a great help to us.

Pros: This is a very great business management system. It provides the ability to access and update business documents online in a very safe and user friendly environment. The best thing which I loved about them is that it is available for Linux and provides a lot of great features.

Cons: The customer support staff of Only office is not good. They must have take care of their customer's query and answer them in time. It takes even days to get a response from them.

"Good replace for on-premise google doc or office365"

Comments: If you consider for a on-premise Office collaboration. It can be a good choice. It's like you have your own Google Doc for your local office. Which is don't need to access internet.

Pros: I can use almost function with the community version. I'm also able to manage files, project at a sameplace.

Cons: They require 2 server, under Linux they are using mono for replacement for ASP.net on Linux. It's not stable.

"It is great as a project management tool."

Pros: I use it to organize all my tasks and coordinate with other users. I find this aspect of the software to be its best attribute.

Cons: I find the messaging tool a little ineffective. Most of my contacts prefer to simply use text messaging.

"Great Office Suite"

Comments: I really enjoy using this office suite software, it helps to keep me organized and I can easily retrieve my files. I do not have to look all over the place to locate them. Only Office has made my life simple and easy.

Pros: Only Office is a great Office Suite software to use for my everyday work from home as well as for the corporate worker. This Office Suite consist of online document management, corporate communication, mail and project management tools which are great for everyone in the business world. I find this office suite very helpful also for the ones who are working from home especially for writers. It assist in helping without spending enormous amount of money for software.

Cons: It's very hard to think of anything wrong with this great software. It's a great match for all that I need for my writing. I just love using this software, simply easy and understandable to read. Some software you need to be a Rocket Scientist to use them, but I feel very comfortable in using this office suite. There is one thing I suggest for Only Office Suite Software is I wish they could update more on the formatting.

"ONLYOFFICE fulfills all our needs"

Comments: After doing trials with many different systems for project management we decided to move forward with ONLYOFFICE. This solution fulfills all our needs successfully. ONLYOFFICE permits to delegate tasks to employees, to track the time and team performance, to build a client database with the possibility to link correspondence (you can create a customer sheet which contains all the data - from contact information to tasks to be performed). With ONLYOFFICE the work became more organized and effective - this system permits everyone to clearly understand their tasks and deadlines he/she faces. Administration get more control of workflow by tracking the time teammates spend on tasks. This allows workers to plan their employment in the most realistic and effective way.

Pros: Full-featured, simple, affordable and easy to use system.

Cons: Sometimes errors occur, but technical support quickly solves problems.

"Only Office needs to be on Macs"

Comments: The only word processing app I'll use on my iPad.

Pros: That it was like Office without having to spend an arm and a leg for it.

Cons: OnlyOffice needs to have a Mac app for it.

"It's great software which comfortable to use."

Pros: Everyone have access to project and can make task by themself. Also a great think reminder which help keep the task done.

"A very intuitive software with amazing features"

Pros: A document management software that allows great organization of data. It is highly intuitive, fast and does not take up too much memory. I am pleased by the recent PDF export possibility which is what it was lacking all along. It is easy to use once you get the hang of it. This saved me a lot of computer space and allowed me to get a hold on my data even if I am away from my desktop and laptop. Downloadable apps of the software are also available, which is really helpful in making my files portable.

Cons: Poor tech support; it really took some time for tech support to get back to me when I was installing the software which delayed installation thus delaying my work.

"System has exceptional features for dealing with cross vendor file compatabilty and cloud file mgt."

Comments: See my review...I really like the product.

Pros: File conversion is seamless; multiple vendor cloud storage management and interface system is far better than the competition (this feature, alone, is worth the price); online and off line editing capability; and, its a great price to for feature value . It provides ease in document generation, editing and storage without gobbling up storage space on a laptop.

Cons: Red line document/comment/ compare function is clumsy and difficult to use, especially over multiple versions.

"This application is all i need for my on the go office documents on my tab and phone."

Comments: Can do my reports aa easy like im at my lappy.

Pros: It is so simple and easy to use. Coz its function is samecas microsoft, i can edit my reports and documents directly without having to look for a pc or lappy.

Cons: None so far. Its so handy and because its so sleek and light, i dont have any complains at the moment.

"so far, the best Microsoft office replacement for online user"

Pros: it similarity with Microsoft Office which is the most important apps for an office worker, it has almost all the feature I needed on Microsoft Office.

Cons: it has a slow loading for opening the main app or opening files and sometimes it log off after being idle for few minutes

"Overall it was easier to get specific jobs done in one app, with minimal limitations."

Pros: I liked the ease of access and navigation. This was easily installed and made accessing information and sharing it through a private team secure and efficient.

Cons: As with most apps they have limitations for certain jobs or projects that require multiple platforms.

"One of the best one stop digital office softwares"

Pros: CRM,Project Management with Gantt charts,Better than GDocs editor...it as the full bundle of modules I need as a PM. Great storage

Cons: The only mobile apps are document editors not for the project management nor CRM. look and feel is dated and lacking some of the usability enhancements

"Great Google Docs alternative"

Comments: Allows my team to preview and collaboratively edit documents from our own cloud server.

Pros: Integrates nicely with nextcloud, and can be installed on my own server

Cons: The settup is a little bit tricky if trying to install on the same server as nextcloud.

"Versatilit"

Comments: We use OnlyOffice to have a complete selection of software services, such as document and project management, calendaring and mail, to name a few.

Pros: The most exceptional thing about this software is the versatility to open documents anywhere only using a Browser! Also, the software is great for a company that needs to get their company up and running quickly without spending a ton of money.

Cons: It seems to take a really long time to load, other than that I have no cons.

"All-in-one software, keeps all your documents in one place."

Comments: In general this software seems to me to be multifunctional and suitable for my needs, it allows me to save my documents in my different devices and its design is ideal for reading.

Pros: Great software to store everything in one place and take it everywhere, it is very easy to use and can be linked to online storage sites like dropbox, it allows you to open any MS Office document and this is really essential. I can use it from my computer, tablet or phone and save my information the same way on all my devices. The editing tools are basic but ideal for my needs and those of most people.

Cons: It's a bit slow software, it should have a couple of additional options, the cost for full enjoyment seems very high to me, it should improve the payment plans. It is very difficult to contact customer service.

"Onlyoffice - stands up for its name"

Comments: Overall experience was quite positive and smooth, constant updates assure that it gets improved over the time and devs are listening to users’ feedback

Pros: Very versatile and allows you to work with a broad spectrum of files.

Cons: Uhm.. some of the files operations on iOS device via Onlyoffice documents companion app could have been easier. I can’t (or maybe just can’t figure out how to?) rename my files or reassign viewer to certain file types.

"Keep your privacy and save money using Onlyoffice"

Comments: We have a tendency to use Open Source software only. With OnlyOffice we're able to open all kinds of software formats, from Microsoft to OpenOffice in a very fashionable way.

Pros: The most beautiful part of this software is the versatility to open documents anywhere only using a Browser.

Cons: What I least liked about the software is the integration part, this is because we needed to be integrated with our mail solution. Other than that it's great.
