It was designed to help organizations track employee sentiment and engagement regularly. It helped to track overall employee morale during organizational changes. It also helped Identifying patterns in team sentiment after major projects or events.

> **Cons**: Although the platform was generally user-friendly, introducing it to teams unfamiliar with peer recognition tools took time and effort to encourage consistent use​. Some team members reported occasional bugs, such as frequent logouts or issues with notifications. That was not big problem for us.

> The overall experience is TapMyBack was great, with many of our team members appreciating its simplicity, effectiveness, and focus on fostering a culture of recognition and feedback. It has effectively boosted our team's motivation and cohesion.
